I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

I felt that there was a bit of misleading advertising. It says order today for $20 discount, and when it doesn't show up, the auto lady says, it means our flowers are $20 cheaper than the competition. Right! if you think I believe that, I have some ocean front property in Arizona, I will sell cheap.

I sadly must add our dilemma to these many others. When we placed our ordered we were very excited to see it was promised to be delivered on Mother's Day when other sites stayed could not guarantee theirs. So we also gave personal info, got message that order placed, never got confirmation nor was delivery made!

This company failed to deliver flowers for mother's day! Not only that, they sent me texts the next two days saying pushing delivery off another day. You call in and it automatically hangs up on you. Do not give them your credit card information. Total scam and fraudulent. Do not get burned like we did. Learn from this post, warning! They do not respond to any of your emails either. Only trying to get credit card info.

Tip for consumers:
Do not use this company a scam and fraudulent. They take your information and does not send flowers. Total scam and Fraud. Beware. Don't answer phone and don't answer emails you send in.
Bad company, don't get flowers from.

I did not receive my discount as offered on the main screen of website. I feel I was duped into buying from this website. I purchased anyway because my mother is more important than your false advertising. Very disappointed in that aspect. I only pray that the flowers and balloon I ordered are acceptable. Fingers crossed.

After I wrote my review yesterday I received an automated phone message saying the flowers were on the way. I'm happy to report that the flowers were delivered and it was a beautiful arrangement (more a credit to the local florist than to Just Flowers). I'm extremely skeptical the delivery would have happened without me posting a review on this site, which is very frustrating since I had already paid. It's unlikely I will use them again.

Placed the order on Saturday for Mother's Day. Just like everyone else my money was taken immediately/ Got a call on Sunday evening saying the delivery would not happen that day. I was a little irritated, but they said the delivery would happen the next day as soon as possible. Well it didn't happen yesterday either. If they couldn't handle the Mother's Day overflow by the end of Monday then what kind of business are they running? Now, I'm just furious. If the flowers are not delivered TODAY then I want my money back. My order number is *******

This past Mothers Day I placed 4 orders with Just flowers. One order was delivered on time, one was never delivered and 2 were delivered three days late. The only communication I received was a text saying my order could not be delivered ( no reason) and would be delivered on the next available day which ended up being 3 days late. King after the holiday. If they can't guarantee the delivery then don't.accept the order or the money. This is unacceptable. Don't use this service unless you are flexible about the time of delivery. They are also very hard to get in touch with. When I finally did speak to a person, she tried to give me a discount on a next order and when I said no thank you she did not want to document my complaint and hung up on me.

Stay away from this site. I spent 113.00 on a flower arrangement that they said would be delivered on Valentine's Day. I went with justflowers.com because they said they would be able to deliver by end of business on V-day. This did not happen and I was left with nothing for my wife. I was stuck at work and now had to come home empty handed. So you would think they would do something about it right? They offered to include an apology card with the arrangement? Really, that's your solution. Don't trust just flowers. I think they said they could deliver only to get those extra orders. I would not have ordered had I known it would not get there on V-day... beyond disappointed in the way just flowers conducts business.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Monday March 8 to a friend in a care facility. They were not delivered and when I inquired on March 12, I was told they would be delivered on March 13. They were not. Nor were they delivered on the 14 as promised. Speaking on the phone to inquire and air complaints was difficult with a very poor connection. NOT a company I would EVER do business with again.

So after repeated bad service, their only response is that I will get a refund? Also totally unacceptable. Ordering flowers is most often an emotional investment: someone has died, is ill, or celebrating a special occasion. Giving a refund "solves" their problem but does nothing for the sender... or the recipient. They did not just have 3 strikes out, they never informed me that the first delivery never made it. Bad performance, worse communication.

Flowers came a day late despite promises of timely delivery and cost more than advertised price. Whatever ran the price up was not made known to me in the conversation with the salesman. I am not happy.

Placed a order for flowers to be delivered to my Aunt for Mother's Day. It's now Tuesday and no flowers. They have sent text messages daily since Sunday saying that my delivery will now be the following day. Today I even received a message in the morning stating delivery would happen today snd by this afternoon nope, another text saying it will be Wednesday now. Enough is enough, I just want my money back now. If you try to call the help line there is no one there to help you so don't waist your time

I ordered flower in advance for my daughter's birthday and was guaranteed they would be delivered. The flowers were not delivered but charged my card immediately. Please do not order from this company. They falsely advertise and guarantee delivery. The only thing you can count on is they will charge your card.

