I recently had an electrical issue with my Toyota Corolla. I chased down all the obvious problems to no avail. I found a thread on Just Answers dealing with a similar issue, but after still not finding the answers I needed, I subscribed to Just Answers.
The techs were prompt and able to give some good direction (as good as possible when not being able to put their hands on the car). And more importantly, were able to provide the schematics I needed to trace down the issue.
Well worth the subscription!

I was led here by a veterinary clinic website, seeking information on how to support some slight food-related issues for my cat. After staying up for 3 hours waiting for an "expert", one responded at like 4am with introductory questions (no answers), didn't hear back from me for an hour - because I was asleep - and closed the question.

My dog woke up with one pupil constricted and the other not. If you google it, the search scares you into thinking it's very urgent. The vet for JustAnswer responded immediately and reassured me that I could wait a few hours until my local vet opened. I waited, they got me and we are now treating a scratch on her eyeball… not a neurological issue as google scared me into thinking.

Slow response. Was not able to help me.Told me the appliance was irreparable. However there are You Tube videos showing how to make the repsir.

Spoke to technician in California. Basically told me not repairable. However Internet tells me how to replace it. Not sure who to believe.
Definitely not worth the 5.00$ fee.

I was told by the consultant they would look up needed information to address why credit score dropping 15 points. Their emailed informed me they would call. I waited by the phone over two hours and was charged $55.00.
