I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

Ordered flowers for funeral on a Sunday morning for a funeral on Monday morning, didn't arrive, I receive call saying they couldn't deliver because they couldn't find the location. I call the next day and they say they called every flower shop in the area and nobody could deliver so how about delivery the next day. Nope, couldn't deliver the next day for some reason, or the next day or the day after that and after that and now here we are a week later and they still can't seem to figure out how to deliver a bouquet of flowers. I have been holding for 15 minutes to speak to a manager. NEVER EVER WILL I ORDER FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS AGAIN. I am contacting the local media about this company.

This is the 2nd time that we are purchasing on your website. We returned because our experience that first time was great. The delivery was on time and seamless.
I placed an order for flowers to be hand delivered for my Mother's 70th birthday, with expedited shipping to arrive before 1pm. I was called around 4:30 and informed that they could not deliver that day, the local florist was closed, but would deliver the next day. I was also told that I be refunded my expedited shipping fee. The next afternoon, I was called and told that the order could not be delivered that day either. I attempted to cancel the order, but was offered an additional credit of $5 if I would let them deliver the next day, I countered with $10 for the inconvenience and they accepted. The next day I was called and informed that the order was going to be delivered! However, they could not deliver the Happy Birthday balloon because the local florist was out of helium. They offered to refund the balloon charge as well. The problem now is that I have not received all the promised credits! And after calling them to inquire, I was told that it is too late to credit my card.
What a lousy company to deal with!

I would have given them 0 stars but that wasn't a choice. I ordered flowers from Justflowers.com. It was to be a same day delivery. I was called by a representative to inform me that the arrangement I ordered could not be made because some of the plants were unavailable. That's fine. It happens. I told the representative that I would like to cancel the order. He said he had to get a manager. I was on hold for three minutes when a manager got on. She then proceeded to hard sell me into not cancelling the order. I could not have been more clear. I didn't want a discount or a delivery on another day. She said she had to put me on hold to process the cancellation. I was on hold for 7 minutes. When she got back on she started another round of trying to get me to not cancel the order. The long hold was part of the manipulation to try to get me to give in. Then she told me it would be 5 - 7 days for my refund to come through. The refund for the order that couldn't be filled. The manager was rude and disrespectful. This is a unprofessional operation. There are hundreds of complaints against them. Do not get sucked into this poor excuse for a business.

THEY FINALLY DELIVERED THE FLOWERS TO OUR HOME AT 7:30 PM AND THE ARRANGEMENT WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED (THE FLOWERS WE RECEIVED IS PICTURED ON THE BOTTOM PHOTO THE ONE WITH THE FLOWER HANGING ON THE TABLE)AND THERE WAS A LITTLE BALOON AND A SMALL BOX OF CHOCOLATES. Never sent any flowers tor the funeral visitation, thou there was a whole day to get there. Sent me a e-mail very late stating they were rescheduling the delivery for the funeral day only, and it would be there in the morning by 10:00 am. NO IT WAS NOT! I stepped out of the before funeral family met to call, very upset, they said my arrangement would be there by 11:00 the start of the service. NO IT WAS NOT, The last few minutes of the service, a pitiful small, ugly, mismatched bunch of small handful of flowers were brought in by the director interrupting the pastor, to place this crappy little arrangement on the floor. I just wanted to cry. I looked like I had not even cared about my lost one, the flowers were just crap. I had planned a beautiful pink-white-purple arrangement called the Heavenly Bliss Sympany and spent over $100.00 for it. My family couldn't believed it wasn't the color, size, or even value of what I ordered. It may of cost $20 - $30 at the most, including delivery cost. Very upset, heartbroken that my time of loss and grief was just ripped off by a joke of a flower company... you should be ashamed of the lack of compassion and bad service... Believe me everyone has asked me who the flowers were sent from, so they would NEVER order from your business.

A little disappointing as I kept getting messages the flowers I wanted were not available in the Ukiah area. But I use you all the time so I will quit complaining.
HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. Did not realize the poor service that they give to people. Ordered flower delivery on 6.18. For friends wedding anniversary. Promised they will deliver the same day. Got a call in late evening that day saying they could not get a florist to deliver(it was too late for me to reorder with another that day)and if it is OK to reschedule for 6.19. Agreed they could deliver on 6/19 as long as long as they promised it was at THAT day. Got call again on 6.19.(day of friend's anniversary said they could not find a florist to deliver and if I could reschedule for 6/20(Monday)and in addition they would give me a $10 refund on the order.On 6.20 I6 they again said there was no florist willing to send flowers and if I was willing to reschedule to 6/21. Then I decompressed!
I am very sure that theses are middlemen and only giving orders to florist for a bare minimum. That is why I got called for 2 days IN A ROW wanting it to be rescheduled the next day. When I asked to speak to supervisor, they said that since the supervisors were busy( hah) they" will call back"
I see that there are a string of unhappy customers.

As another reviewer expressed, I would give them a zero if possible. I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life! I had ordered Mother's Day flowers for my sister to be delivered on Friday. Keep in mind I placed this order more than a week in advance. Come Friday, I receive a message saying that my delivery has been rescheduled to Saturday. I called Friday afternoon and was able to get through to a representative who assured me that the delivery would be made Saturday. I was totally okay with this because I knew it was a busy holiday weekend. The end of Saturday rolls around and still no delivery. They claim to have 24 hour customer service, but from this point forward I am not able to get ahold of anyone. Every time I call I'm placed on a long hold and finally sent to voicemail. It took me three voicemails, an online inquiry, and an email to finally get a response Sunday evening that my order is not going to be delivered until Monday. Understandably I am extremely upset at this point and send an email back saying that I want my order delivered and to receive a partial refund. It's Monday morning and I receive an email stating that my order has been canceled. This is absolutely absurd! I will never use this company again and will be sure to warn others not to use this flower service. After all that stress, my sister is left without any flowers for Mother's Day as I intended. Do not order from Just Flowers!
