Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

Dr Rhett Burch listened to my concerns over my almost 13 year old Halloween furbaby, Luna Belle. She has been sneezing and congested for a couple months, but recently started digging at her ears, as well. He confirmed some treatments I had already tried, gave me some new information regarding allergy medicine (Zyrtec/Claritin) being able to be used for my girl, Lulu. I was not aware that those needs were able to be an option/effective for cats. He then suggested getting her in to be seen to possibly get her a little more aggressive treatment in regards to antibiotics, steroids, bolus of fluid, etc. Would definitely recommend Just Answer to other pet parents seeking knowledgable information (especially if it a weekend or after-hours). Especially since going down the rabbit hole that is Google usually ends in confusion and frustration. I didn't find out until afterwards, but I am able to connect with several different professionals in their field (lawyers, doctors, etc). Not just veterinarians and vet techs. Pleasantly surprised by this information.

I didn't purchase products. I purchased a membership that allows me to connect with professionals in varying fields (doctor, veterinarian, lawyer, etc) regarding questions or concerns I am facing and needing guidance.
My computer was hacked and locked with no ability to clear the lock. The scam company portrayed to be Microsoft and "cleared the lock then transferred me to an "Apple" person, the Microsoft person was at no cost, but "apple" person charged $289 and offered lifetime protection for $2700.00. I searched the company names and discovered as expected that they were scammers. Contacted JustAnswer and the cleaned all of the data and programs that the scammers installed on my computer, and allowed me to NOT pay the $289.

I called and even after I waited for like an hour no one told me that they responded and didn't let me know and my problem was not taken care of. But I was charged $46 Dollars plus $1.99 for a question that was never answered and right now your trying to help me? I don't want the help and I would appreciate my money back cause you guys give false advertisement. You say for $1.99 and then when the trial is over or whatever the wording is then I get charged on a monthly basis but you guys already did that!

Led to believe that u would be charged $5, they charged $35 monthly on my credit card. It must have been in the small print and when iI clicked agree, they had me. I do not have an order number as i just had a vet question. Thier answer was we can't answer without seeing the patient. Check the BBB rating if u don't believe me

I was trying to reach Netflix, and you popped up. Little did I know, that after you asked me for my credit card information, that you were another company and charging me $55. I thought I was talking to a representative at Netflix. When my bank texted me about a suspicious charge, I was so surprised. I feel like you are very deceptive, and I felt scammed. Please assure me that you did not charge me $55, which I had no explanation from you that I was being charged by you. So disappointed!

I have been unclear on whether I was required to take an RMD on a non-spousal Roth IRA I inherited in 2020. The answer I got was clear and concise and answered my question based on current information on this cloudy subject. It included some advice to wait until later in the year to take the RMD because another year deferral may be forthcoming.

I was tracking a signature from my shipped package. I got to JustAnswer by mistake but I was treated with respect and efficiency to handle my particular concerns.
I was concerned as I did not receive a 1099-INT tax form that I received the year before that was sent from the IRS. The tax expert I talked to about this concern was able to assist me saying the IRS would not send that form. Since I did not get a 1099-INT form from the IRS for 2O23 taxes, apparently I don't need one.

My fridge was not making ice inside the ice maker box - it was making ice down the side walls of my freezer and the floor! I contacted JustAnswer in the evening and received a message almost instantly and was told my specialist would contact me. And he did! Aaron was super patient, asked for photos and lead me step by step through the process. The was about an hour when he didn't get back with me but I realized that he probably had others he was also helping. I was about to give up and follow up in the morning when he returned to my message portal and together we sorted it out. He followed up in the morning to see if any ice had been made - a few ice cubes were there but not very impressive. Well after I got home later in the day, the ice drawer was full and everything was working perfectly! So grateful and happy I managed to repair this with Aaron's knowledge and help!
