I ordered birthday flowers and they were delivered one day late due to the (Carolina) hurricane. They were nearly the same as pictured. Except for the vase which was the same color,but was not the nice one pictured.

I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

Save yourself a lot of aggravation and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! In summary I ordered and PAID FOR delivery of a floral arrangement who was in the hospital. They told me that the delivery would take place between 11am and 6pm. I neve heard from my daughter so I called her and asked if she had received any surprises today. No, she had not. I called JustFlowers and was told that they could not find a Florist in the area to create the arrangement and deliver it. They did not have the common courtesy to email or text me. They just took my money and ignored the order. Finally, the JustFlowers "customer service" individual said that they would make the delivery the next day. Really? It seems odd that they couldn't deliver on Wednesday for the reason stated but could to it on Thursday? Too bad my daughter was going home on Thursday. They FINALLY agreed to refund me but alas, my daughter never received her flowers. STAY AWAY from this company unless you want aggravation and disappointment.

I want to start by saying, we looked at SO many options for flowers and we finally found the perfect goodbye flowers. When a family member is laid to rest their final flowers are the last goodbye gift you give them.The order was for a casket cover.The order that was delivered was not what we had placed, it was not even a SLIGHT substitution; it was completely different. Substituting one flower for another understandable, the color arrangement was all pink, completely different flowers, considerably smaller etc. When we contacted the company, they stated " we sent a email, saying a slight substitute was made." The email was sent the morning of the funeral... yep a grieving family is certainly going to check emails on the day of their loved ones funeral.No phone call, just an email.The order was placed way in advance! The price paid was close to $300... when we reached out and let them know what happened; they offered a $10 refund! No apology, no acceptance of fault.We were told we would have to contact the florist, but they couldn't provide the information of the establishment. There was NO card attached. Pictures were sent of what we received, and the order that was placed. COMPLETELY different flowers would be an understatement.As per the customer service representative," your welcome to leave a review."(*sarcastic tone) so that's what this is... too bad pictures cannot be posted.

Ordered 3 days before delivery for my freshman daughter's birthday AND her 1st birthday away from home. The day of delivery they called at 2pm and asked to change the arrangement to orange and red, sounded horrific but I was in a bind so I agreed. Then called at 5pm and said they wouldn't be delivered till the next day! I was furious, I said to cancel (despite their 6pm delivery gaurentee) the next day was unexceptable. Rep kept saying 'better late than never'?!? He offered me $10 off.

The next day they are still calling wanting to delivery them, now the offer was $5 off, or give me a credit. I declined.

I have never been so let down, though they failed, I have failed as a mom in putting my trust in them

I placed an order on a Thursday for Saturday delivery got 2 emails saying that they weren't able to deliver until Monday at that point I emailed them and said am I expected to pay full price for this I'm not sure what's going on and the only response that I got back is that my order had been canceled I have emailed numerous times looking for answers to my questions never got a response this is unacceptable. Will never use them!

Deliveries are available in most major cities on Saturday and Sunday in the USA. If we are unable to arrange for delivery on Sunday and time permits we will setup for delivery on Saturday, including Birthday and Anniversaries, and Mother's Day Orders. If Saturday or Sunday is not available, then the order will be delivered on Monday or the soonest available delivery date.

Ordered flowers for my grandma for
Mother's Day. I am and forgot to order earlier, so was super relieved when o went to order on Saturday and there were still delivery times for Sunday available! They weren't though. I sent my money and went through the transaction only to get a text on Sunday saying like"we're so sorry we couldn't deliver today but she will get them tomorrow!" I understood bc I know it's a busy holiday and she will still be excited Monday. Then Monday I got the same text. A little more mad but I'm still sick so just decided ok it's fine. But now it's Tuesday and I just got my THIRD text saying she'll get them tomorrow. What do you wanna bet she's never going to get them and they're just stealing money! This should be illegal and is so so wrong! They say if you have any questions to go to the website and check on your order but the only options are deliver tomorrow or cancel! I called and no one answered! This is the most frustrating waste of time and now I'm out over $100 and my grandma still doesn't have flowers!

I ordered flowers for the funerals of our close friend and they didn't deliver it. This is not the occasion when you can make excuses. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL COMPANY, NEVER USE THEM. They deserve zero stars and must not be in this business.

