I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!
This is the worst company ever! I order on 2/14 never got the order i called 5 times and they kept telling me that the going to call the driver to see where the flowers no answer at all they said they will call me bacl never did i want my money back
I ordered a basket of flowers for a fellow employee and I was contacted the day of delivery that the flowers I ordered would cost me $12.00 more than I was quoted online. After a discussion, I ended up paying $6.00 more for the arrangement. If you cannot quote an accurate price on the arrangements then you shouldn't be selling them. I would not recommend this company to anybody!

Ive booked through them 2 times, disappointed both times. Deliveries werent on time, demanded a refund, and the one time they did an actual delivery, it was left by the door and was stolen. No refund, no half off, no care in the world.

The website needs to be seriously updated to a modern design. It looks shady when you are trying to purchase from a site that looks like it was built in the early 2000s. Glad you guys can deliver in the area I needed though
I ordered a bouquet exactly as the picture said, cotton candy, it 54.99 but for 10.00 more the bouquet would have more flowers. I then was up to 64.99 and they took 10.00 off but then charged 4.99 for express delivery (within 4 hours) but actually it was two days later, 3.99 handling and 16.98 for shipping or service. Total. 80.95. I would have even been happy if it had even looked similar to the photo and I was guaranteed the local florist had the flowers required for the bouquet. The bouquet had 4 roses, 2 lilys and some green, not even baby's breath. Whatever you do, do not order from these people. I called the credit card company and I am refusing to pay for this.
I order flowers for a very sad moment in my life. I received the worst service ever. I ordered flowers and I was delivered something completely different. When I called customer service the representative was the most insensitive person I have encountered in a long time. Someone called me the next day to say they will refund me $10 0f the $191 I spent. Please note I ordered a standing wreath, I did not get the stand and the large arrangement was a small arrangement. After staying on hold for 96 minutes they hang up with not even a callback. I certainly do not recommend this flower shop to anyone. They are the HORRIBLE. They only want your money as soon as that part is cleared you are forgotten. And do not try calling customer service they will speak to you like garbage and make you out to be the bad guy. Their customer service representative was trained in MANIPULATION.
Janiel Samuel, we've reached out to the local shop to find out why the stand was not included and they are claiming that they did in fact deliver the wreath with a stand. Also, the wreath delivered was in fact filled to value and it is practically identical in appearance to what you ordered. We've checked our phone records and none of your phone calls to us lasted any longer than ten minutes. In terms of the quality of calls, our quality care department is currently researching these issues. However, it is worth noting that our customer service supervisor called you yesterday and you hung up on her. We will try reaching out to you again today but please keep in mind that the wreath delivered was filled to value and it's nearly identical to what you ordered.
DO NOT BUY FLOWERS FROM THIS SITE! I ordered flowers for my wife two days before our wedding anniversary. On the day of our anniversary, I received a notice from the company they were unable to deliver that day and asking for an additional day. I was certainly unhappy but what was I going to do? So, I relented and received a promise they would be delivered the next day. By that time, I was home from my business trip. I then received another notice they were unable to deliver that day and asking for another day. I called and cancelled the order. The level of incompetence is astounding.

The remote area you ordered for was only available for delivery on Saturday this past week and our representative offered to send it out then instead of a Friday with discount which you refused. A full refund was issued on August 25th, that same day. Please allow 1-4 business days for that to process.
I ordered flowers & chocolate to be delivered to a friend who was down and needed a little pick me up. I ordered them on Thursday 2/14/19 (Valentines Day) for same day delivery. I was understanding that it got delayed due to the holiday. They arrived to her on Saturday and with no chocolates after several calls and emails. I then asked to speak to a manager and after a 30min hold a person named Regi told me that I had to wait for them to do an investigation. Pardon my language, but investigation my $#*!. They did not wait to take my money so why do I have to wait for them to investigate something that has nothing to be with me. Long short of it, no candy, the worst customer service, and I think I deserve all of my money back for the inconvenience and the rude service of this manager.

I ordered flowers at 8am on the Saturday before Mother's Day -- if they couldn't fulfill the orders as promised, they shouldn't take them. They sent me a notice at midnight on Mother's Day saying the order would be delivered on Monday, it was not. You can't change the terms of service after the fact. Tuesday is not the same as Sunday. I have sent in five cancellation requests and keep getting responses saying "your flower order will be delivered tomorrow" and no response to the cancellation. It's impossible to get a customer service person on the line. I'm disputing this charge with the bank.

I ordered flower online for a funeral. I then called to make sure it would be delivered on time I spoke with a representative and they verified it would be at the funeral at the correct time. Then called me the day of the funeral and told me they couldn't deliver it. I will never order anything from just flowers again! Terrible experience.

