The person who received the flowers texted me right away with a photo. The flowers arrangement was even better than what I had hoped for. The recipient was delighted. Beautiful job and thank you so very much!
I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!
It was a very good experience and I will be placing another order in a couple weeks providing this one goes as planned.
Had a question started live chat, Rose said she was in chat and never responded to any questions! Not very good customer service!
Selection was adequate and site navigation was expected. Would be nice to know what the actual Same Day Delivery cutoff time is online.
We should always receive an email confirmation when the order has been delivered;
otherwise we won't know if our intended party received them.
Never done this before. I'll know more about my thoughts after my daughter gets her flowers and we see what they look like.

Disappointed at the end when there are several lines of extras... fees should be more transparent up front. Nearly doubled the order cost.

They charged me $158 for funeral flowers that were never delivered. Don't use these guys, they are scammers of the worst kind.