I received a birthday order for my husband. My sister-n-law paid for express delivery. Arrived late. She sent me over what she paid so that I could check on it and they more than doubled the price that is shown on Wine Country Gift Baskets. Do not order through them go directly to the company.

The flowers delivered were nothing like that shown on the site. Bright, beautiful and vibrant flowers where shown (Beauty Basket) and cheap, bland white flowers were delivered. The basket was made of cheap straw. They did not send the balloon I paid for.
Contacted the customer service by phone, email and chat but am still to receive a response/apology. They appear to use a network of dodgy florists so there is no guarantee you will get what you hoped for.
If you want to feel robbed, helpless and sad that the occasion so important to you had been ruined because of an incompetent bunch, then use justflowers. Otherwise stay away from them.

I placed an order for Flowers to be delivered for a Funeral service on Saturday. I received an email saying they did not make it to the church on time and they would deliver them the next business day to the family's house. I provided their address and was told by Monday they'd be delivered. Monday I heard crickets so I texted my friend and she said that they had not received anything. I emailed justflowers and they said that a delivery was made. The family was home at the time and checked their ring cameras, NO DELIVERY. I cannot get a hold of a person and the emails they are sending me is the same one that says they were delivered. This is so frustrating! My flowers never showed and we spent over $100.

Flowers were not delivered. Confirmed they would be delivered. 5 days later notified had not been delivered due to the delivery address being remote which it is most definitely not. Too late to send flowers now as event has passed. Clerk was difficult to understand which made communication nearly impossible. No apologies for lack of delivery nor tardiness of notification. 20 minutes on hold. Tried to add another $10 fee to deliver late; then tried a discount, had to put me on hold to talk to supervisor to get a refund, now waiting 4 days to see if that happens. To say we are dissatisfied is hardly touching the surface of current emotions. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN. I have been trying to attach my order information but it is not happening and it should be if this site worked properly. Order # *******

Do not use this company. I ordered a flower arrangement for my mother after the death of her husband. What was delivered was nothing like what I had ordered. I paid a lot of money for a very cheap arrangement. I spent three days on the phone complaining. It was excuse after excuse. They then offered me seven dollars for my inconvenience. Shame on them. This was a terrible experience don't ever use them. Below is what i received vs what i ordered

Extra charges are too high. I ordered 5 different addresses sent to and paid over $130.00 in extra charges, ie handling delivery, ect. The other orders were placed on my iPhone, 4 with the same cc info but it did not come to the page on my computer.

I used this service once. It was expensive, and the flowers were not very good. However, for the past four years (!) they have continued to send me emails and notices despite my repeated attempts to unsubscribe according to their subscription page (it is located far down the email... look carefully for it). This company is a scam... DO NOT USE!

Chat line never responded!! Telephone connection with Customer Service was terrible, static, scratchy and cutting in and out. Customer Service agent insisted on talking over my questions with statements that had nothing to do with my questions since she kept talking over me. Finally had to not say anything for awhile until she asked if I was there. Then I could get my question in.
Chat just responded after 25 mins
Any recommendations from me are dependent on delivery and completion of transaction.

My daughter ordered an arrangement for Mother's Day for me. The flowers were not delivered. I have called JustFlowers and left multiple messages. I sent an online inquiry. No one answers the phone let alone returns a call!
It is 5 days later and JustFlowers has yet to reach out. My daughter is extremely disappointed. Not only did the flowers not arrive, a representative has not attempted to correct the situation, but they stole my daughter's money! This is a deceptive business practice!

I ordered orchids to be delivered (was charged $88.47), instead lilies delivered (even one day later) to my friend who was sensitive to it. When asked to correct the mistake, the company swapped lilies with just ONE orchid cut (after two days). What an awful experience - it wasted my time and my money.

I was stunned by the simplicity and HONESTY of your site compared to another I looked at. Hidden fees appeared at checkout. "Discounts" recovered with "special fees" nearly doubled the quoted cost. I don't mind paying for value; I do not like the feeling of being taken advantage of.
