I ordered flowers for my Mother for Mother's day and they were supposed to be delivered Saturday. Today is Tuesday and they still haven't been delivered. I have tried to call several times and can NEVER get a live person on the phone. I wait for over 20 minutes and finally get forwarded to a voice mail system to leave a message. I have left a message and sent several emails with nothing more than the standard response that they were unable to deliver and will try again tomorrow. All I want is to know why they have been unable to deliver for three days or the name of the local florist so I can call them and inquire. This is beyond frustrating for the money I spent. They don't even offer to refund the money or upgrade the arrangement for the disappointment of not being able to have flowers to my mother on her one special day of the year! I will tell EVERYONE I know not to use them. If anyone has a number that I can call where I can speak to an actual person I would greatly appreciate it.

I recently arranged and managed my father's funeral. One out-of-town friend arranged to have flowers delivered by this company. The flowers were not delivered. The friend was double billed. Although one of the charges was reversed, the other is still pending (and has been disputed with the credit card company). Worst of all, as I and others have attempted to resolve this matter, we have been told lie after lie. We were told the flowers were delivered the night before the funeral. When they learned that this would not have been possible, we were told they were delivered the morning of the funeral -- at a time when I was present. This was absolutely false. Next we were told that they were received and signed by a person named Sue. Sue explained that she never received or signed for the flowers, and did not even attend the funeral. She merely told a rude customer service representative that my family had left some flowers and other decorations and treats in the church. The flowers Sue saw the day after the funeral were delivered by a different, reputable, florist -- who delivered multiple arrangements without difficulty. I have called repeatedly, been placed on hold for twenty minutes and longer, been told that I would be called back, and more. This company does not deliver flowers. It delivers a pack of lies.

Just a lot of upcharges...Don't even know what I paid extra for..It didn't show...I would have liked to say more in my card..But, I want this to be special. I love this woman!

You need to put the coupon code block up on the form farther. I totally didn't see this until I got over to my paypal account and noticed the discount price wasn't right.

Would like a space to add any requests. such as I would like to have added 4 purple roses instead of pink if available. The phone lady wasn't able to answer this question.

Delivery prices high since using local florist she lives very close. In the past they have actually called her and had her pick up her own flowers and charged the delivery fee.

I didn't get a $10.00 discount but maybe because of what I ordered. Didn't need a phone call from Just Flowers either as I don't give out my information over the phone.

When I filled out my order I wanted to change the bouquet size which meant I had to go back and fill out all the information again. other than that mostly good.

I have used justflowers.com many times and never had any problems. Flowers delivered have looked very close to the photos and were fresh when delivered. I would recommend them to a friend.

I ordered a funeral arrangement for a dear friend whose husband had passed, after a prolonged fight with cancer. As much as I would have liked, I could not attend the funeral. So I sent flowers, to honor her husband and to let my friend know I was with her in spirit., as she laid him to rest.
Not only did JustFlowers, not send the flowers, they did not let me know until two days after the fact. I missed their call and they left a voicemail, offering to send the flowers somewhere else. How insensitive was that? When I tried to call them, I was put in voicemail. They texted back, apologizing for not sending the flowers for Mother's Day. Their records are obviously all messed up! I have never been so let down by a seller in my life. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST--YOU DO NOT WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO YOU!
