Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
Very disappointed by your way of acting, you ask me for my credit card number to locate my order, but it is to charge me $56. Got customer support which, for me is not honest. When you charge me, you do not mention the amount neither the reason. So, I was happy talking to Mr. Satish, but very unhappy for the hidden fees. It is the last time I order from your company, through Facebook, mentioning that Laura Stores are closing which is NOT true at all.
I really liked the answer from Mr. Satish, even though he is not easy to understand, but paying to know the delivery date of my parcel is not honest👿last time I deal with you👿

It was very important to intercept a package that I was mailing to the wrong place pertaining to credit card fraud. Here I sit at the UPS customer center ready to pick that needed package up, thank God and thank you. Your immediate and clear directions brought this nightmare to an end. You have also helped me help the fraud department be able to track the abuser. I hope by me sharing this and that others will be encouraged to use your service when needed.

Lights on vehicles can be daunting, where to start, how to proceed. Reasoning through the anomalies, and getting it done. I was the monkey ot the end of the wrench, directions step by step led me to my solution in a relatively short time.
I have a injury to my lungs that affects my oxygen saturation levels and thereby my concentration. Simple tasks can take a tremendous amount of time due to qlow concentration and constant exersperations. When my lights went our in the van I live in I was going to be trapped for quite a while no doubt then I decided to try this just answers thing and it a good thing, I plan to use it again. Afraid you'll only get a few months out of me though, die to expire in around 10 months.
The tech gave me a couple different things to try. It worked to clear the error code.

I would have spent over a thousand dollars if i had gone to the emergency vet. And they would not be as patient and thorough with answering my questions. Absolutely worth every penny!

After receiving a new laptop, I could not get Outlook setup to 'see' my company's exchange server. Therefore, I simply could not function being that I work remotely. The technical assistant that helped was terrific. He had me up and going in only a few minutes. I lost so much time invested in trying to figure it out on my own when all I had to do was connect with JustAnswer. I will do business with them again if I have technical issues and I will definitely refer them to others.
