The person who received the flowers texted me right away with a photo. The flowers arrangement was even better than what I had hoped for. The recipient was delighted. Beautiful job and thank you so very much!
I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!
Easy to follow steps. However, I wasn't given the discount stated at the beginning of the order which was $10.
They weren't the flowers I had picked out for the money we spent. Never had this kind of trouble before.

I order flowers 6 days from my aunts birthday and she's going thru cancer treatments... by the end of the day when I saw it was no delivery I call JUSTFLOWERS (horrible service) and ask for a refund and they said it was late to contact the florist to see what happened that I had to wait they will call me back (still waiting) I called the next day and the same I had called 3 times during the next day and they never got hold of the florist. After my last conversation they wanted to give me 5 dlls credit for my inconvenience and I refuse I wanted and had hire a service for 9/20 not after so when I hang up I got a text that the flowers where delivered to the front porch... they don't even ring the door bell or nothing they just leave them there :( to top it of they haven't resolve my issue "WHATEVER YOU DO... DO NOT ORDER FROM JUSTFLOWERS THEY HAVE RUDE POEPLE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE" if you dont want to spend your hard working money on stupid websites just go to a local florist ORDER #*******

This flower service company is by far the worst that I have ever encountered. I was attempting to buy beautiful flowers for my mother on Mother's Day. I spent hours picking out an arrangement that I knew she would love, which included stargaze lilies. I ordered them to be delivered on Mother's Day and they were not delivered until today Tuesday, May 14. Upon getting the flowers they were nothing like the arrangement I had selected they were a cheap selection of flowers thrown together, at what looked like last minute and sent to my mom's doorstep. I have called this company multiple times now and left multiple messages and have yet to hear back. I have called the florist that the site used and was told that the service site takes a large percentage of the money that they make on these flowers and they only gave said amount of money for the arrangement to be put together. The florist informed me that she originally denied the order as she didn't have two of the main flowers. The service company said "just send an arrangement of mixed flowers". I understand the site said a flower may be substituted for something comparable. However, the whole arrangement of flowers were substituted! Daisy flowers are one of the cheapest flowers and looked nothing like any of the flowers in my selected arrangement of choice! I was only able to find out the florist that was used because I was called by them and told the flowers were delivered. When ordering the flowers on Just Flowers, I put my email down and every time I called the automated voice would say to check my email for updates, I NEVER GOT ANY EMAILS. I looked in spam, junk and inbox. I have proof of all this unprofessional and disturbing scam of a website but most importantly I want to provide the pictures showing the difference between the flowers I ordered and the flowers that were sent. It is absolutely despicable that a flower company would take advantage of people like this. I am grateful that it was Mother's Day flowers as opposed to funeral arrangements or arrangements for someone sick in the hospital. I am a nurse at a large hospital in a small town and I will never recommend Flowerdelivery.com or Just Flowers to any of my patients or their family members.

5/1 Just to add insult to injury - the recipient sent me a photo of the delivery - the flowers did not in any way resemble the order of Rainbow of Vibrance. Why bother having bouquet names to choose from, if you just throw together a bunch of random stems - certainly did not want red flowers for someone who had just had surgery
I wish I could give minus stars and I wish even more that I had read the reviews - I selected an order that was for 49.99 - it turned out to be tiny tiny tiny. So I chose the $59.99 - go through everything, tell the person my message required on my card, give her my credit card number - Imagine my shock when it turned out to be $88.96.

I can't say I have ever had a worse experience. First the customer service is non-existent. If you tried to call you have to listen to the recording babble on then it finally asks to select your option. Once you select you option you get put on hold forever. Once it picks up you have to leave a message. There is no way to talk to a real person. To this day, I have not received a call back well after a week. I did however get an email basically telling me that it was my fault that things were not done. How? I ordered and I paid. What else was there? I was able to find the Florist that was delivering and tried to get some info on the delivery. How did I find out? The Florist actually called me because Just Flowers didn't include the address that the order was to be delivered to. So I gave then the address and THREE DAYS LATER the order was finally delivered! I had call the Florist only to find out that Just Flowers did NOT include most of the order and the Florist couldn't deliver because of that. In the mean time I have asked Just Flowers to refund my money. "Give us a chance to correct the problem." Why would I ever give them a chance to correct a problem? This was a Valentine's Day surprise for my spouse. Again I asked for a refund. The email response was "we are truly sorry your Valentine's Day order was not able to be delivered. We will deliver your order on the next available day and we will include a note of apology from our company. Thank you for your understanding." I asked for a refund. This time the email was "we are writing to inform you that your order ******* to **** has been delivered. If you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact us by either replying to this email or by calling us at one of the phone numbers listed below." First off, there is only 1 number below. Second, I was sitting next to the person the delivery was for and she wasn't holding flowers or anything else. Again, I asked for a refund and didn't hold anything back using words I won't put here. I supposedly finally got a refund however, I am still waiting for it to show up back on my card. Oh, the order was finally delivered but it did NOT include the balloon or teddy bear I paid for.
