The person who received the flowers texted me right away with a photo. The flowers arrangement was even better than what I had hoped for. The recipient was delighted. Beautiful job and thank you so very much!
I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!
The flowers were dried out and started to die the second day after they were delivered. Should have been given a refund.
I enjoyed browsing through the many bouquets offered. The offerings were outstanding, making it difficult to choose. They were all so beautiful.

I do not think it is necessary to add a fee of over $10 to just drop off flowers that are assembled within a mile of where the residence is located.
Said I would get $10 off it was actually $5-only reason I ordered from you as I usually do 1800Flowers which I will return to next for my next 3 orders.

Our experience with Justflowers
Ordered on the 17th to be delivered on the 20th
On the 20th they said delayed & would be delivered the 21
On the 22nd they said they would be delivered that day
Called the 23rd & they said it was being delivered that day
The evening of the 23rd they said they needed an extra $25 to deliver them
Told them to cancel the order at 6:00 PM said a manager would call back
Called back at 6:20 after waiting on hold got a manager who said he couldn't hear me
Called back at 6:25 said the manager would call back again (gave them 2 phone #s)
7:00 they returned call tried to talk us into splitting the extra with them then after telling them
That we were going to have the CC company reverse the charges they agreed to cancel the order
And refund us.
We got the refund in a few days but by the time we sorted it out it was too late to send flowers.

One star is not low enough, and I see from all the other negative reviews I am not alone. I only wish I had seen this site before ordering from this company. I ordered a gift arrangement for Valentine's Day and a balloon sent to my own home, over $100. Never arrived and quite spoiled my day, causing me to run out to the grocery store for a quick down and dirty arrangement and a balloon to bring to the host of a party that evening. Next day in stead of the flowers and balloon, credit and apology I receive an email confirming my flowers have been delivered, they have not. I tried to reach customer service being put on hold for 20 minutes at a time and disconnected several times. Finally I reach a live person, explain the situation, she says she must call the local florist, I tell her it is closed at that hour, she doesn't understand me and disconnects. I call back, this time the person cannot hear me, I am shouting and loosing my voice. She keeps referring to "my concern" I keep saying no, it is my complaint. I ask for a manager, no better. She says she has to verify with the local florist to confirm that it wasn't delivered, implying I am lying. I am the customer, the local florist is their agent. She should have immediately apologized & given me a full refund. This is still going on and I will not drop it. Even if I receive my full refund, the angst and inconvenience this has caused and the poor way in which it has been dealt with by JF customer service representatives has put me on the road to warn everyone I can reach through social media and review sites, not to use this service. At the peak time in the year for flower deliveries one would think that they are staffed up enough to meet the demand and provide at least the bare minimum of customer service, but they are not. Please avoid using them and save your self disappointment. I will not update or change this review even if I receive my refund. Whatever they may provide will be too little too late.

Last year Mother Day... Ordered from Just Flowers because they guaranteed flowers will be there on Mothers Day Sunday! Well, Mother's Day Sunday came and went. No flowers! I called to inquire, and they said they would be delivered in Monday... Day after Mothers Day! I was devastated. But company didn't care. Offered nothing. Against my better judgement decided to give them another chance and order flowers for my mothers birthday, which was this Sunday. Again they promised it would be delivered by Sunday, which was/is my mothers actual birthday! Well, in "Just flowers" fashion, I get a call from the local florist on Sunday, telling me flowers will NOT be delivered on her birthday, but on Monday! I could have went with a million different and cheaper florist if I wanted my flowers delivered Monday! JUST FLOWERS ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS. THEY WILL NOT DELIVER AS PROMISED! AND SINCE THEY KNOW YOU ARE STUCK. THEY OFFER A 5 DOLLAR DISCOUNT LIKE THAT IS SUPPOSED TO MAKE UP FIR THE SPECIAL OCCASION BEING RUINED! I really don't know how and why this company is still in business? PLEASE FOR A SPECIAL MOMENT THAT FLOWERS ARE SUPPOSED TO BRING, IM BEGGING, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... DO NOT... DO NOT... DO NOT...
