I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!
I ordered flowers for my mom for mother's day and they didn't arrive on Mother's Day. No explanation, just "we weren't able to deliver your order on Mother's Day". Wish I'd gone with someone else.

It seems that I selected an item and it tells me it doesn't deliver there for some reason of price. I selected the same thing but had to order the higher price. I don't understand that.

The only issue I had to call on was the place to which the flowers are to be delivered. It mentioned High School, but not a university; so I had to call to confirm. Otherwise, Great and easy.
I have been a loyal user of Just Flowers and I tell ALL my family and friends because Just Flowers came through for me ONE TIME when I needed them most; and ALL the recipients rave about the quality of the flowers!

My one disappointment was that the photo of the arrangement I selected had the inside of the vase lined with a broad leaf. The arrangement received did not have this enhancement.
I ordered a plant/flower arrangement on May 7th 2021, to be delivered the next day, so that I could give them to my mom for Mother's Day on the 9th. They assured me after I called on Saturday that they would be here on May 9th. It's now May 10th, and still nothing. Now I can't get ahold of anyone on the phone or email. THIS IS A 200$ PURCHASE! I will be reported this fraud company as they are taking peoples hard earned money and giving nothing. I felt so bad for my mom as I ordered those for her gift. FURIOUS

Every system can be improved and I was concerned the options didn't include 'home'. The closest was residential home which my confuse the delivery company.
this is the first time using your service. since I'm using it for a sympathy arrangement, I certainly hope it is a nice arrangement and arrives as promised
had to start over when i got to the check out because i wanted to change the delivery date, then when i re did it they tried to slide the express delivery in without my knowledge. Nice try tho!!!
I ordered a classic Starbucks basket for my mum birthday and after 2 days arrived and they sent a plastic glass in the basket. The advertising said 2 Starbucks ceramic. It's a shame.

I ordered flowers May 26th to be delivered May 27th in time for Memorial Day. It was very important to me that these flowers arrive on time for friends who lost their son in combat. On Memorial Day I called Just Flowers and got a sorry about that but we could not deliver due to florist being closed for a long week-end. I was not born yesterday! Florist are open for holidays because of the volume of business. Every day for the next 6 days I got calls of apology, "the florist lost your order, it's on the truck to be delivered, we are sorry, we are sorry." I demanded my money back after 6 days and they said they could not do that. While I spent the afternoon on hold waiting to talk to a supervisor I called my credit card company to see what they could do. They said hang up with Just Flowers and we will take it from here. Thank God, someone can do something! The icing on the cake was another call of apology the next day saying we were not able to deliver your flowers (day 6). That's ok sweetie don't ever call me again. What a terrible company. Don't EVER use Just Flowers. They should be renamed NO Flowers ever. Live in Atlanta and was told this was the best florist in town by friends and family. Have a special occasion coming up for my aunt and only want the best for her.

The website is easy to use. Please be certain, this year, that the arrangement is close to the picture on the site. Last year was a bit of a disappointment, and had to be re-delivered. Thank you.
We were informed by email that the flowers would probably be delivered the next day, but the florist got going and delivered them that same evening of the day ordered.
Every thing is easy and good except they charge a too much for shipping and delivery and tax... the price at the end is quite more than the posted price.
Last time I ordered the order was wrong.
It wasn't delivered in a timely manner and it was damaged.
I hope this time my experience will be much better.

I ordered an upgraded arrangement for my sister and her husband who had passed the day before. It cost me $94 to have it delivered on Saturday before mother's day. It arrived the following Monday -2 days late. It looked like they just bought and old grocery store bouquet and stuffed in a Dollar Store vase. They never answered their phones they called on Sunday to tell me the flowers would be delivered by 6PM. I told them to cancel the order if was not delivered on Sunday. When it was all said and one - they only offered me a $10 refund. When I said that was unacceptable they upped to $30. Less than a 3rd not to mention the time and trouble trying to get them delivered. These people do not use an actual florist. There was not name on the card or the van that delivered. They say it is company policy not to give out the name. Their website lies and they will steal your money. I think their florists work out of their garages, get their flowers out of dumpsters, and buy cheesy Dollar Store vases. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The basket that was sent was very small for the price and did not have as much product in it as advertised. I will never order that basket again. It was embarrassing!!
