I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

Use your service because so far quality control is good. Please phone me when this is delivered, if you can, because Mom uses the garage to enter the home and might not notice bouquet on the porch. That would be super great, if you could, please.

I placed an order Monday night and was told in a chat that it was guaranteed to be delivered Tuesday. On Tuesday I get an email telling me nope. We'll reschedule- no date for rescheduling. So I clicked the link and cancelled. To date I have not gotten anything back telling me you are refunding my money. Order # *******

I recently ordered flowers for a funeral. Although they were on time I was charged double the amount that I agreed to pay. I was offered an arrangement for 49.99 and then told about the fees. I then asked what my TOTAL was they quoted "you bouquet is 69.99. Later when I received receipt my true total was 93.00. I was mortified. For days I have been calling and begging to get my money back. It has been an absolute nightmare. Not to mention how extremely rude the staff is. It's as if they were trained on how to con people out if their money. I can't imagine living with myself after I did that to someone.

5 days in and no Flowers yet, only thing i have been told is "Due to a delay in delivery your order has been rescheduled and will be attempted on the next available day."
I was trying to surprise my wife, and if I ordered within the next hour, I could have them delivered the same day. Should have called local florist, as it was, I had to stop on the way home from work to buy some. I called the service number to cancel the order only to be told there was a delay in delivery.

Do not be fooled into ordering flowers from this scam company. If you have a problem with your order no one will speak to you and they send undervalued orders to local florists without enough money to fill the order. What seems like a good bargain for flowers winds up being a waste of your money. Go to a reputable local florist from the town you are delivering to.

I did not see easily where to add the coupon code. I think it is hidden for a reason. Also, it looked as if the delivery tomorrow before 1 PM was free then at check out it was $4.99. There was too much information I had to add to go back and check these issues out and I am here at the hospital and my mother is dying. I probably will not order again which is a shame as I have order previously

Never dealt with a company as bad as this. Flowers were supposed to be delivered Sunday for Mothers Day. Here it is Wednesday - 3 days later and still no flowers. Cant get thru to customer service. Left a voice mail and got a recording sent to my phone that flowers would be delivered on Tuesday... again a lie! Will not use this company again and posted on social media the disappointment for many mothers this company caused

I was not familiar with this website but decided to give them a chance. The person I sent them to said they were fresh and beautiful. However, they were originally delivered to the wrong address, I checked my receipt and I had given the right address so somewhere in between things got screwed up. My friend did manage to track them down but I won't give a high rating for that reason.

This is a group of crooks out to rob you of your money and never deliver the flowers. When you try to get your money back, they refuse to refund it and tell you the flowers are still going to be delivered. They also love to keep you on the phone on hold for hours (2 and 3/4 hours today) while you try to find out what happened to your flowers or talk to an agent. I would say this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company like this. We were promised same day delivery, and that the flowers would cost $50. They charged our card $72.50, and after four days the flowers were still not delivered. Because it was to have been a Christmas delivery, it was unacceptable to be 4 days late, and even more unacceptable that they jacked up the price by 50% over what was promised. We are outraged. We were told different stories by each agent we spoke to. They simply lied to us repeatedly and should not be allowed to carry on business like this. I would give them minus 5 stars.

My aunt lives in assisted living in the middle of a retirement community and we've had trouble with delivery before because of this.

Justflowers.com sent my friend the most PATHETIC, DISGUSTING, and UGLY excuse for a flower arrangement. That's what $82.00 gets you at Justflowers.com (allegedly $82 less a $10 coupon, with a charge showing on my credit card of $72.00). Really? I would have been much better off sending a $10 arrangement from Trader Joe's or Ralphs. Adding insult to injury, it was not delivered when promised (on my friend's Birthday). My friend was almost in tears when she received this PATHETIC arrangement.

Tip for consumers:
Do not use them at all. They are dishonest. Whatever you do, even if you are desperate, do NOT choose the daily deal.

I purchased a $100.00 bouquet for an employee who lost a parent. The flowers were dropped on a stoop which the family does not use. The delivery person did not knock on the door (the family was home), they did not call the provided phone number to let them know a delivery was made to their door step - they dropped and ran. The flowers sat in the sun 2 days and a thunderstorm. Needless to say, they were ruined. I received a call back with no "we're sorry"... just PROVE IT. Horrible customer service. A $100.00 mistake. Do yourself a favor - there are too many flower shops to take a chance here.

I ordered flowers for mother's day and they were NOT delivered. You cannot reach them directly and they do not have a customer service team available. They just send you to a voice messaging system. They did not warn us that our flowers would not arrive on time after multiple calls and messages. Worst experience I have had and will never shop here again.

I tried several other sites and your prices were much better. One site tried to charge me over $20 more and didn't make this cost show up front. I appreciate that I could easily see what your fees are and you were much more reasonably priced. Thank you for doing that. I ordered for Mother's Day, and the flowers did not show up, nor did anyone contact me to rectify. I have called multiple times, and it is impossible to speak to anyone. How do I get a refund? Who knows. Such a disappointment and $100 out the window.

I am only honing this a 1 star because zero star is not an option. Wife just received her Mother's Day gift of 20 tulips and a custom picture frame. The tulips were rotten. Looked like rotten asparagus. The custom vase with the picture was just water proof paper. They ran out of ink because the picture is faded and some of the words are only partially printed. I was offered a 25% refund. Mother's Day is like their Christmas season and this was the best they could do. After I told them I just want to cancel everything I was then told they could give a 50% store credit instead. Argued some more to just cancel the order. Was put on hold and finally told they would cancel it.

Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday. Paid for express delivery so she would get them by 1pm the next day. I was out of town but my wife and daughter were both home. When I called home at 4pm the flowers had not been delivered. I had to call justflowers to find out the reason. They did not have a good reason and only offered to refund the express shipping. I will not use them again.

I have sent a request on a Friday for Sunday delivery and still no flowers. I am reading all the reviews and your service is terrible if you don't send me my flowers to my mother in law I will sue you! You charged my card and sent a confirmation email and I have left tons of messages! Are you legitimate or still people's money I better get a full refund if you don't deliver today! I had to call 4 times to try & place the order. I wanted a slight modification. Sales person could not communicate well and could not understand what was being said. Repeated back the order incorrectly several times. It took me 1 hours on the telephone. Was told that they had to speak with supervisor. Remained on hold which hung up 3 times. No answer to my request/question. Worst experience I have EVER had ordering flowers. I order flowers every month to my aunt. I have just spent $250.00 for flowers that I am worried if they will look like the picture on line, if things will go well or if they will get there when requested.Very dissatisfied with your service! I expect the order to look like the picture or a refund back to my credit card.
