The person who received the flowers texted me right away with a photo. The flowers arrangement was even better than what I had hoped for. The recipient was delighted. Beautiful job and thank you so very much!
I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

Always saying would give 10.00 off next order but yet have seen it come up on my new order. sent chat email and Rhonda never responded to question.

Shopping is easy but in all the times I've ordered I have never received a discount or future discount coupon. That's my only gripe.

Only issue is ensure you verify every step as system automatically places the express delivery into your order, whether you request it or not.
I have bought flowers from you multiple times and two of those times they were not delivered the same day as requested. That's my only complaint.

The home page claims we would get a 10% discount on this order. I did not. It appeared in other ratings that some had the same complaint
Flowers were delivered about 3 days after they were requested. At time of order was told same day delivery. Had to call florist multiple times
It was very easy to navigate and choose an arrangement. I would give 5 stars but I don't know what the flowers will truly look like when delivered
please put all pricing up front. I didn't know about extra costs until the review. Not only a delivery fee but a "handling fee" too.
Online is the next best thing if you can't be there in person, so local or long distance, it was in and out purchase.

your site is a little tricky. This promo code really does not give you anything off as it is increased with handling and tax charges.
Great for those of us living overseas as many places can't accept foreign address info. Re-order from you depends on quality of the end product.
