I ordered birthday flowers and they were delivered one day late due to the (Carolina) hurricane. They were nearly the same as pictured. Except for the vase which was the same color,but was not the nice one pictured.
I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

What do you mean "thank you" for your business? You failed to complete the flower order for my MOTHER'S FUNERAL. As if we weren't already going through enough. At the last minute we were informed that they would not be delivered in time but could be delivered the next day. What good would that do? Throughout the whole process I was put on hold for a total of 2 hours, hung up on by a manager, "guaranteed" that a manager would get back to me (he didn't), had my refund delayed because only a supervisor could process it. Then, a supervisor called me a few days later to offer me a discount if I wanted to try placing the order again. Again?! The order was for my mother's funeral! I wish I'd had the time to research your company online before placing an order. Your reputation is well documented and I now know that I am not alone. You know exactly what you are and what you do to people... You simply accept as many online orders as you can with no regard as to whether you can actually fill the orders. Some work out, but many don't. Just keep in mind that your customers are real people often going through very difficult circumstances. Aside from funerals, just think of how many birthday, Valentines, Mothers Day, and anniversary surprises you've ruined. Not only do I not accept your worthless $10 coupon, I'm going to tell as many people as possible to avoid you.
Order flowers from Just Flowers.com. On Saturday May 12 before Mothers Day. Incorrect flowers were delivered on the Tuesday after. Not only were they not the right flowers delivered on the wrong day the flowers were left outside in the rain. Have been in contact with 6 different people at Justflowers + the only returns they will give me in $15.00 on a 102.23 order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS UNSCRUPULOUS BUSINESS

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day. Order arrived a day late, on Monday afternoon instead of Sunday. They emailed me on Saturday night to inform me that they wouldn't be delivered on time, and again on Sunday with the same message. I did appreciate them letting me know and understood that it was a busy flower delivery day. The bouquet was supposed to be an arrangement called Spring Dazzler that consisted of Roses and Gerber Daisy's in pale pinks and whites. Instead an arrangement of mostly multicoloured carnations and one Gerber Daisy arrived. I sent a message letting them know that the flowers look nothing like the bouquet I ordered, and that I understand that sometimes substitutions need to be made but they are supposed to be of equal value. Very disappointed with only one Gerber Daisy in the entire bouquet. I picked this bouquet because my Mom loves Daisy's.
The website states " Flowers are designed to be delivered as close to the arrangement pictured as possible." There was no attempt to keep a similar colour pallet or type of flower. When the costumer service representative called me back, they informed me that on Mother's Day the cost of flowers is higher and due to the volume of deliveries they cannot guarantee a delivery date.The flowers were $92.97 US. I am very disappointed! I was offered a 10$ discount. Picture 1 is the flowers that were delivered. Picture 2 is the bouquet ordered.

Your service fees are very large and should be included in the base price of the flowers. This makes your site misleading and a bit slimy (like a car dealership).
It was awesome! You should add an option of delivering to a college since I had to out down high school as the closest resemblance of a college delivery setting.

I order flowers here for mother's day which fell on a Sunday, I ordered on a Saturday. This website over exaggerates it's " same day shipping". I paid $89 in hopes she will receive it on mother's day even if it was before mother's day I would be pleased. I received a phone call from the company at 9:40pm on Mother's Day night saying they were unable to deliver and will redeliver the following day. I am furious. Why would anyone pay nearly $100, not to mention I paid more to have it delivered on the very day, and still not receive it? It's despicable. Ruined my mother's mother's day gift. And all they could offer was an apology note and a $10 credit. It took me a whole day, I kid you not just to speak to a human being because the automated service kept saying they were having a busy day. I don't care how busy you are, if ANYONE pays you to deliver on a specific day, it's your job to uphold your part.
I will never use this site again and I will forever recommend no one delivers from here.
