The person who received the flowers texted me right away with a photo. The flowers arrangement was even better than what I had hoped for. The recipient was delighted. Beautiful job and thank you so very much!
I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

I wish I could give them a ZERO! I received an email that the flowers hadn't been delivered (it wasn't even attempted there was no note left). I called the next day to ask which local florist they had used so my dad could go pick up the flowers for my mom. They wouldn't tell me but said they'd call the local florist, see if it was OK, and call me RIGHT BACK. (no call for the next hour, I have call waiting) While waiting I started calling all the florists around my parents area and located the local florist myself. She couldn't have been nicer and went way out of her way to track down what had happened. I had ordered white daisies and the florist didn't have white in so she had asked justflowers to call me for an OK to substitute. They finally got a call back at 4:30 PM saying it they had recieved an OK. That's clearly too late for delivery yet that day and THEY NEVER CALLED ME to ask about the substitution at all. They had both my home and cell numbers so I was available all day. I double checked. No messages or missed calls on either phone. SO JUSTFLOWERS CANCELLED MY ORDER! I demanded a complete refund from justflowers and ordered directly from the local florist. I will never use a national florist system again but find local florists on yellowpages.com. The local ones have a business reputation to uphold and care about customer service.

They delivered a day later than I expected but it turned out OK since the person didn't get out of the hospital when expected.

I got confused about if I had a bear or what color, I preferred white, also did not prefer pink Roses but I lost track of the chat help people.
This is the worst experience with a delivery of flowers i have even encountered. I ordered three mothers day arrangements. One to be delivered on Apr 30, May 6 and May 7. These were three different mothers. The Apr 30 delivery was UGLY. OMG looked beautiful on line. The florist used just threw them in the vase. They were wilted and floppy. I was at the house to get the delivery. The florist called my mother and told her she would not get her delivery. When i was at the house all day. The flowers arrived UGLY at 2:30 on April 30. The nest order for my MIL was to be delivered on Thur Apr 6. These were never delivered until May 7th at 6pm. My MIL waited at home for two days for this delivery. These were also a let down and UGLY. Nothing like I paid for. Plus making my MIL wait for two days to get delivery of a sorry UGLY arrangement. The third was to be delivered to my step mother on May 7th. It was NEVER delivered on that day either. Was confirmed to be for delivery the next day May 8th. On May 8th i got an email that these would not be delivered due to the remote address. Mind you the address was confirmed for that delivery on April 27th. Again my step mother and father waited around for two days. Then no delivery at all. No refund was given Was told in the email i would need to have the arrangement sent UPS or FedEX. Called customer service four times. Terrible service. The agents speak poor English. I got hung up on four times. Cant get and actual person. On hold for more than an hour. Finally got agent. Then put back on hold. Never returned. Then they hung up. Save your self grief and just research local companies that do the actual deliveries. Will be opening a case for all three charges with my CC.

I ordered a beautiful, full flower bouquet and "Fine chocolates" for my Mother for Mother's Day with delivery set for Sunday May 12,2013 for a total amount of $80.00 I called Just Flowers after I placed the order and had them note on the order "No roses, recipient is allergic" as my Mother is highly allergic to roses. The bouquet I ordered had pink daisies and pink carnations.
The order was delivered on Saturday, not Sunday as promised. The flowers my Mother received were 4 red roses and 5 white lillies with a small bag of mini Toblerone chocolates. Needless to say, my mother was horrified that I would send her roses! She put them outside immediately. I explained to her what I had ordered and assured her I would never send her roses!
I spent the past 3 days trying to call all 3 phone numbers that I was given in my order confirmation, in total about 25 calls. Up until this afternoon, an automated service answered the phone, put me on hold for 3-5 minutes, then hung up on me. I also sent them 2 e-mails with pictures attached showing them what I had ordered and what was delivered. Today I had 2 responses. The first said they were looking into it and they would call me. The second said they had a question for me and for me to call them.
I called and spoke with a lady named Bet, finally. I first asked what their question for me was. She had no idea what I was talking about. I then told her of the problem with my order and the delivery of the wrong flowers and chocolates. I told her I needed a full refund. She told me that they could not refund any money because the flowers were delivered. I explained again about the wrong delivery and that I wanted my money refunded. She then told me she was transferring me to a manager and put me on hold. 4 minutes later she came back on the line and said managers were not accepting transfer calls, I would have to call them myself. I told her to try again. She did and once again, told me they were not taking transfer calls and I would have to call myself. I finally got the phone number from her and have tried 4 different times already to call, all 4 times it just rings and rings for 3+ minutes with no answer.
A little too pricey on delivery. Boutonnière was 29.00, a fair price but after 2 different delivery fees and taxes, my fee was > $52.00.

