I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

When the flower delivery company I'd previously ordered from for Mother's Day flowers emailed me the day before Mother's day that they couldn't complete my order on time, I canceled that order and was optimistic when I came across Just Flowers. They provided Sunday, Mother's Day, as an option for delivery. So, I placed my order. With service fees, etc. the total was over $100 - much more than I can really afford, but I wanted to make sure my Mom had a gift on Mother's day and was willing to pay that extra charge. Not only were the flowers not delivered on Mother's Day, I didn't receive notification of this until that evening at 6:50pm via an email that went to my spam. THIS WAS AFTER I SPOKE TO MY MOM AND DISCOVERED SHE DIDN'T RECEIVE THE FLOWERS I SPENT OVER $100 ON. That email also said they would be delivered today (the day after Mother's day). Hey, shocker, they weren't! I've literally spent hours on the phone over the past two days trying to reach anyone to provide accountability and have been auto-hung up on after being on hold for 10-20 minutes. I finally went to my bank and reported it as fraud. Shame on you Just Flowers!

If I could give a negative star review because even zero is too high of a recommendation I would. I found this entity when I did a local florist search near my mother-in-law. It also said same day delivery. I completed my order, however, the order was never delivered. I completed the Order inquiry form several times. There was no response. I telephoned and was disconnected before I could leave my order number and contact information when no representative answered. I called back and left the information. There was no response. I telephoned again more than a dozen times today. Each time I was placed on hold, then when I thought a person was answering, it switched to their automated system to leave information to leave your contact information and order number. There is no way to stay on hold and wait for a person. I got disconnected. There is no provision on the phone or on line to cancel an order either. It is like a trap. My last voice mail message, I advised I was cancelling. I then notified my bank to stop the charge and filed an investigation with them. I followed up with a formal and detailed email to this entity to cancel my order. I will now be filing formal complaints with the State Attorney General Offices in the state where my order was to be delivered and where the charge pending at my bank originated from. I will also be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs. I hope all those who had their Mother's Day efforts ruined will follow suit.

The ONLY florist that actually could deliver today out of 25 if not more that claimed the same thing but yet could not once going in and searching.
Everything was fine until I saw there was BOTH a shipping AND a handling fee. One or the other is reasonable, but both?
Every time I've used Just Flowers I've been thrilled with their reliability and the beauty of their bouquets.
Terrible experience. Bouquet was half of the size and number of flowers as advertised in their "as shown" photo. That had over 7 roses, multiple other flowers. Sister got THREE old, fully opened roses. Sent the company the photo of what sister got. FOUR, including a manager, kept apologizing, but then kept talking around the rip off. They contacted the local florist and told me the bouquet was "filled to value." If you advertise that a $60 bouquet is on sale for $40, you don't send something with THREE roses and a few mums and carnations, not even with the same colors. During prime growing season in a small town in western NY, three roses do not cost this much from a florist. You don't specify in the order's ad that the order will be "as shown" and then send HALF the shown bouquet. I've ordered for 30 years from many other florists, never had such an experience as this. Have used several florists in the area and had lovely, full bouquets for the same amount of money, even for less. I thought Just Flowers would at least have another bouquet sent or offer a full refund. Instead, they offered $5 toward my next order. Why would I order again, after this experience? Then, when I told them I was going to write a review, they offered me $10 refund, like they were trying to pay me not to write a negative review. After a few phone calls, emails, sending them the photo of the bouquet hours after it arrived, etc., I was done. As far as I''m considered, they practiced false advertising. They advertised a sale item "as shown" and sent half of that item and then said it was "filled to value." Yeah, to a $20 value... It took too much time out of my day to end up nowhere. After my experience, I'd be willing TO PAY to spare someone else from spending their hard-earned money on a skimpy, embarrassing arrangement. You send flowers for special occasions. They are already over priced. But when you have to explain and explain why these two photos do not match, why it's false advertising, why 3 old fully bloomed roses and 6 small mums or carnations do not equal a $60 bouquet, especially not in Small Town, America, to the managers, etc., who can see with their own eyes how different the arrangements were, then it costs a lot more than a wasted money and an embarrassing bouquet. I spent a lot of time trying to place the order (the web site wasn't working, so I had to call; the rep was nonchalant about it, but I wasted time trying to get it to work, only to find out, it just wasn't working), then it took a long time to place the order. Then, they never gave me my final cost. The whole thing took way longer than I anticipated, so I just wanted to get off the phone and get on with my day. If I had to pay to place this review, I would have--just to spare someone else from spending their good money on a special occasion, only to get an embarrassing, skimpy bouquet and then super unsatisfactory customer service, when the proof is right in front of their own eyes.
I know that I can always count on Just Flowers to deliver a beautiful arrangement on the specific date and time that I requested.
I ordered flowers for Mother's Day. Just Flowers did not deliver and sent texts saying that they could not deliver but would try tomorrow. This went on for four days. I finally had enough and I emailed JF and informed them that I wanted my money back. My order was miraculously delivered 4 hours later. They then informed me that since the order was fulfilled, they could not refund my money and offered me $10 back for my inconvenience. After refusing and asking to speak to a manager the manager called - I am not exaggerating when I say she was the rudest customer service rep I have ever spoken to. She told me they do not send complimentary flowers and blamed me for not canceling the order sooner - as if I knew it Thursday (four days after Mother's Day) would be the magic day that the order would be fulfilled. She told me the most she would refund me is $25 on my $80.73 order, then had the nerve to accuse me of making a threat when I informed her that I would "do what I have to do" to make sure that people know how I was treated.
I understand things go wrong, and people make mistakes - I have certainly made a few - but all they had to do was refund my money and apologize, and I would likely have ordered from them again. They would have made back more than the $55.73 they kept from the transaction. It isn't about $55, it is about doing business with an honest company. Just deliver on a promise, and if you can't then make it right with the customer. My advice to anyone still reading this is use a different company ANY other company.
Updating to add: My order number was *******, but I am not sure what more you are planning to do. You have already addressed my issue all the way to the manager who told me that there is noone higher to whom I can appeal. I am sure she took detailed notes on our conversation, and I am sure it was recorded. We ended up yelling at each other because instead of listening to my complaint, she kept insisting that I was too slow to cancel the order. Take note ANYONE with an outstanding late order - CANCEL IMMEDIATELY and DO NOT WAIT to do so, unless you don't mind paying them for a service not provided. They will not refund your money.
Further update: I noticed after adding the order number still nothing from the stellar justflowers customer service department. They can not refute anything I have written here. I am not sure how they are cooking the numbers on this site, but I see their average review is more than 4 stars despite more than half of the reviews being negative. Including only a paltry 16% positive reviews in the last month, which would include the orders from Mother's Day.
Tip for consumers:
Terrible customer service. They really don't seem to care about losing business.
Stay away. If you made an order and it has not arrived CANCEL THE ORDER IMMEDIATELY! DO NOT WAIT! They will use the time it took you to cancel against you if they call you back.
