The person who received the flowers texted me right away with a photo. The flowers arrangement was even better than what I had hoped for. The recipient was delighted. Beautiful job and thank you so very much!
I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

There were problems to fill in the delivery address form. I needed to choose California but it was NY imprinted already.
So far it has been acceptable. Now lets see how you do regarding the quality of the flowers and delivery timeframe.

I only use Just Flowers for my daughter's Birthday every year. She loves them and that makes it a good Birthday.
the site needs to let you list by price and other options. Little expensive, but at least you deliver on Sunday.
I thought the prices are inclusive of shipping and handling. Was surprised that my $60 something purchase ended up $80 something.
It would be really nice if you could select items also by colour grouping rather than having to scroll to find.

I placed an order 8 days prior to my daughters birthday and paid for an express delivery between 9.00am and 1.00pm. My daughter left work at 5.10pm and on her way to the airport, received a call from the florist at 5.13pm trying to arrange delivery.
I contact Just Flowers the next day to cancel the delivery but as it was the weekend I needed to wait until Monday to confirm if the order could be cancelled.
I received an email from Just Flowers on Monday informing me the order had been delivered and they were unable to cancel the order.
When I finally received a call from a Just Flowers manager he informed me there was nothing he could do about the flowers not being delivered before 1.00pm on the day scheduled.
The Just Flowers manager just continued to quote their web page " we will attempt to deliver the flowers within the priority time but this is not guaranteed".
What should have been an enjoyable experience for a special occasion was ruined by a business with no care for customer service.
I will never use this business again and would hope others reading this review choose another florist to avoid disappointment.
I like when you can see all of the charges up front - but this site doesn't allow for that. I think in this day and age transparency is helpful.
It was pretty easy to order. The cost is a little higher than going with the local florist but that shop did not seem to allow for Sunday delivery.
I did not see the prompt for my coupon code to get my $10.00 discount. At what point was it shown? Maybe this needs to be placed more prominently.
