Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
You all are misleading. I don't want anything to do with your service! I cancelled the member ship which I didn't see on the page. I'm tired of people scamming folks.
Because that’s where the site lead me to. Don’t want anything from your company except to cancel my so called misleading membership!

Rick was very personable and informative. Answered my questions and even helped with information about the best times to visit SS and provided their phone number
I was charged $60.00 during the trial membership period. Also, difficult to cancel membership during the trial. (first day). Just Answer continued to bill for two months. I want a refund of $120.00 as I have written emails and tried to cancel the membership on the first day.

I called due to a landlord/tenant problem in which the tenants quit paying rent 6-7 months then left with no forwarding address nor any check for $20K! Of course.
I had previously connected with JustAnswer.
We've been having trouble introducing a new cat- lord of hostility between cats. Dr. Emily gave me some new ideas to try, and I'll be calling our vet in the morning to ask for a prescription. Our call gave me hope that maybe we could make this work and won't have to rehome the new cat.
I was Googling, but not finding anything we hadn't tried already.
Had no power to my dishwasher. Put me in touch with Austin and he talked me through a few different scenarios, we disconnected so I could try what he was suggesting. He called me back 15 minutes later, I told him what I found and he walked me through the fix. Saved me a service call and was back up and running in less than an hour. Super helpful!

My second floor AC system failed on a 95 degree day. Could not get same-day service on a Sunday, so contacted Just Answer and was connected with airheatman, and HVAC Technician, via chat. I gave him the fault code and other info, and he worked me through troubleshooting the problem. He had me check several components and diagnosed the problem as a clogged drain line. I traced the drain line, cleaned out a drain trap, cut the drain line and blew compressed air through the line, then reconnected the drain line with a PVC coupling. I dried off a sensor that detected high water in the drain pan, and the system reset and is now functioning. Great outcome that precluded an emergency service callout and likely hours of waiting around for a technician to show up.
Have used in the past with excellent results. I don't need the service year-round, but getting it for a month proved in this case to be very worthwhile.
Had it not been for the expert advice we got, our pet Nayla wouldn't have lived through the weekend. She was in crisis, and needed emergency treatment. She is now home, and doing much better.

I've used JustAnswer for our French bulldog three times now! The vets I've worked with on a Zoom call and via chat have been great. I use the calls to see if I need to go to the emergency vet right away or wait until the morning because the dog always eats chocolate or something else on a Sunday night! An example of one of my calls to JustAnswer. Then we had an issue with our 2003 Saturn Vue, it's so old not many mechanics know how to fix it anymore so I headed to JustAnwer and sure enough I was connected to a mechanic who was able to answer my question in less than 10 min. The three calls alone about our dog have been well worth the monthly fee.
It was quick and easy and needed an answer right away.
The vet who helped me with my kitten was wonderful. She was so responsive and gave me clear directions and steps to take that were easy for me to do and understand. I live in a very rural area, and it is really hard to get a vet appointment, so this was a huge relief for me. Thank you!
The HP person who helped me made my day! There was a doggle in the box I didn't even see. He helped me get my keyboard and mouse connected quickly and I was able to finish set up of my. New HP computer.
I was pretty sure I knew what was going on, but the vet reinforced what I thought and helped me give my pup an appropriate dose of Benadryl. Also helped me to calm down.
It popped up on my screen when I searched for 24/7 vets.
This website is a scam. They tell you it cost one dollar and then when you put your credit card information in they charge you $28 a month and make it pretty much impossible to cancel.

Installing a powered sub under the passenger seat and ran into trouble trying to determine the color of the speaker wires (as well as polarity) in the passenger b-pillar. In their infinite wisdom, Subaru decided to have a little connector from the b-pillar to the door, at which point the colors of the wires changed (confirmed at speaker in door). For the life of me, I couldn't find that information…I looked everywhere and even called dealerships. Ended up signing up for this service and the guy who helped me was able to download the correct manual, pull up the information, and ended a 2 hour search for the correct wires. I'm keeping this service forever as I don't do enough of this to warrant buying my own software for each make of vehicle, and I regularly do projects that I've never attempted before.

The only problem however is I was charged $46.00 and I was told the support would be $1.00. I plan on disputing the charges with my Discover bank once the charge is processed.

But...I have never felt so at ease when I am dealing with a computer repair person. I am old and totally IT illiterate. But he is so patient and so understanding and determined to help me.
He is also available to me at my convenience and I don't have to begin again like you do with most companies.
I was trying to call my server first Zimbra and they told me to call Sisna and when I did the recording sent me automatically to Just Answer and I was lucky enough to get Ayman.
I wanted to ask a question about our air-conditioning and found JustAnswer on Google. They charged $2 for the question so I uploaded my CC info to be able to access the question. I thought 'fair enough'. But I felt a bit funny about it and quickly checked my card charges and found the the $2 had been deducted but also another $53 was also charged for a 'monthly subscription' which had not agreed to! I was super pissed off. Wrote them immediately in chat and they upright refused to refund me. I kept pushing and told them I had reported to the BBB and that after about a 45 minute wrangle, finally got them to refund the $53. Quite a stressful ordeal, so beware of the hidden 'subscription'. To be fair, they finally did refund but it was a hassle!

I have a neihbor who wants my property. I have been threatened and intimidated. I feel he is going for adverse possesion. But when we first bought the property. We gave permission for them to ride horses in the woods. But due to litter and tons of beer cans. We revoked permission. He says they do not have to stay off of the property. Because the previous owner gave them permission. Since then they have tore up my property with 4 wheelers. But just answer helped me with the law and information. I am grateful. Now i just need to find a local attorney to help fight the problem.
