I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!
THE worst experience- over 48 hours late with a poor quality of arrangement. Took almost a week for them to offer a $10 refund. Many phone calls and emails later, representative misstated "guarantee"- I found I have to give them at least a "one" star for rating to register, which is one too many- if this looks like $90 worth of flowers delivered 48 hours late, maybe I'm wrong here?!
Ordered flowers for delivery day before mothers day 5/9/2020. Price shown does not include delivery- no confirmation page when purchased on line showing additional shipping charge. My $79 flowers were billed to my CC $114. Then 5 days after mothers day the flowers still have not been delivered. Fraudulent and you cannot get through the automated system on the phone or email to get a live customer service agent. SCAM!

I ordered flowers for my mom on Friday for a Sunday delivery, $155. Sunday, no delivery and an email delaying delivery to the next day. Monday, same thing. Tuesday, same thing. Substandard phone system kept hanging up on me after 15 min. Hold time. I had to email them to deliver on Wednesday or cancel order. Wednesday they emailed me that the order was cancelled. Yet to receive a refund. Go with a company that won't screw you like FTD. There's no way the 4 1/2 star rating on this site is accurate

I had a very difficult time with the page-I kept clearing the "unit" box but it would re-appear every time...the operator could not help me. I could not place the order and have been sitting here for over an hour trying to get flowers. The chat kept reappearing with someone new and none of them could help me. Sorry but I'm frustrated right now. I hope these get delivered to my friend. Her Mom died and it is important. Please call her before delivering.
I understand that Mother's Day is the busiest weekend of the year for delivering flowers, however Just Flowers.com is a joke of a service and has horrible customer service. To make a long story short, my Mom's flowers were not delivered on Friday at her work as they came after hours. I reached out with several messages to change the address to go to her house but no response from them. My credit card was charged immediately and ultimately had to go through billing to talk to someone. The flowers were not delivered until the Tuesday after Mother's day and still have not received any call back or confirmation from customer service. To try and make things right, they offered a $5 discount... Horrible experience and a joke of a service. Deal with the local florist direct as they are amazing. Avoid Just Flowers.com at all costs as it will only cause you head aches...

Delivery is always 1-2 days later than estimated/promised. You need more accurate delivery times or force your supplies to deliver when stated it will be delivered by. It makes the sender look like we forgot the event when all we did was order from the wrong company.
the shipping cost is high. The discount offer sent to my email was for 10 off. Upon check out the code given only gave me $5 off. Disappointing. I do look forward to seeing how the flower arrangement is. I'm sure she will like them. Thank you!
For whatever reason, your site changed my credit card number to something far removed from what I'd typed in. I had to catch it on the review. Plus, there was no field for me to provide any special requests, other than to the driver. That was disappointing.

I placed an order Friday - was advised it would be delivered that day - it is now Monday - still nothing. Spoke to 2 different people on 2 different days. Keep receiving emails daily "truly sorry... will be delivered on the next day". I've tried texting to the "faster service" number - no response. I've emailed - no response. Just left yet another phone message. This is ridiculous - all I want is for the flowers to be delivered to my best friend at the hotel (who is an Alberta wildfire evacuee) - all I wanted to do is make her day a little brighter. HELP!

Ordered flowers for mother's day from JustFlowers which was not delivered on time. Called and emailed customer service, nobody ever picked up or responded to emails. A bunch of half dried, withered flowers jammed into a cheep glass pot was delivered one day after mother's day. I was totally embarrassed and the money was wasted (around $75). No apology note form the company! Do not order or business with this company.

Big mistake. I should have read the reviews. Chose the $100 florist choice bouquet (How easy is that?) for Valentines Day delivery. Total with fees $130. Was not delivered on Valentines Day. I was not notified. Heard from recipient they got nothing. Embarrassing. They offered a $10 refund for flowers delivered the next day. No explanation. And they never answered their phone. They took 3 days to answer the emails. Never again. If you have a special occasion and care if the flowers get there shop elsewhere.

Justflowers.com showed a guaranteed delivery for Mother's Day. I ordered 2 arrangements. Both were delivered a day late (despite the guarantee). One of the bouquets was downright ugly and nothing like I ordered. Their customer service is awful. They offered me $15 on $140 worth of flowers. They explained that I should have read the fine print that neither delivery or flower arrangements are truly guaranteed. I understand some variation on the flowers but this was way off the mark. The delivery was simply a lie. Completely false advertising. Stay away.

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day on Saturday, May 8 and they have never been delivered. I received no email confirmation, so I do not have an order number, but my credit card was charged. I have been trying to call them or report the problem online but I cannot do anything without an order number. There are no telephone options that allow you to speak with a live person without entering an order number.
I believe that this is a scam website. There are many other reviews where customers have had the same experience as I did.

I spent hours researching and choosing the perfect arrangement for a new baby granddaughter after they had already had 4 sons and never in my life have I had such appalling service from an online supplier. They substituted so that it was nothing like the original design meaning my time choosing was total wasted as they authorised what they liked. I will never even as a last resort purchase anything through this website again but will go direct to a local florist to ensure I get what I pay for. If this company carries on like this I will be surprised if they remain in business with this customer service. I only gave one star as there was nothing lower. Dont believe the words that customer service and customer is important, we are nothing but part of their profit.

This is the worst experience that I have ever had with an online retailer. I was overcharged for the floral arrangement, I was charged for express delivery which was never made and two days after the order was placed, after spending hours on the phone with "customer service" (HA!) I can still not confirm that the order was ever delivered. This is particularly upsetting as the flowers were sent to a memorial service for someone very dear to me. I've been lied to blatantly by every phone representative I've spoken to and given a different story every time I've called. No e-mail confirmation of purchase or delivery was ever sent to me. STAY FAR AWAY from these deceitful scammers. This has been aggravating beyond words. I'm contacting my credit card company to handle the matter as I now consider this to be fraud.

My last order was delayed my four days, with deliveries everywhere delayed similarly by the pandemic difficulties. I would have preferred notification of the delay, but understood the problem. My most recent delivery was right on the scheduled time, which was much appreciated as the recipient had just been released from the hospital. She needed some cheering up which the beautiful flowers provided. Thank you.

1. Most of your bouquets can be upgraded to different sizes. It would be really helpful if you showed samples of what the upgraded bouquets look like.
2. Before selecting the final Place Order, I would like to see not only the picture of what I am ordering but also the message, just to verify that everything is spelled correctly, etc.
3. I really do not like the fact that someone from your organization calls me when all I've been doing is looking at your products. That is very intrusive and I almost ordered flowers from a different website. I'm sure other people are also offended by this.
I sadly must add our dilemma to these many others. When we placed our ordered we were very excited to see it was promised to be delivered on Mother's Day when other sites stayed could not guarantee theirs. So we also gave personal info, got message that order placed, never got confirmation nor was delivery made!
