I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

Order#'s *******, *******I demand a refund. Orders never delivered while payihg huge deilvery fees and after enouugh embarressment the only thing that would save face iis if I get my money back..

ConfirmationI wish I had taken the time to read the previous reviews. If the system would allow a zero star rating that is how I would rate them. I had forgotten to place an order for Christmas arrangement. On 12/23 I remember and started searching for florist. Each florist site I clicked on said they would not be able to deliver until 12/26. However, when I opened the site for JustFlowers it said same day delivery was available. The type of arrangement I wanted to send was too expensive at this time but I chalked it up to my own fault and picked something else within my price range and proceeded to place the order happy that at least my recipient would receive their flowers by Christmas. On 12/24 instead of receiving confirmation that the delivery was made I received a message stating that the delivery would not be sent until the next available business date... which was 12/26. At my first available opportunity, 12/26, I called to cancel the order. I spoke to a customer service rep who after much wrangling back and forth said the order will be canceled and a manager would call to confirm. The manager called 20 minutes later to tell me the order could not be canceled and sited their delivery policy (which did not appear until AFTER the order was placed). After a rather heated argument with the manager she did offer a $15 refund (which did not even cover the delivery fee) but absolutely refused to cancel the order or give me my money back. I sited false advertisement... bait and switch... and said I would never use the company again and would write a negative review. Apparently this order is worth the reputational damage... so here it is. I would caution anyone against using this company.

I looked at several online flower sites to order flowers for delivery on 5/10, Mother's Day. Being "same day", many of those sites only had 5/11 or 5/12 as "next available delivery date". JustFlowers.com did have 5/10/20 still available to choose as "delivery date", so I paid the price, which was a lot more than the usual... knowing I was paying extra for ordering same day (in my mind). If I wanted to order for another delivery day, I would have just gone to one of the other sites, charging much less (approximately $58.00 less). I placed the order around 1:15pm EST and confirmed with intended recipient that she never received them (7:15pm EST). I called JustFlowers.com, but the message suggested going to their site to submit an inquiry about my order. I also never received any email receipt/confirmation from them but I did receive a strange Norton Shopping Guarantee email, which at least had that order # on it. On the JustFlowers.com inquiry site, I chose "Not delivered, please cancel delivery" (5/10 late evening), to ensure they did not try to deliver another day (too late). Early morning on 5/11/20 I sent an email asking them to confirm cancellation and refund. No reply. On the afternoon of 5/11/20 I called and left a detailed message, never received a call back. If I didn't know any better, I would think this site is a scam. I did confirm to date, no delivery had been made, but for the price I paid anything after the 5/10 delivery date they let me choose would have been too late anyway. The fact that they do not even send an automated reply to emails or return calls, is concerning. I had to finally call my credit card company to dispute the $133.23. They should change their name to JustNOTflowers.com. If they had answered/called back/emailed back... anything, to let me know they just got overwhelmed and couldn't deliver, I would have appreciated the effort and used them in the future. Now, I will stay far away.

I ordered Mother's Day flowers for my grandson's Mother on a Friday before Mother's Day 2019. I had already ordered my Mother and Mother in law's flowers from a different company just minutes before, but, they would not deliver in the area of my grandson's. So, I found Just Flowers who would deliver there. I ordered the flowers, received my confirmation order number and that the flowers would be delivered the following day. At about 4 p.m. after all of my other flowers had been delivered, I received an email stating that the flower delivery had been delayed. I called the number and was told that they would be delivered on Sunday, perfect. On Sunday, I had received an email stating that they could not be delivered and they would be the available day and that they would attach an apology note stating that they were sorry for the delay. On Monday, I received the same email, ( I had called and left a message, but, nobody had called back). On Tuesday, i received the same email and immediately called customer service, only to be told by the voicemail,, leave my number and message. Not happening again, I called back and finally got a human voice, when I explained the situation, trying to remain calm, she asked if I would like to cancel my order. I said most definitely as no order had made it to the house anyway in the last 4 days anyway. She then asked if they delivered the flowers tomorrow and issued me a $15 credit would that suffice. I then said, how about I dispute the charge with American Express and then send an apology letter to your company stating why as your company was going to do to my grandson's Mom. The sad part is, I had ordered 3 other sets of flowers from different vendors all within minutes of each other, all across the country and the only ones that were not delivered on time were Just Flowers. I am beyond disappointed and contacted my grandson's Mom everyday telling her it should be the next day, only to look like an idiot. I will NEVER order from this company again.

Do not do business with this company! I ordered an arrangement for a funeral 4 days in advance and the customer service rep insisted on placing the order for me so I would be put in as "top priority" even though I wanted to place the order on line myself. I was charged $4.99 extra on top of normal handling and delivery charges for "expedited delivery." I checked on their website and this charge is for urgent, last-minute orders that need to be delivered within 4 hours. They never refunded me for this charge even though they said they would. On the day of the funeral I get a call from Jill, a manager, at 10:30 am telling me the flowers were delivered but asking for another $15 to meet the minimum. The funeral was at 2 pm and at 5 pm I get another call that they were unable to deliver on time to the funeral home and asking to reroute the order to the home of the family. I asked them to cancel the order and give a me refund. They said they could only refund me $15 and hold the balance for a future order! Is this a joke? How is this an acceptable way to do business? I said NO! Like why in the world would I ever order from them again? They finally agreed to cancel the order and I'm waiting for my full refund within the next 4 business days. Will be back here if I don't receive it.

Update: The reply below is the same email I received after the funeral was over alongside the phone call I mentioned in my review when they were unable to deliver the flowers on time. No explanation or apology for lying and telling me earlier in the day that they found the chapel and the flowers had been delivered. Also, no acknowledgement that in our final call when I rejected the option of rerouting to family address, Jill initially refused to refund me in full. On top of it all, Jill tried to act dumb and pretend that she was not the manager who had told me earlier that day that the flowers were delivered. When I asked her how many Jills were managers at the company she suddenly remembered our conversation. Just overall lack of honesty across the board. Can do better than replying with a standard form letter I've already seen before with a rerouting offer I've already declined!
