The person who received the flowers texted me right away with a photo. The flowers arrangement was even better than what I had hoped for. The recipient was delighted. Beautiful job and thank you so very much!
I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!
So far so good, but the flowers have not been delivered yet? A little soon for a total experience, but like the site!
I was not finished placing the order and I received a call from a representative. I do not like that they push for me to finish the order
Liked everything about the site. The only thing I thought was shady were the handling, shipping/ service fee, after the express shipping charge.
I find the sometimes the flowers shown and quantity are not what they are delivered so i request you to delivery good flowers and the gift on time.
I have used Just Flowers numerous times and the recipients, and myself, have never been disappointed.

You have sent me discount coupons all year and when I go to use one you say I have to have at least a 50.00 order. I use your services every year.
It was fine. I was disappointing as I ordered from an email I rec'd telling me I could get $10 off and I only rec'd $5 off. Kind of misleading.

I think the site is easy to use but the delivery fee is to expensive. It costs more than half the cost of the flowers!
It would be helpful if the delivery, etc fees were listed
up front. The price listed for the flowers doesn't indicate
all the additional fees.
I loved the variety of choices I had in arrangements. I am counting on the excellence quality of flowers that are used in my arrangement.
