The person who received the flowers texted me right away with a photo. The flowers arrangement was even better than what I had hoped for. The recipient was delighted. Beautiful job and thank you so very much!
I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

Flowers were for a funeral out-of-state, and specific colors were requested for the family's floral arrangements (specifically pink, with yellow and blue.) I searched for 2 hours online to find a pink, yellow, and blue arrangement. I included a note stating, "PLEASE no substitutions w/o calling me 1st for my approval... color is very important." I received no call - yet flowers came in different colors. Also, I upgraded to the premium version, and instead of more flowers, I got a bunch of leaves, (and there were no leaves in the original photo online). When I notified JustFlowers.com, I was offered a $5 discount. I said - not enough. Over the next few days, I had a dozen phone calls with them -They just kept repeating that the arrangement was "filled to value", and there was nothing more they could/would do. Never would they acknowledge that I requested a phone call if substitutions were to be made. For example, they replaced the light pink flowers with dark burgundy ones. Had the pink daisies not been available, I would have understood, and accepted pink carnations, or pink ANYTHING over a dark burgundy flower. I just needed a phone call. It's the principal of the thing - and simply not fair that I should pay full-price for something that looked nothing like what I ordered. I understand substitutions will often times be necessary, but THIS IS WHY I asked for a phone call to discuss my options with the specific florist filling my order. My including that note should be clear enough to say that my contractual agreement with this order is limited to my approval before changing without asking. I had specific needs to fill. Customer service did nothing. I said, "Look, I'm not asking for a full refund. I'll accept 50% off. That's what the other sites offer." They then offered me $10 off. I personally believe I deserved more. I will never order from the website again.

Ordered Flowers for my daughters birthday on the 15th to be delivered on the 17th. Placed order online. The day of delivery I received no email that they could not be delivered. I waited till 9pm to see if they would come. They did not. I asked for the following day. Spoke to someone at 11am on the 18th and asked for them to be delivered even though they were a day late. Come 530 on the 18th got a call that the company that was to deliver flowers needed more money to deliver order because it was a further drive. This delivery was to be in Ann Arbor... Downtown Ann Arbor. Not the middle of nowhere. Trying to cancel the order was timely and frustrating. Just Flowers gave me the run around. They wanted to put order on hold for another time. I said cancel several times. They kept talking about discounts... Cancel I said. Finally I had to make threats and that I would be filing a complaint. Awful Experience. Never have had a problem with any other Florist website before. So don't use Just Flowers.
Excellent flowers beautiful arrangement indeed smooth delivery
Pretty easy to use online however when I chose PayPal to pay the site did not respond as anticipated and I had to play with the pages in order for my order to be completed.
The flowers were delivered on the date requested. The recipient called me and stated that the center piece was very pretty and in good condition.
Good experience so far. Hoping that delivery will take place on time (tomorrow)and the product will look close to what I saw in the picture.

It said it would give a $20 off other prices. I didn't see that at all at checkout. Then the service fee was very high!
Better/more filters would be good. There are so many items to sort through. I like that a local florist will deliver to a small town.
I've used JustFlowers for a number of years with only one issue that took a while to be resolved. I will continue to use them.
