The person who received the flowers texted me right away with a photo. The flowers arrangement was even better than what I had hoped for. The recipient was delighted. Beautiful job and thank you so very much!
I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!
Same as everyone else. We have tried calling, left messages, emailed/messaged and are extremely dissatisfied. No. We do not want you to "attempt" to deliver tomorrow. We received confirmation that the flowers were delivered 5/14/19 (originally "guaranteed" to be on Mother's Day 5/12/19) and they most certainly were not. Order# *******. Demanding full refund. Don't even think about trying to deliver them now.
I tried to add photos to prove the order confirmation, order delays and delivery confirmation, but it wouldn't let me.

My tip is to look up a local florist near your recipient and give them a call.
Extra tip - AVOID PROFLOWERS even more than Just Flowers. At least Just Flowers wound up giving me a refund.

I usually don't write reviews, but I had the worst experience with this company, I feel I need to share the experience. I ordered Mother's Day flowers for my mother-in-law. They arrived 4 days late. Not only were they late, my mother-in-law sent me a photo of the $60 arranegement, which was filled with cheap carnations and green foliage, nothing like the gorgeous bouquet I bought online. She informed me that they were delivered from a local grocery store! I contacted Just Flowers both via email and phone. When I finally heard back, they had me send them the photo and offered me $10 for the trouble. No apology. Horrible all around. Don't bother.
Ordered the 2 upgraded of what was shown. What was delivered can only be described as a child put it together. And a gender reveal reject bow was slapped on it. The customer service was even worse. Finally, went through my credit card to fight the charges after dealing with Just Flowers for over 2 weeks. The credit card company agreed what was promised wasn't what was sent.
Picture 1 is what was shown on their website 2 steps below what I ordered.
Picture 2 is what my friend received. 2 sad roses some gerber daisies and over stuffed with greenery. Not to mention the arrangement is not visually appealing.
Don't waste your money or time with them.

I will never order from this place again. I receive an email 2 hours after funeral service of a friend that the arrangements (2) were not delivered. I called them and no one really has an answer why the flowers were not delivered. After holding 10 minutes waiting for supervisor she tells me they ran out of flowers. I asked if they could deliver to 2nd service and she just said she would cancel order. To stay I am beyond upset is an understatement. You don't get do overs for funeral services. Our website specifically states that Sunday is not a guaranteed delivery date. Our supervisor offered to reroute the arrangements to the family of the deceased but you insisted that we cancel your orders and that we did.

The prices are outrageous. An example that is emblematic of this problem is a latex balloon for $2, when one can buy a whole bag at the dollar store. Flowers are already very expensive, but they get another 10$ more expensive due to the delivery fees which aren't mentioned until one has already spent 10 minutes filling out delivery forms.

You made it very easy to find what I wanted and order it. You also gave stars to different items so I had en idea of how other purchasers liked the item I was looking at. I found that helpful. I really hope it's as lovely as the picture looks.
Extremely disappointed. But now looking at the other reviews on this website I guess I shouldnt be surprised. Your company failed at meeting the guarantee of express delivery by 1 PM PST. The fact that the funeral was supposed to start at 5 PM is irrelevant in this situation. The unprofessional delivery people showed up at 4:50 PM and interrupted the arriving guests in the lobby to deliver an arrangement that is clearly not what I ordered - or expected. Completely unacceptable behavior for an established flower delivery company. I expect a full refund to my credit card. Anything less is unacceptable.

I bought my Daughter in Hawaii flowers. The day of her Birthday I got an email saying they were out of the type of flowers I ordered. That was fine. I told them they could substitute the kind of flowers as long as the price was comparable. What she got looked like they ran into Safeway and bought a $20 bouquet. I paid almost $100. Just flowers wanted to give me $10. Really. What do you think? If customer service was so important why wouldn't they give me a full refund.

As you can see, we made every effort to maintain the look and the feel of the original arrangement. Plus, we did in fact contact you and inform you that the only available option this past Friday was designer's choice. You approved this option. I cannot say how likely is it to recommend this site if I don't know about the service. It all depends if flowers are delivered on time and I'd like to see what was actually delivered. These questions don't make sense at this moment.

Lots of great arrangements to choose from and a very easy process to place an order. I would love to have a picture of the final product that actually gets delivered in case substitutions had to be made; maybe a thought for the future?
I ordered flowers from this company and the arrangement sent was ugly and looked as if a 5 year old put it together. It looked nothing like the item that I ordered. When I contacted the company's customer service the agent said she couldn't see anything wrong with the arrangement. The compensation they offered me was initially $10 off my next order. What a joke, then after I submitted a Better Business Bureau complaint they offered a $15 refund which I refused to accept. Eventually they offered a $30.00 refund. The arrangement cost $99 with delivery (and a coupon). Due to the embarrassment, frustration and anger that they have caused me, I want a full refund.

Not enough selection. I did not want to buy a vase. She has many vases. I wanted a hand tied arrangement, and to have more flowers instead. i could not find that option. Plus, once you have my email, it will NEVER EVER EVER delete or unsubscribe.
I've ordered from Just Flowers for many years now without a problem, but the last two orders I've placed with them within the past couple of months have been a huge hassle. They claim the order will be delivered, but on the day it's scheduled, they bump the order out one more day repeatedly until you tire of their lies & phone them. They will then tell you due to Covid there is limited shops available to work with. Rather than being honest that they've not secured a shop, they string you along promising each day the order will be delivered the next day. When you finally become fed up with their lies, & phone their customer service, your order is then miraculously delivered the next day & they claim that's guaranteed. The first time this happened, I thought it was just an isolated incident but it's now happened twice.

I paid over double other competitors for Mother's Day delivery, but was told, on the dat, that the flowers would come the next day. Disappointed, no real perito talk to, and job not done. At least they said I would be refunded. We'll see.

Deliveries are available in most major cities on Saturday and Sunday in the USA. If we are unable to arrange for delivery on Sunday and time permits we will setup for delivery on Saturday, including Birthday and Anniversaries, and Mother's Day Orders. If Saturday or Sunday is not available, then the order will be delivered on Monday or the soonest available delivery date.

Was offered $10 discount for months but when purchased the product, under $50 so only got $5 discount! Not good customer service in my opinion. Also to get the discount on each plant to two different addresses, I had to complete two separate orders and charge on two different credit cards. Not good at all.
Flowers, even when ordered several days in advance, are not delivered on time. They will tell you they have to substitute Flowers and when you bouquet arrives... days late... they will not refund all of your money.,, just a small amount. The bouquet that arrived was much smaller, not the same color, nor had any of the same flowers. When they talked with my husband today, they told him that it was because they could t find anyone to deliver for the cost of they would pay. I take that to mean, "Sorry, we will take the money out of your flowers then." This company uses false advertising and has no customer service that is worthy of your money. DO NOT USE THEM!

I ordered flowers for a funeral. They didn't deliver them and said nothing until I called. At which point the supervisor said, "oh, we just about to call you..." I'm not going to go into all the details, but I was let down beyond words.
