I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!
So far online experience is good, will wait and see how delivery and product delivered is. Would like a follow up on 7 Jun 2019
Good experience so far. Hoping that delivery will take place on time (tomorrow)and the product will look close to what I saw in the picture.
I've used the site many times. It is pretty standard as far as process. I have always had glowing reports about the flowers once delivered.

Order number *******. I purchased a flower arrangement from justflowes.com that was supposed to be delivered on Mother's Day but was never delivered. I called Just Flowers up until 10 PM to do a follow-up and was told that they needed to contact the local flower company to see why my order was not delivered and what happened, and when I told the rep that I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund, she hung up on me. At 10:30, I get an email saying, "We see in our system that your order was delivered." (This was only after I asked for my refund and for the order to be cancelled) but she needed to confirm with the local flower company, which was closed today and will be tomorrow. At 10AM this morning, I emailed them back and they sent THE SAME email back that my order was delivered but they hadn't heard from the flower company. I replied back letting them know that this order was NOT delivered and I wanted it cancelled and a refund. The repeated request for a refund is going unanswered. This order was NOT delivered, and there's no way they were seeing it at 10:30 PM as delivered, but it wasn't showing delivered just 30 mins prior. The house this was supposed to be delivered to has security cameras that were checked to date back a full 48 hours. This delivery was not made. It's already 5 PM here and no one has attempted to contact me, and when I call them, no one answers. This is the worst experience I have had to deal with and I will NEVER do business with justflowers.com again.

It was to be very easy to order I don't know yet what the flowers will be like when Delivered But the comments you had from other customers was very good so I hope for the best
I ordered flowers for Valentines day (to be delivered on the 13th, the day before Valentines Day) & paid extra for them be in a red vase & another additional fee for delivery before 1pm (total order $115).
The flowers arrived at 2pm in a clear vase & was not the arrangement I ordered. I tried 4 times to contact justflowers.com by phone leaving messages no one returned my call. I emailed them, no one responded to me email. I filed a complaint with PayPal that finally got them to re-send the correct arrangement (still not in the red vase I paid extra for). When I escalated the case with PayPal they finally contacted me only to offer a $10 refund! Not even enough to reimburse the extra $32 I spent for a red vase & early delivery! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JUSTFLOWERS.COM... YOU WILL BE VERY DISSAPOINED!
I've used them multiple times and have never had a problem.

I am 47 years old and this is the first negative review I have ever written ion my life. Certainly I have bought products or services that haven't always lived up to what i had hoped, but justflowers.com is beyond the pale. I am not even certain they are a legitimate company.
I ordered flowers the Saturday before Mother's Day. Justflowers.com has no tracking feature, and won't notify you if they are delivered. You have to contact them. Problemn is, there is actually no real way to do so. They give misinformartion on their automatyed answering machine that says something close to "just replay to our order email or click the banner on our webpage," neither of which gets you a response in real life. Their "customer service" line always leads down a road of being placed on hold and then ultimately sent to a voicemail. So each day I leave a voicemail with my order number and each day I get an email that my flowers were not delivered and they will be delivered the next available day with an apology note. Every day no delivery., This has now gone on all week. I paid $90 for flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day, they have never been delivered, and I have never even been able to speak to a live person at justflowers., com to help me simply get them delivered. So since there is no one there I can talk to, to even get them sent, I am without recourse. I would never ever use this service and I will do everything I can to at least share my story.

We placed our order that friday, did no recieved a confirmation email. Attempted to the 1st time and was on hold for almost and hour! Called back was on hold for almost 10 minutes and was disconnnected. Tryed again that friday and was diconnected again at the 10 minute mark! Called that saturday was on hold for 10 minutes someone finally answered took my info put me on hold an hour and never came back to the phone! Called on sunday was on hold for about 5 minutes, someone came to phone and took my info, and i stated to her the problems i was having with finding info about my order! You all need to teach your customer service reps that if we are going to be on hold for a while, to telll your customers about delays instead of leaving us on hold to assume things! WE WILL NEVER ODER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

I ordered a Teddy Bear and Latex balloons for my 3 year old niece who was having her tonsils out at the hospital. I was assured over and over that they would be delivered that day. They were NOT and I was informed that the florist they used was closed for the day. Found out the next day that our local hospital does not allow latex balloons to be delivered. They finally delivered the gift late afternoon THE NEXT DAY at her apartment because she was only staying 1 night and I even empathized that they had to be delivered that day. Also, they tried to make me pay an additional 15 dollars which i refused to pay. Come to find out this is a flower brokerage company and they call local florist to deliver the flowers. I COULD HAVE DONE THAT. I even asked them where they were located and never did get an answer. I will NEVER, EVER use this company again and I'd advise all others to beware. I truly believe they are working out of China as they all have foreign accents. Call your local florist. Do NOT use this company or god knows when or even IF your order will be delivered.

I am ordering these flowers because I used some one else on Thursday to deliver flowers on Friday for my daughters birthday they never arrived for her birthday last Saturday.
I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your company. I placed an ordered to be delivered on Valentines Day.
Your website guaranteed Valentines Day delivery. I placed they order and call to confirm. Flowers were never delivered and for the first time in 8 years, a tradition that I have kept, the recipient did not receive the delivery. I was completely embarrassed.
An emailed was sent to me apologizing and that they will attempt delivery the following day. Once again, Wednesday came and left and the recipient did not receive anything. I emailed this morning and I was told that they were going to look into it and call me back. I received no phone call.
I called and the rep whose name was Eileen said she was going to look into it and call me back. She offered a $10 credit but at that point I wanted a refund because I paid for flowers to arrive on the 14th Valentine s Day not 16th on Thursday. I already went with another company and they were able to deliver right away when I told them about my experience they made sure I was able to put a smile on my recipients face. I explicitly told your rep Eileen that because it has been two day I am canceling the order I do not want it delivered.
She went against my wishes and had the followers delivered TWO DAYS LATER because around 10am the recipient called me to tell me she received ANOTHER set of flowers. I am completely appalled.

Here's my review.
I ordered a very expensive flower arrangement for my mother on Mother's Day. She is very sick and it was important to me that I got the flowers to her ON THAT DAY since I couldn't be there. None of the sites were delivering on Mother's Day except JustFlowers.com - so I spent twice what I planned to, because they said they could get them there on Mother's Day.
On Mother's Day they e-mailed me that the flowers would not get there. I called them and could not get through. I wrote them an e-mail and they sent a robot answer back saying they were sorry and the order has been rescheduled.
That was Monday. It is now Tuesday and JustFlowers e-mailed me that the delivery has yet again been rescheduled.
MOTHER'S DAY IS OVER.
I want my order canceled and to be reimbursed, but when you call and try to leave a message, they click you off.
This is the WORST flowers site ever - don't order from them they have no idea what they're doing. They are twice as expensive as other sites, and they can't get your flowers there on time and there is NO customer service