I honestly do not know how this so called company is in business! I ordered flowers and balloons for a friends get well on Wed to be delivered Friday, they did not show up, I received no call or email and had to call them five times, each time they leave you on hold deliberately for 10 to 15 minutes and are always unable to reach a "manager" or sort the problem, I was then promised the delivery would arrive Saturday which it did not, again no notification, I called again and was told the florist couldn't be reached and that my area was rural which was a problem and that the only florist was 20 miles away which was completely false! There are several within 6 miles. I called again Sunday was again put on hold for a long time to be asked if an apology note would be acceptable! No it damn well isn't! I asked six times for a full refund, she even then asked if I would consider keeping the money I paid on file for a future order! I told her no way I'd ever be using this so called company again. I've been told my refund will be issued within 4 working days so we shall see! My advice, do not use this scam company and stay well away. They should be reported for trying to steel and scan people.

Don't bother using this business. I ordered my mother flowers, (with flowers added, which was an option) 5 balloons with one foil balloon saying 'Happy Mothers Day', and a large box of chocolates. I wanted this gift to be big and spared no expense. She only received the flowers. I was very disappointed and services out to make this right. You can't even talk to these people unless you have your 7 digit order number and since they don't receipt you an itemized list, I had to finally get the number from my mom. I already gave them my name, her name, and her address on a complaint option twice when unsubscribing to their email list. After my 4th attempt to contact them, using their 7 digit number, I had a lady I could barely understand call and tell me that I didn't order the stuff that I said I did. I'm sorry, I'm not computer illiterate and I took my time making this order. It must be really easy to say 'No you didn't order that' when, like I said before, there is no receipt or itemized list. You know it must be a bad business when you go in with your 7 digit number and the section for why your trying to check has a drop down with 'Order was missing...' and had everything they could've left off. After the lady told me that I didn't order what I DID order I realized where this was gonna go, so I just hung up. Don't use this business. Keep it local.

I ordered a specific arrangement of flowers to be delivered for my mum's birthday. Total cost was $93.00 (CDN).

Flowers were delivered after 5 on the day, went to a neighbour's house (despite the fact that someone was home) and they amounted to less than a dozen flowers jammed into a cheap vase. Can't even call it an arrangement - they were random flowers in an ugly vessel.

My brother picked up a $20.00 bouquet at the grocery store and it was 100x better than the expensive arrangement from "Just Flowers". More effort went into the grocery arrangement - the flowers were larger, colours were coordinated and there were way, way more blooms.

I then called Just Flowers to complain.

I sent a picture and then they "investigated' my complaint. I will say, that the customer service people are very polite, they are just completely ineffectual. Many emails and phone calls later, Just Flowers offers me $5.00 off my next order in 'compensation'. Yeah right. Fool me once, shame on me, fool me twice, well you know how it goes.

The cheap vase, missing flowers, tiny bouquet were explained away by stating that they had the right to substitute.

It's now 11 days after my order and Just Flowers is now prepared to give me a $10.00 refund. I'll take it, but it was still a giant rip-off and I will never use this company again.

Avoid Just Flowers - they are deceptive and dishonest.

Ordered my mother flowers for mothers day on 5/3/21. Got a confirmation # of *******. It is now 5/10/21 and they just sent me an email saying they still can't deliver the flowers and they couldn't deliver them Friday 5/7 either. Funny... the florist they said they are using is no longer in business. The nursing home my mother lives at is open 24/7 so I find it hard to believe the flowers couldn't be delivered. I tried calling, emailing and contacting them by website. Calling... they asked me to leave a message... I did and no answer. I let the recording run past the voicemail request hoping I would get a representative... the call hung up if I didn't leave a message. I just tried calling today... no answer of any kind... no recording, no person, nothing. And the website says. Be patient, your order is being processed. WHAT A JOKE! Never again will I use an online service to order flowers. I'm going back to the tried and true... PHONE a Local Florist. I asked the website to cancel my order. We'll see what happens but I'm betting NOTHING!

Tip for consumers:
This site needs a customer service department that actually answers phones and responds to messages immediately. A week after the holiday does not work.
