Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
I've never even heard of them. I didn't try to ask a question, and I definitely didn't authorize the charge. I have no idea where this is coming from.

I was concerned that this online service was going to be bull$#*!. I was fairly certain that I was going to get hosed on the whole ordeal. Donald, the service technician that I worked with was wonderful. Answered all the questions. Helped me work through my problems quickly and efficiently. I really didn't think such a service was available! I'm very pleased.
I chose just answer on a crap shoot. I was dealing with the timetable that required me to get equipment up and running quickly. This was the only solution that I thought was available. At the same time I doubted that this service would be worth a damn. I was wrong. The service provided by Donald was nothing short of excellent!

Don't trust this company. They quote you a price which they have you believe is a one off payment. They then charge you for membership, which they have in tiny writing as a part of their Ts&Cs. Even when you have asked nothing further and they have charged you separately for your actual question, they use your bank details to charge over 4 times the amount of your initial fee. They then refuse to refund you even when you prove you have not used their services again or guarantee you will not use them in the future. Shocking abuse of power when people are vulnerable and desperate for help.

I was inquiring on, actually, advice on how to be able to clip my super spicy cats nails. She's a tortie! Medications that might be used to calm her down. We discussed a few things to try, along with going over the things I have tried. Dr Yerke was extremely knowledgeable and understood my frustration. And she also "got" my sense of humor regarding the situation. She all reassured me that I wasn't doing anything wrong and in fact, I was doing things right.
I wanted a quick answer without having to "drag" my cat to the vet. I'd have to wait a few days for an appointment as she wasn't sick. Maybe, I just needed reassurance that I was doing things right. I don't know.

The cost was awesome for a person who is on a fixed income and didn't want to invest a lot of money if I wasn't able to really do anything. Better than finding a lawyer, make an appointment, pay a fee for advice that would have taken a couple of weeks probably just to get some basic information. However, it was also reassuring that the advice was from an actual lawyer, not just internet.

I was having problems with "400 bad request". I contacted Just Answer for help and Andy came to the rescue. He was so helpful and very patient with me. In the end he suggested I go to one of the AT&T Stores to have them reset my phone. I will go there first thing in the morning! I signed up with Just Answer for a monthly fee and I can contact them the next time I have some computer problems. I highly recommend Just Answer if you are having computer problems! You won't regret it!