I ordered flowers from JUSTFLOWERS.COM on 1/8/20. Pink Lady standing spray for my Aunt's funeral on 1/11/20. The reason I ordered was because I was several hours away from where the funeral was being held and I thought I was saving some time. When I arrived to the funeral on Saturday morning my sister greeted me to let me know that the flowers I ordered were Wilted and droopy looked old and dying. I was so embarrassed and humiliated. I regret not taking pictures but I didn't want anyone know that those flowers were from me. Once I arrived back home I called customer service to let them know that I was a dissatisfied customer and I told them about the flowers and they acted like they didn't believe me and said that they had to contact the florist and that they would call me back. LIES they didn't call me back on Saturday night like they said they would. I called them back and they offered to refund me $5.00 and yes i declined it I asked to speak to a supervisor but of course no one was available. I called back on Monday morning and finally got hold of a Supervisor who wanted to offer me $10.00 refund again I declined because i strongly believe that my money should be refunded. So they called thee funeral home to see if the funeral attendants noticed the flowers. I'm the customer not them. This issue is still not resolved. This is the first and last time that I order anything from JUSTFLOWERS. I DO NOT recommend them to anybody. I am giving them a no star review. Save your money and find a local florist that can satisfy your floral needs. JUSTFLOWERS is a rip off and don't care about their customers or the service they receive. I will NEVER use them again. This is the worst service ever. I hope that this review can help someone. I wish I had of read the reviews before I placed my order.Do Not Order from JUSTFLOWERS.

WE ORDERED FLOWERS ON MARCH 15TH AND THEY WEREN'T DELIVERED UNTIL MARCH 17TH, NOT ONLY WERE THEY DIFFERENT ARRANGEMENT, BUT A DIFFERENT COLOR COMPLETELY. WE ORDERED A PINK ARRANGEMENT FOR OUR DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY (LIFE OF THE PARTY ARRANGEMENT) AND WE GOT A YELLOW ONE THAT WAS ALSO SUPPOSE TO HAVE ANOTHER $10 ADDED TO THE ARRANGEMENT BECAUSE IT WAS A LATE DELIVERY WHICH WE NEVER GOT EVEN THOUGH THEY ADVERTISE SAME DAY DELIVERY. WE PHONED TO COMPLAIN AND WE GOT PUT ON HOLD AND NOBODY CAME BACK. WE CALLED AGAIN AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO AN SUPERVISOR WHICH NEVER CAME ON, FINALLY SOMEONE CAME ON AND SAID A SUPERVISOR WOULD BE IN TOUCH WITH US BUT NOBODY DID, AND WHEN WE CALLED BACK AGAIN SHE OFFERED US $5 CREDIT. WHAT A JOKE, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AS THEY HAD 761 COMPLAINTS ABOUT THEM ON THE INTERNET. Ordered for Mother's Day because the website and order confirmation both stated they would be delivered on that day. They were not delivered, but I saw on their fine print that if something wasn't delivered on the scheduled date, they would do so the next day. I figured I could live with that, so I didn't complain. The flowers were delivered the day after Mother's Day, so I thought fine. My mother called and said they were "beautiful" because what else was she going to say? I asked her to send me a picture. I couldn't believe how awful the flowers were. It looks like the sad flowers they sometimes sell at convenience stores. But at least at a convenient store it wouldn't cost me $70! I thought the flowers were bad enough but the customer service has been atrocious. I'm now over an hour in between phone calls and emails, and the best they can do is a $10 refund. The "customer service" person is obviously used to angry customers. First she tried to convince me that the flowers had satisfied the "types" of flowers in the photo so they had satisfied their part, then that they had to talk to the florist before they could do anything, then that I was outside the 7-day window for complaints (I first emailed the same day as the delivery), then that it was a Mother's Day delivery and florists run out of flowers so I shouldn't have expected much. I told her that I was seeing many horrible reviews online, to which she replied that what I was seeing (how did she know what I was seeing?) was less than 1% of all orders, that almost all their customers are very happy with their orders. I see from reading many more reviews though that the vast majority of the positive reviews were made before the person received or actually saw the flowers. Basically, they are only reviewing ease of ordering. This company is the absolute worst! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I would give this ZERO stars if possible! Only ordered flowers from here because they said they had MOTHERS DAY DELIVERY. I was not informed until 9:40PM that the flowers were not deivered and would be delivered tomorrow. TOMORROW IS NOT MOTHERS DAY. These were for my Grandmother who I hardy get to see and she felt that I forgot about her which is completely unacceptable. This company is a complete fraud. If they were not going to be delivered ON THE DATE THAT I PAID FOR I expected a phone call earlier in the day so that I could make alternate plans. I would have ordered from ANY other florist but they said they could do Mothers Day delivery and clearly did not. It is absurd that I was not notified except by email at 9:40PM... By 10PM on a Sunday night there is nothing that I can do, NEVER order from them EVER. They are a joke. I will be leaving BBB reviews as well and following up on all other review websites also. Also having the payment cancelled so they cannot hold onto it and scam me more.
