“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

The lawyer was great, but as a company I think you're ripoff artists. I was charged $59 WITHOUT BEING TOLD UP FRONT THAT IT WOULD COST ANYTHING. The little tag on the upper left hand corner of your logo SAYS THE WORD FREE ON IT! My husband and I got in a fight over it. Plus, our only income is social security. I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR I'LL REPORT YOU TO YELP, the BBB, and CONSUMER AFFAIRS.

I called about my printer's fuzzy output.
