The person who received the flowers texted me right away with a photo. The flowers arrangement was even better than what I had hoped for. The recipient was delighted. Beautiful job and thank you so very much!
I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

Same day delivery turned into a 5 day ordeal with no option to cancel having no option but to have flowers delivered to a empty house for our daughter never to even being able to enjoy. Epic failure

It was easy to navigate the prompts. I would have appreciated being given a warning before my order was finalized. There was no opportunity to check the order for accuracy.
When I tried to select 'Deluxe' for "Precious Love" arrangement, it jumped to "Hearts of Affection." I eventually concluded that if you add a few flowers to Standard "Precious Love," it becomes Standard "Hearts of Affection," which is priced the same as Deluxe "Precious Love." Not dishonest, but confusing.

NEVER ever ever order from "Just Flowers" I ordered a plant with flowers to be delivered on Saturday the day before mother's Day. It was not delivered I called they said it will be delivered Sunday. It was not delivered I called again and got very upset with these people and they promised it would be delivered yesterday! Here we are Tuesday and it is still not delivered you cannot even get through on the telephone everything is automated I am furious! So NEVER ever order from Just Flowers! As of today Wednesday my mother still has not received her flowers.

I ordered flowers for my Mother for Mothers Day on May 7,2022 to be delivered that day and received a text message that they could not be Delivered till May 8 which was fine because that was Mothers Day. Then on Mothers Day May 8 I get another text message that they could not be delivered till Monday May 9 the day after Mothers Day then I open my email this morning and they tell me they will be delivered the next available day. My Mother is 102 years Old and I may not get another chance to send her flowers again on Mothers Day! They have done this to me before, I will never order flowers here again!

Deliveries are available in most major cities on Saturday and Sunday in the USA. If we are unable to arrange for delivery on Sunday and time permits we will setup for delivery on Saturday, including Birthday and Anniversaries, and Mother's Day Orders. If Saturday or Sunday is not available, then the order will be delivered on Monday or the soonest available delivery date.
It is very easy to search for what I want and place order. I will be in touch with the person I am sending flowers to, to see if what they receive is as good as what it looks like I ordered.
The 40% delivery fee is higher than I expected. I am ill today or I would have delivered the gift myself. This order was sent because I am too contagious to go to the office.
