My vehicle would not run. I had no spark after a basic tuneup. Checked everything or so I thought. Signed up honestly not knowing if it was a scam or not. Confusing to say the least you were upfront about the $46 fee. Your website is totally confusing could not navigate through it and then I look at my account and there's a $46 charge and you don't do that until the end you need to say that first cause it's not five dollars it's $46 you guys are liars.

My experience with just answer could not have been better. I needed help with my dishwasher that was leaking and the repairman who answered my questions, gave me advice and a day later I was able to fix the dishwasher myself for $18.

The intake person takes initial details then says "follow the link for payment to be connected with someone". That page says $2. It takes you to another page with a ton of info all over the screen about next steps. They hide the fact that by clicking "next" you are agreeing to a membership fee of $86.

There is no account so they do not know who is a member and you cant access your prior chats without being sent another link to pay $2

I went through again, it is there but far from prominently displayed. Clearly this entire process is geared around tricking ppl into this expense. Why else would there be back to back fee pages.

Anyways, beyond that the person I talked to knew $#*! all that couldnt be found online or using chatgpt
