The person who received the flowers texted me right away with a photo. The flowers arrangement was even better than what I had hoped for. The recipient was delighted. Beautiful job and thank you so very much!

I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

Why would you have a second order going to me who placed the order and I had to delete this in order not to have this sent to me.......how many customers actually place this additional order? Unacceptable! If I could have found another florist who delivers to Brooks Maine, I would not have ordered this product.

Confirmed order online. Called back an hour later to tell me since they third party all deliveries out, that the closest florist to me charged $15 more for the same bouquet, so if they were going to meet delivery time they needed approval to charge the additional $15. I approved out of desperation in order to have delivery by 5pm when the recipient was there to receive. They missed delivery by 30 minutes - company was closed when they tried to deliver. When I called customer service to ask for refund since they missed delivery, they said sorry that they already paid the third party and could not refund my order. However, it took 15 minutes on hold to even speak with the incompetent "supervisor". HIDEOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Take your business elsewhere. Have disputed charge with credit card company.

Beautiful choices, nice coupon, but I wish site was more user friendly and you were able to toggle back and forth between cart and shopping without having to hit checkout and THEN go to continue shopping - make it possible to add multiple items to cart before hitting check out. Would also like to be able to add card, balloons, extras before final checkout.

Ordered 5 days before Mothers Day. No delivery, no phone calls answered. 3 days AFTER Mothers day they email saying my order is canceled and IF I was charged on my cc it will be refunded in 3-4 days... horrible service

The bouquet that was delivered is the worst, ugliest, pathetic excuse for a bouquet I have ever seen. It bears no resemblance to the picture of the flowers I paid for.
When I called custumer service, they refused to give me a refund. At the moment I have been on the phone with them for 34 minutes and have been put on hold for the fourth time. Do not use.

The initial contact was to request flower delivery for someone who had passed away. The flowers were ordered from a florist in the town where the funeral was held but was never delivered. The flowers were delivered a week later or so. I was not a happy customer.

the flowers though were indeed top notch. the girl at customer service was also top notch. I just wish that deliver was more up to par

Please do not let Justflowers.com deceive you. I ordered a bouquet and was extremely disappointed when I found out what was pictured was not delivered. They are false advertising and their customer service did not care to make ammends.

I ordered an arrangement to be sent to my Mom for Mother's Day. Not only did it NOT arrive on that day, 3 days later she still had not received it. When she finally did (4th day late), she called the florist and they said JustFlowers had just sent them the order that morning. To make matters worse, I tried contacting them online and via phone. Online they only offered me a $15 discount off of my next order with them, and when I called, I was sent to voicemail. I left a message as directed and they did not call me back for 6 more days! Unbelievable! This company cares nothing about customer service and satisfaction. Total ripoff with zero attempt to make it right for their poor service. Don't waste your time or money!

Always somebody to help during the order process, but last time none after selection. I have a problem that there is no confirmation that my order is accepted. I never know what I have just done when using the website. On a following order in May I never knew the order had problems and was not delivered as expected. When I did follow up someone did contact me and tried to resolve the problem but there were delays because of the timing and me getting back to the customer representative. I have used this business before and the flowers have been great. I wish there was a confirmation of product and dates requested. I know Mothers day in May was a busy time, but not knowing there was a delivery problem, until I asked the person to whom I was sending the flowers. They Solved the problem as quick as possible and the flowers were great when received and were long lasting.

I ordered flowers for a family funeral and placed the order 6 days before the funeral. The flowers were not delivered! I received no notification and was extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. When I asked for a refund, Just Flowers tried to get me to send flowers to the family home instead of the funeral home. I had no faith that those would be received either. They did refund my money but the funeral had no sympathy recognition from my family.

Tip for consumers:
Do not count on flower delivery!

The flowers were delivered three days late, and when I called your company, I was told the delivery person could not get through the gate. THERE IS NO GATE! Then the customer service person pretended that she tried to call the relatives, but it was the middle of the night in Australia. She blatantly lied. Very disappointing

Ordered flowers to be delivered Mother's Day and was sent a email late in the evening on Mother's Day that they would be delivered on another day. Didn't even say what day that would be. I would have ordered from a different company that would have delivered on Mother's Day if I knew that. Why take orders for a special day like that when you can't deliver that day. They still want full price even though they won't be there on Mother's Day. Thanks for ruining my moms surprise gift on Mother's Day. I emailed them back and got no response. Order from someone else if you want it on a special day.

My husband ordered me flowers for Valentine's Day and they were never delivered. We were charged $91.23. We tried to contact the company but every time we call the "Customer Service" line we are on hold for about 7 mins and then it hangs up on you. We tried to email but no response. We tried the online inquiry buy it asks for an order number that we never received. I have now put a dispute in with my bank for the charge and placed a complaint with the BBB. I have always been one to say "who would take the time to go to the BBB". Well this company is so bad that I took the time to do it. I even tried to reach out to them on Facebook.

Tip for consumers:
Do Not order from this company. They will take your money and never deliver a product. Then you will never be able to reach them.

I ordered flowers for my mom to be delivered for mother's day. I never had confirmation email generated, flowers were never delivered. Tried to contact them, to no avail. Had to dispute the charge with my bank, still awaiting an outcome. Never order through this business.

This company will promise you whatever you want, such as a specific delivery date, but not deliver. They ASSURED me of a delivery the day before Mother's Day. (I specifically asked a customer service representative because my mother was being hospitalized the day after Mother's Day for a few days.) I was told it would not be a problem for delivery the day before Mother's Day. However, FOUR days later I'm still getting emails that "delivery of my order has been delayed and will be rescheduled on the next available day." FOUR days after the guaranteed delivery date., and I still don't know a rescheduled date! Needless to say, I cancelled this order and will NEVER use them again. Don't waste your time, money, or energy with this company. They do NOT deliver!

All the extra charges add so much to my order--always--that I'm always searching for cheaper and cheaper items. I ordered some flowers for $39.99 and with shipping handling tax etc etc, I paid 36% more for a grand total of almost $55. I'm going to try to think of something else to send for birthdays. So many charges add up and up and up...

This is not a real company! They are just taking orders and taking money. The only human you can talk to is to pretend like you are ordering and when you say you have a problem and no one will call you back, they hang up on you!

Tip for consumers:
I googled the "headquarters address" and it is not a store front nor is it justflowers.com
Note the same canned answer everyone is getting from them!

They are not a florist. The flowers I ordered were not delivered on the day I requested and the flower arrangement was nothing the photo I saw on the website. They were skimpy and cheap looking. I DO NOT recommend you use them. I should have listed to my husband and when with another company.

Ordered Mother's Day flowers for MIL on 5/******* to be delivered on 5/9/2020. When ordering site never stated there would be a problem for delivery on the date that was picked. It is now 5/12/2020 and STILL no delivery. We have called a dozen times and pressed all the different options in hopes we could get a human on the phone but no matter which option we picked, we would be put on long hold times and then asked to leave a message. One of the times we did leave a message but no call back from a human. We received a robo call on 5/10 and 5/12 asking if we want to cancel the order or have it delivered. Bot times we pressed the number corresponding to having item still delivered. For it to still be delivered. Flowers still hasn't been delivered. Order # is *******.
Flowers were sent because of quarantine and trying to keep MIL safe but this was a big fail! Totally upset with this outcome and so was MIL.
