The person who received the flowers texted me right away with a photo. The flowers arrangement was even better than what I had hoped for. The recipient was delighted. Beautiful job and thank you so very much!
I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!
AVOID. Pick anyone else! After offering me a delivery date for my order I was contacted the DAY OF DELIVERY to inform me they could not deliver due to a holiday (if that was the case that date should not have been offered). After rescheduling I was contacted on the NEW day of delivery to be informed that there would be an extra charge for delivery, would I just authorize it. Communication with these folks is slow and they are simply telling you what you want to hear rather than what the situation actually is. AVOID.

Wanted to send my daughter some flowers for helping me move and some flowers for my new house. Place both orders on line. They could not verify the order so it was never delivered, although they were able to charge my credit card. I wanted the flowers to my daughter so I phoned and placed the order, again they could not verify the order, so they never delivered the order. Three times? This is just bad business. I was never away from my phone for several day and at no time did anyone contact me.
Stay away from these people.

The flowers were delivered in a timely manner. That's the best I have to say. The 'bouquet' was miniscule! For the price [over $61.00], I am extremely disappointed and frankly, was embarrassed! I knew it wouldn't be the biggest but I ordered middle of the road size [$49.99] and was extremely frustrated when I saw it. They said the number of roses, etcetera but did NOT say how tiny they would be! I will NOT order from them again as this is the SECOND time I [and the recipient] were totally underwhelmed. I will never order again from here. I placed an order for same day delivery on July 17,2024 and nothing was delivered. I called back on July 18,2024 and they said yes it will be delivered today by 6pm. At 630 pm I called back and this time they transferred me to someone different. The lady came on to inform me that the florist was requesting another $30. And she apologized for not getting to me sooner on this matter. Had they called me back to inform me of this I would have taken care of it. However since they knew about it and waited for me to call made me upset. So I cancelled my order. Someone should have reached out to me as soon as the florist made contact with them.

I ordered The Spirit of Fashion to be delivered on August 17th and there was a delivery but it was not even close to what I ordered. Not sure what the name of what they sent but not even close.

I place an order on Saturday night after speaking with a representative that assured me that flowers where going to be delivered on Sunday for a funeral. It turned out flowers where delivered Monday around 5pm. I ordered a deluxe and received a standard one. I sent a complaints, after investigation they said that's all they could do and offered me a 7 dollar discount for my next order. Not interested in ordering ever again. Please add measurements to your order and pictures of how a deluxe might look like and not just say "we will add lots of more flowers to it"

It was a terrible experience. I ordered flowers for delivery 6/22/24 and paid for the flowers and handling charges via credit card the flowers had not been received. I contacted Just Flowers and received an apology and was assured that the flowers would be delivered the next day 6/24/24. Early that morning I received an email asking for an additional handling charge of $15.00. I called and spoke to a supervisor. I informed the person of my terrible experience and that I would not pay the additional charge since I had already paid $17.99 for the handling service. Again an apology and the flowers were delivered eventually. I will not use Just Flowers ever again and I will inform anyone of my experience.

I didn't receive any confirmation that the flowers had been delivered - I had to call.

They were initially delivered to the wrong room (that may have been the hospital's fault?).
Then I received an email asking if I'd received the flowers (hello - I didn't send them to myself!).
Not a satisfactory experience.

Ordered flowers to be delivered on Saturday before Mother's Day. Received a message that evening that the flowers were NOT delivered, but would be delivered the following day (Mother's Day.) I called customer service. Expressed if the flowers were not going to be delivered on Mother's Day, I wanted to cancel order and I would have to figure out something else in a pinch. Was absolutely guaranteed delivery would be made on Mother's Day. Well guess what, they were not delivered - not even an attempt either day. I had no idea they were not delivered, as I do not live near my mom and had only talked to her in the morning. Finally got a notice on Monday that the delivery was again delayed, but by the time I saw the message they were already delivered - the day after Mother's Day. The entire process was inexcusable. If they had told me on Sat night they were unsure if flowers could be delivered, I would have cancelled the order. Instead, I was promised delivery would be made - even on a Sunday. Said they had their delivery people all lined up. When I spoke with the company, they would not accept ownership of the problem. Said it was my problem not theirs and offered a measly $15 credit on the order.
Ordered to be delivered June 30 for my mother's 93rd birthday…was not delivered…not delivered on July 1 (her birthday)…nor on July 2…not on July 3…same for July 4…received a call on July 5 that they would not be able to deliver that day either…cancelled a $100 order!

I ordered flowers for same day delivery as a result of their advertisement, even though I found their handling and delivery fee to be a bit high. Order was well in advance of their deadline for same day delivery. Hours later, too late for me to cancel and order from another place, I received an email that due to a delay it would be delivered on the next available day. No guarantee that it would be the next day and no offer of rebate or compensation of any kind. I contacted customer service and did not receive a response (as of today).
Kathy, we didn't receive your order until 1:20 PM EDT for delivery that same day. After all of the local shops were already done delivering for the day. As part of our delayed delivered policy, your order was re-scheduled for delivery the next day and you did in fact speak with us about this.
Delivered with care to a sick family member and the flowers were beautiful.

They were out of the original flowers and called and substituted with a similar flower.
Awful company. Only worried about their money. Ordered flowers 4 days in advance for a Saturday delivery, which never got delivered. After several calls and promises they finally reached out Tuesday (a week after I ordered the flowers) and told me they could deliver the flowers but I would have to pay another $30. I don't think that is how dissatisfied paying customers should be treated. Please be careful in using them or just don't use them.
