The person who received the flowers texted me right away with a photo. The flowers arrangement was even better than what I had hoped for. The recipient was delighted. Beautiful job and thank you so very much!
I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!
Ok i am not very happy with the outcome of my order. I ordered a dozen red roses for my dauther and they sent mixed flowers. You lost a customer.

Expensive when delivery charges are added in. Would have been nice to see potential COVID issues on the website regarding availability and delivery.
I know that you state that you may have to substitute once in awhile, but I ordered the 'Stargazer Bouquet, expecting that if neither of the 2 stores you use don't have any Stargazers, that the product wouldn't be advertised or someone would call or email to ask me if I wanted to substitute at the very least. Since the price of the 'Stargazer Bouquet'is priced much higher due to the (overpriced IMO) cost of the Stargazer flowers and the flowers used in the arrangement we received were very cheap and frankly cheap looking, there's no way I should've been charged full price since the title/main flower wasn't available and I ordered specifically because they were her favorite flower. I was actually embarrassed when I saw the arrangement and felt ripped off since I know the difference in cost for the poorly substituted flowers we received...as did the recipient, who was noticeably disappointed. I mean would you substitute daisies for an order of long stem red roses on Valentines day and charge the customer for the full price? I also paid extra to have them delivered b4 1pm which technically they showed up at 1:01pm , but for $7 + tax was definitely not worth it. I don't think that I will ever be ordering from you again. I have spent the last three days trying to get one single bouquet of flowers delivered, on a random Monday before 1 pm (not a holiday)! Your customer service is the poorest I have ever encountered in my entire existence. Not only were my flowers not delivered on the day they were supposed to, they were not delivered the day after either. It is now Wednesday and I spent a solid 30 minutes on the phone yesterday with an incompetent "manager" who basically blackmailed me and stated that if I did not settle my complaint with Better Business Bureau that my flowers would not be delivered. Whoever she was was extremely unprofessional, and proceeded to be defensive and mock me stating that she would include an "apology" on the flowers stating how "horrible, and crappy of a company justflowers is"...! I mean what company on earth runs a business this way. I settled for a measly $20 off my order ( product and service still not delivered today, WEDNESDAY), and a supposed apology from the company to the recipient. This morning I received a phone call from a florist supposedly trying to deliver flowers, except you gave them MY INFORMATION as the recipient. The florist also had no knowledge of an apology that was supposed to be coming from YOUR COMPANY! This company is the absolute bottom of the barrel, dregs of so society, lowest of the low. I can not even believe you turned something as simple as sending someone flowers into such a battle. I hope your company fails miserable and goes bankrupt because that's what you deserve.

The funniest part of this whole ordeal was when a "manager" told me she could only offer me $5.00 off, and stated " What do you want? The owner is going to be paying for this with his own credit card!" What an insult to my intelligence, you fools.

I have tried twice to use this company to deliver flowers to two different funerals almost a year apart. Both times the company called me THE DAY OF THE FUNERAL, AFTER THE FUNERAL HAD STARTED OR WAS OVER, and "apologized" that they were unable to make the delivery. Their "network" of florists was unable to deliver for them, and they told me they knew this the day before the funeral. UNACCEPTABLE! People only die ONE TIME, there is no second chance to get this right. They then offered to deliver them TWO DAYS LATER so the family could still see them, making it look like an afterthought. NO, NO, NO! I'm ashamed of myself for trying them a second time, and the family of a 19 year old boy who died will never know that even though we couldn't attend the funeral, we tried to send flowers. What can you tell a family? "We tried to send flowers but the flower company messed up the order." If you can't deliver flowers when people need you to, GET OUT OF THE BUSINESS! I give you negative 5 stars!