Jessica, there is only one florist in that remote part of Louisiana and they have been unresponsive. We offered to send the arrangement out to a family member instead which you agreed to but then changed your mind. Your order has since been cancelled.
The flowers and delivery were perfect. My terminally ill friend loved it and said it made her Christmas. Unfortunately, she only had a few days to enjoy it, so I'm thankful for that.
I placed an order for my mom of over $100 and they were delivered on Saturday evening. My sister called me Sunday telling me she did not want to call me telling me the flowers were wilted with some of the green leaves brown and get disappointed. I received the pictures and I was very upset; not only were they wilted they were not even close to what I ordered. I received and email thanking me my order but did not recieve an order number. Don't get what you ordered. You gat a cheaper arrangement and no resemblance to what you ordered. Got a $70 arrangement for my mother's funeral, sent by my daughter. I called the florist here in town and they told me what the order said. They aren't taking orders from them anymore.
I found out she paid $130 to Just Flowers and our florist got $70. BEWARE!

I ordered Heathers for my mother for Mother's Day. I did that because my name is Heather and I wanted my mother to have flowers named after her daughter. I even paid for the the premium upgrade to have a little extra in there.
She did not receive Heather's she got Pink hydrangeas.
I should have been informed that she wasn't going to get what I ordered.

Bought two $125 bouquets
They never sent the flowers even though it's advertised as same-day delivery. Sent to two different people in different states, so I can't even blame the local carriers. The customer service rep sounded like they weren't in the US.

Ordered a $50 arrangement. Plus there was $20 in handling and delivery charges. It was delivered ahead of schedule and the flowers were in good condition, but the arrangement was only about 10 inches tall and had 3 specialty flowers ( gerber daisy, rose, and asiatic lily) and about a dozen daisys. It was clearly not a $50 arrangement. Customer service said they would replace it, but called the next day to say it was filled to value. For $70 it should have been fabulous. Their customer service was an offer to send a coupon for my next purchase. I told them there wouldn't be another purchase. They really didn't care. I had used them before, but this is the first time anyone sent me a picture of what they received. Now I question if any of the orders were what I ordered. Customer service is polite but non existent resolution.

I contacted them by phone as I needed to order several funeral sprays for my sister-in-laws funeral. Their website guarantees that they price match. The sprays I wanted to order were $119 each on the fromyouflowers.com site. When I told the agent where she could find the link, all she kept saying was that their price of $169 each was the very best price she could give me. I was going to order from them because they had a different spray that I wanted to add in addition to the others. All she kept asking me was, how much I wanted to spend and that she could find me something just as nice. I kept telling her I wanted the one that was exactly as the one on the other site for the same price. She must have asked me a dozen questions leading me to believe she was going to price match, then said she could not but would find me something else. SERIOUSLY? If you are not going to price match take it goof of your site!
Tip for consumers:
DON'T USE THEM! They are 40% or more higher for dverything. And their customer service is 10 times as bad. Of course their English is not good. Save yourself some grief and buy American!

If you want to get a hold of someone quickly, call this number *******921. At least you can get a hold of someone. They said they refunded me, and it would take a while. It never happened, so I called up again. Apparently, a strict no return policy equates to freedom for crappy service. To sum it up, the flowers were two days late, the guy I called lied about refunding me, and when the flowers came in, my mom got my grandma's flowers and vice versa. I was upset my hard earned money went to crappy service, and that the TWO managers I spoke with were very unaccommodating. Now I know to use another PROFESSIONAL flower service for next Mother's and Valentine's Day. I received literally "Just Flowers" with crappy service and a lesson learned.

I have tried 3x's in the past year to have flowers delivered to my friends in Hereford, PA.
I have not succeeded. The customer service line kept me on hold and then disconnected me. I am completely disappointed in this service and cannot recommend it at all.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service!!!! I will never ever use Just for Flowers again. My Father passed away in January and I wanted to send my Mother flowers on what would have been their 62nd wedding anniversary. My Dad always sent my Mother flowers for their anniversary. They promised my order would be delivered on September 1st on their anniversary day. Just for flowers called that afternoon telling me that they were locating a delivery service but would deliver the flowers that day. I called several times to assure the delivery. They NEVER delivered my Mother's flowers. Shameful to ruin my Mother's first anniversary without my Dad. I recommend Just flowers to no one. Oh and they did offer a $25 gift card on a $200 order. Just shameful!!! Go elsewhere!!!!!
I called to place an order to be delivered to my sister in the Usa. Told it would be delivered before xmas but they could not get the product delivered before xmas, called me three times that they did not have product to make up order to send, in the end the pointsetta was replaced with another plant and delivered on Jan 3

At 1:45 pm today I called Just Flowers for a delivery by 6:00pm. They say we can do that! I chose a $49.99 plant and after 35minutes on the phone they charged my card $83.61. I call them back at 2:50 very upset about the over charge. They gave me a $20.00 credit. Then at 4:30pm they called saying the plant could not be delivered today and if I wanted it delivered tomorrow it would be an additional $50.00! So a $49.99 delivery actually costs $133.61! Horrible!

Picking what i want and ordering was good but as far as timely delivery and communication with the customer service was horrible .... They advertised a a same day delivery it wasn't i left my name and number for if any reason it couldn't b delivered on the date i asked they never contacted me i was the one reaching out to them .... I think my order made it 2 days later then it was supposed to ...... Bad experience with delivery and communication....
