I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!
Every time, I selected something at a specific price..when I went to select days and the next steps the price rose....a bit of a bait and switch...not cool!! I use this site several times a year. I just hope now my order will be ok..second guessing this company.
On 5/4/21 I ordered flowers for mothers day not only were the flowers not delivered even after two days. They added insult to injury by offering a 10 dollar off coupon on my next purchase. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate them at -5
Same as all the other reviews. I was charged extra for a Mother's Day delivery that did not happen. If you can't accommodate a customer don't take their money and you won't get all the bad reviews. I would give them less than one star if I could

Disappointed that the receiver did not know who they came from even though all fields were completed with order. In just speaking with the individual the mystery was solved. I was sent a picture with the thank you today and I feel the quality could be improved upon.
If this saves one person! What they send is about 1/4 of what is in the picture. Then they offer you a refund of $10-$15. It really is a total scam. The worst part is I used PayPal and they stuck up for these scammers.

I have been using Justflowers.com for quite some time now. I have not really had a problem until my last order. I ordered a arrangement for my daughter. Online it was to include purple irises because that is her favorite flower. I paid extra to express delivery. The arrangement was delivered late and did not look anything like the picture on the site. They did not even use the same type of flowers. The flowers they used barely filled the vase and they stuck leaves and fillers in to make it look bigger.
I sent an email with the picture of the one received and then they called me and gave me a story about the florist can substitute the flowers as they wish. Maybe if they used flowers and not fillers it would not have been so bad. They told me they would credit me $7. What a joke. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

I ordered flowers for my mother. The flowers never came and when I phoned the company, it was impossible to speak to a live person. I left a message and asked them to have someone phone me but they did not. They email me to say that they cancelled the order, but they did not return my money. I sent over 10 email messages asking for them to return my money but they ignored my requests. This company is a total scam. Avoid them at all costs. I noticed that the company seems to be checking this site and leaving responses, so I will mention that the number is *******. Give me back my money, JustFlowers!

Same as everyone else here, ordered flowers Thursday for mother day delivery. 1036 Tuesday night no flowers, no communication of delay. Nothing. I have called several times left online inquiries and multiple voicemails. Nothing.

The ten Dallas discount gets lost with additional fees and extra to Wa area redivulous. Ends up way more expensive than expected or should be. I choose to but because of time pressure but won't again.

I ordered an arrangement on 6/6/22 with a requested delivery of 6/9/22. I was notified on 6/10/22 4:23 pm, the delivery was rescheduled. I called the representative hung up on me. On 6/11/22 I was told the delivery would be made by 6/11/22 directly to the funeral. I asked for the name of the local florist and was offered a $15 discount and to have the delivery sent directly to the family. Don't waste your time with this company! Their policies are not followed. These are moments you can't get back!

Xaviera White, we have checked our phone records and your call was not disconnected by our agent. Regarding your order, the only local shop was unreachable over the weekend which is why we offered to send your arrangement to the family of the deceased.
Without a doubt the WORST delivery service rendered me anywhere by any company. It took over a month from order placement to finally get delivery confirmation. It only took 10 days to actually deliver the order.
I got excuses like we only have a few local options for delivery. Well, I look at the yellow pages on line and counted 75 different florists that could all deliver. In my humble opinion you either need to stop offering overnight delivery of orders in Spokane, Wa. or beef up your local affiliation ratio. there are plenty of shops needing the work.
Absolute scumbags horrible product awful customer service. Do NOT order. Ordered flowers a few days before Mother's Day to be delivered the day prior. Paid $128 for three scraggly flowers and a headache that would not end. Called, and went thru their stupid Norton guarantee and they keep copy and pasting a response that "they're sorry since the flowers were delivered there will be no refund"... as far as I'm concerned I don't care what their policy is you don't get to lie misrepresent and fraudulently cheat people out of their money and then just claim some internal policy. I recommend the other people that went through this to also contact the Better Business Bureau and their credit card company as I have done both and I'm working on my Yelp and google reviews as well as every other possible social media I can think of. Found a pretty purple arrangement on sale and ordered. Website navigable, have used many times before. This time, however, received a call within an hour of ordering and flowers "out of stock." Would I want purple substitutes "that would be elegant?" Okay. Recipient a good friend and called about laughable arrangement, red carnations, light purple spider mums and baby's breath in a cheap clear glass vase, Walmart quality at best. Ripoff! Reported dissatisfaction and customer service person said I had "approved changes." Baloney. Cheap stunt. Stay away.

Charged me $136.00 5 days ago and still no delivery even though it should have been next day delivery. Customer Service doesn't answer the phone and emailing is useless. It's an automatic message saying they can't delivery and they will the next day. I can't even get a credit when I emailed them asking for one.

I ordered flowers for graduation and Mother's day and they never arrived... after about 30 phone calls, multiple emails and attempts to reach these people I still have nothing 4 days later... what a scam do NOT buy anything from these scum bags... they are not BBB approved either even though their website says they are... how many graduates and mothers were disappointed this year thanks to them? They have so many complaints its unimaginable this is unforgivable... Another nice contribution to an already very challenging time... thanks for another nightmare with a 250.00 price tag...

My mother was unfortunately in a hospital very unexpected in a city 3 hours away on mothers day all I wanted was for her to receive these flowers. This has yet to happen! And their customer service is nothing but automated phone services of transfers hang ups & full message boxs... needless to say I will never use this company again! It was a complete waste of $79.82... not to mention my mom's heart ache.

I called to see why the 20% was not taken off. I generally order from Teleflora and I get a discount because 2 of my cards partner with them. The only reason I did not use them was because they do not deliver in Gates NC. This was difficult because I don't care for call centers. I was dissatisfied they should have given me the same discount I could get over the phone online. This would have only been a 10 minute or less process with Teleflora and I would not have had to talk with anyone.

Wow- sure wish I'd read the reviews before I chose them on the internet to arrange for flowers to be sent to someone ill. Ordered on Sat. By Mon. Night I found out they were never delivered. $18.98 delivery/service charge added without discussing the cost. No compensation offered, just excuses. They should change their name to justexcuses, com. Well, too bad for them as everyone I know has now been warned!
