I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

Yes, the orders was received. A day later then I was told it would be there for my aunt's birthday. I was very disappointed with the customer service representatives I spoke with (yes...plural associates). Even after I called to give directions on google map with them on the phone it still was not delivered on time. I did call and express my concerns their response was with what I felt was no apology. I will not be using them for future services.

have used justflowers.com on several occasions, and have been very satisfied until this last experience .... item delivered was not what I had ordered .... tried to get this straightened out, and was not satisfied with the results .... was offered just a $10.00 off refund on my next purchase (something that is offered every time I have purchased (not a satisfactory result) ..... like I said, have used several times and have been very satisfied and continued to return ... hesitant now to make a return purchase (will probably give another chance., but do expect to get what I ordered !!)
I was unable to be in town for my mother's birthday, so I ordered flowers through JustFlowers.com for her birthday (order *******). I scheduled the delivery for Saturday, but the flowers never arrived. Monday was Labor Day, so I waited until Tuesday to call and check to see if she had received her flowers. She has not. I tried calling customer service and was in a call queue for a long time, so I went online to check out the chat feature. They took my phone number and called me back and then had the audacity to tell me that the florist they use in that town is closed on Saturday. I am from a small town (2 florists) and they are both open on Saturday (I checked online before I placed my order). So, not only did they give me terrible service (my credit card has already been charged for flowers that have not arrived), they lied to me on top of it. Do not use this service. Spare yourself and the person you wish to send flowers to the headache!
I just received an e-mail saying that $10.00 off if I order now. When I go to finalize the order, in small letter it says that this applies only to items of $50.00 or more. Instead I get $5.00 off. It seems that your advertising is not totally true.

I ordered flowers and chocolate for my mother. I purchased the order on 5/8/20 Order #*******. Totally normal. But then, I can't see where my order is. I call and not able to speak to anyone nor able to get in touch with anyone. I was supposed to get my order delivered to her house on 5/9/20. I called my dad up and he said it didn't come yet. While not as bad as some of the competitor websites, the prices and discounts offered are misleading; only to be understood when pursuing the fine print. Elaine, the customer chat representative, was very helpful; but I shouldn't have needed to contact her.
I was surprised by the amount of extra charges after the flowers were ordered. There was a $15 charge and a $5 service fee and then another fee to get the flowers there by 1 pm. I order flowers several times a year and I have never had to pay so much in fees. It was an unpleasant surprise. I can't really recommend this company to my friends for that reason. If I find out that the flowers are magnificent and that the delivery is incredible, maybe I will change my mind.

My daughter ordered a vase of cut orchids for Mother's Day and they sent a one stem phalaenopsis as a replacement. She also ordered extra stems for the orchids costing her close to 100. The plant sent was what I could buy in Publix or Trader Joes's for $15. She asked for an adjustment and they have refused. Do not order from them!

"Guaranteed delivery on Mother's Day," their site proclaimed. I ordered the day before, choosing their site among others who offered the same guarantee. I paid dearly, as I assumed I would. They emailed me shortly after saying they modified my order to assure delivery by Mother's Day. I thought that would probably be OK. But the order didn't arrive on Mother's Dayit arrived Monday at 3 p.m. The flowers looked good but I'd paid their premium price ONLY because of their guarantee. I figured my $177 purchase was probably at least $100 overpriced and contacted them for a partial refund. They offered a $10 credit toward my next purchase. No thanks, JF. My next purchase will be elsewhere.

You offer $10.00 discounts and then have so many steps at checkout the discount either is never seen or there is no place to enter ' sunny ". This is overtime I order. I have a sick family member and I send her flowers all the time, but I never enjoy it at Just Flowers.
I think up front you should let a person know how much delivery and handling etc will be. It was over $15 extra. I really didn't want to spend over $50. and didn't know it would be that much until I had put a lot of effort into placing my order. I felt deceived.

The online experience was not great. Had some problems with the site - ordering took a lot of time. It seemed that if you order more than one item and/or you are ordering for yourself, the site has a problem!

I had to place a last minute flower delivery for my bosses wife for Valentines Day! I was assured, guaranteed that the roses would be delivered. I had to repeat every single bit of information (except my credit card info) multiple times for the customer service agent to get it "correct."
My boss comes home from his trip at 2am only to discover his wife DID NOT receive the flowers I had promised would delivered.
When I called for a refund and to complain I was faced with someone who can not speak English very well but also could not care less that the order was not delivered.
What is so infuriating is they clearly understood enough English to get the charge to my card zapped up quickly but failed everything else!

