The person who received the flowers texted me right away with a photo. The flowers arrangement was even better than what I had hoped for. The recipient was delighted. Beautiful job and thank you so very much!
I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

As I have said previously, you need to put it somewhere easy to see on your website that you are an American company. I live in Canada and was very surprised to see an additional $40 added to this order for the exchange rate. If I would have known I would have ordered from a Canadian company. Keep my business in my country! Not happy at all!
Kim, we do in fact state that we are an American company and that we charge in U.S. dollars. This is indicated both in the shopping cart and on your order receipts as well.
We placed our order on a Tuesday for a Friday delivery. It wasn't until Friday afternoon that we found out it would cost us 25% more because of the florist they chose. Since we wanted our Aunt to receive these flowers they negotiated the additional price down to about 15% above what we paid. If they had contacted us earlier we would have cancelled the order and found a more reasonable offer. On top of this the flowers were not received on time! I would not recommend using this florist.

I ordered flowers online to a hospital patient (relative) in another state. The order process seemed clunky so I called the customer service for JustFlowers. They told me the flowers were out for delivery by the florist and should be delivered later that day. End of story, except a week later I get a notice from JustFlowers on my email to confirm the delivery. Since the actual delivery was never confirmed, I tried to inquire online. But of course, I never received an order number and couldn't do the online inquiry. So, I called customer service and Jane looked it up and confirmed that delivery was made to the hospital.

I ordered birthday flowers and they were delivered one day late due to the (Carolina) hurricane. They were nearly the same as pictured. Except for the vase which was the same color,but was not the nice one pictured.
We wanted to send a gift basket to a couple we have known for many years who celebrated their 60th Wedding Anniversary. The basket was simply spectacular and delivery was right on time.

And got just what I had seen when I ordered. If you can't deliver don't have us choose
From 6 pages of photos. I was not happy with this order at all. I felt like I was ripped off.
The other florist did a beautiful job and I will use them not yours in the future.

I called customer service 4 times to find out why flowers were not delivered. Each time I called your representative said they should arrive on following date. The flowers were finally delivered on the 20th after I said I was canceling my order.

I wish I had received notification from you when the flowers were delivered. The arrangement was left at the front door. The family didn't use that door so they weren't found until later. If I had been notified at the time of delivery, I could have called the family to make sure they had found them.
The arrangement was beautiful, though.
I was a little disappointed that the arrangement didn't look like the picture online. It looked smaller and less full. I paid for premium flowers and even added roses to make it a large arrangement.

First time purchaser here. I ordered a birthday bouquet with a balloon included and paid $4.99 for one extra birthday balloon which was not included. That was disappointing.

It was misleading, I ordered the flowers which I paid for prior to delivery and then I was notified late that the flowers would not be arriving based on technical issues. Then the next day when I was asked if they could be delivered (Monday) I agreed and was charged an additional 15 or so dollars which I also agreed to. Which isn't a bad thing that's no problem but it's just that the costs weren't upfront and obvious and after the error on your end it would have been nice to have some form of compensation (extra flowers or a balloon or something would be nice) and I wish it was a bit more straightforward. As for the flower delivery it was lovely, and I thank you all but hope that the process is a bit smoother for future customers as this service is great, but the errors made it a bit rough.
