I came home from work and saw that my dog ate a lot of chocolate muffins. I was freaking out starting to panic and spoke to the Doctor Who was extremely calming and informational. Not only did he guide me step-by-step on what to do next, but was assuring and made me feel 1 million times better about what to do and with having zero experience with the situation I felt I was able to overcome and handle it so much better. Definitely need more people like him!

I have had this group twice now and will request her with any further questions. She is extremely thorough, very clear and answers all parts of the question presented. She is compassionate and advocates for the patient to follow up with doctor and get appropriate medical care and stay on top of any issues. I felt she was advocating for me ~highly recommend!

Sebastian gave me excellent customer service. He was very thorough. Did extra research and I appreciate him. I didn't get the answer I wanted because my item was defective. But at least I had a good technician that knew what they were talking about and was able to give me a clear and concise answer

The expert i asked to speak with is an excellent vet. I had to wait awhile to connect with him but i got assistance from customer service several times. It was worth the wait, since i did ask specifically for him. I was so happy to find a message from him. I wish my local vets were as knowledgeable as he. I have learned alot from my interactions with him online. I learned something new, even this time. I am very grateful that i was put in touch with him, even though it took awhile to connect. I appreciate all the assistance i received from customer service.

i must have called customer service 3 or 4 times, while waiting to speak to the vet. they were very helpful.

The advisor Mikal didn't seem to be properly reading my questions and comments. I am very good at writing English. He has not answered the main question I asked. One comment he made was that my engine (Toyota 3.4L 5zv) is an interference engine. All published data on this engine indicates it's a non interference engine. This advisor should not be allowed to give technical auto advice.
I regret this subscription and will seek to cancel it.

Brian went above and beyond to provide a thorough and in depth response to my question. This is actually my first time using Just Answer and I will definitely use the service again. I'm very impressed and cannot thank them enough for their help.

I use TurboTax for my taxes. I waa not sure why I was not getting a refund or a credit in my tax where there is a reciprocal agreement. I have called Turno tax and twice they gave me the wrong info. I decided to spend the money on a phone call with JustAnswer, and immediate I got assistance and able to resolve the matter. The person they assigned me was very knowledgeable.

This route was so much better than calling a Poison Control center. I greatly appreciated the response time considering it could have been a matter of Life and Death. It's nice to know I have such.a well educated doctor helping me. It meant the world to me!

Vet was very informative, asked many questions, which I was glad to answer. He gave me very good things to do to help her eat better & hopefully gain a little weight. The experience was much better than I had imagined!

I was Replacing the control panel and face plate on a GE Oven/range, I found the service to be was very informative and the instructions were clear, concise and accurate. All questions and concerns were answered quickly and the project was completed without issue.