I live in MA, ordered flowers for my mother-in-law in Florida for Mother's Day. The flowers were never delivered. Just Flowers said the flowers were delivered. I told them my 87 year old Mother -n-law did not receive them. I emailed and called for 5 days. No other replies. When I called I was on the phone 45 minutes, they were checking on it and never came back to the phone. I have emailed 8 times and called 4 times and nothing. This is totally unacceptable, the flowers were $92.97. This is terrible and I would not recommend this company. I used this company in the last 2 years, but never again. You should try 1800 Flowers or Teleflora.com,

I charged more than $100 to delivery flowers service yesterday(Valentine day - Feb 14/2017). They guarantee that delivery on the same day, But no redelivery, no flowers, also no response email and phone call! Actually, I called their service more than 10 times. I am so disappointed and will never use this site again.

Hope that person who a service manager or supervisor is working on JustFlowers can help me to redelivery or cancel/refund my money. This is the last thing that hope they can do for me.

Ordered flowers on Mothers day. Prior to ordering I asked the rep if it was too late to order for same day delivery and she stated no. To my surprise, the flowers were not delivered and my mother was left without a mother's day gift. I tried calling several times yesterday with no success. Very disappointed.

Do yourself a favor and just don't order from here! I ordered an arrangement for my aunts funeral and paid extra for the express delivery only to not have it delivered. When called about changing the address of delivery, they didn't explain the "fIne print." In my understanding it was going to be delivered that same day just to a different address. Fast forward to two days later still nothing and the services are over so I no longer need the arrangement, I ask for a refund and they basically say no matter what I say I can't get a refund. Why do I need a funeral arrangement when there's no more funeral?! Disappointing! Save yourself the trouble

I place an order for Thanksgiving flowers to be delivered before the holiday. The day of delivery, I receive an email stating they would not be delivered on Tuesday, but would be delivered on Wednesday. Good, they would still arrive before Thanksgiving. At the last minute I receive an email asking me to contact them about my order. When I call, I am told they would not be delivered Wednesday (Thanksgiving is Thursday). I was trying to brighten the day of a special lady who is not able to get out. Just Flowers thinks they can give you a discount to make up for not being able to deliver your items in time for a holiday. Will never use Just Flowers again.

I placed 2 orders online with JustFlowers.com and I received an email on Mother's Day stating that they apologized but they were not able to make the order(s). Not just one order but 2 orders. One order for Texas and the other for Arizona. I can't tell you how disappointed I am to learn of this on the day of delivery! If they couldn't make the guaranteed delivery then why couldn't they have stated that when I purchased the items! I could have called a local florist or came up with another option!
They claim the flowers are to be delivered today. I have not heard yet but I'm am so frustrated after spending over $100 for each order for them to arrive on the holiday. Now, it's an after thought! Ugh!

An order of flowers for my daughter placed online on Sat. Morning for Sat. Or Sunday delivery to her was finally received on Tuesday morning when she went to the floral shop to retrieve the arrangement. I realize that the order was last minute but the point is that they shouldn't have taken the order if they could not deliver as promised. They had no problem charging my credit card immediately. I ordered flowers and balloons from JustFlowers for my wife for Mother's Day. I got a confirmation email from JustFlowers. No flowers on Saturday. No flowers on Sunday. On Monday, I wrote to them that they missed the delivery.
Two days after Mother's Day, on Tuesday afternoon, they delivered the flowers. Unfortunately, this was useless to me because now my wife is on a business trip. I got a call from a Just Flowers manager who said her name was Jill. She offered a $10 refund on an $85 order. I said that the flowers at this point are just going to remind me that my wife didn't get her Mother's Day gift. They'll be wilted by the time she gets home. I said I wanted a full refund. Jill said the most she could refund was $15. When I asked for her full name, she hung up on me.
What a joke of a company! They literally did everything wrong and then hung up on the customer they had flaked on.
There are many flower companies out there. I will not be using them again.

The filters don't work well. I wanted an Easter basket with lilies, but the website doesn't necessarily let you apply multiple filters at the same time. Also, the pictures aren't great and it would be nice if the description actually included the type of flowers/plants.
