I ordered flowers and balloons from JustFlowers for my wife for Mother's Day. I got a confirmation email from JustFlowers. No flowers on Saturday. No flowers on Sunday. On Monday, I wrote to them that they missed the delivery.
Two days after Mother's Day, on Tuesday afternoon, they delivered the flowers. Unfortunately, this was useless to me because now my wife is on a business trip. I got a call from a Just Flowers manager who said her name was Jill. She offered a $10 refund on an $85 order. I said that the flowers at this point are just going to remind me that my wife didn't get her Mother's Day gift. They'll be wilted by the time she gets home. I said I wanted a full refund. Jill said the most she could refund was $15. When I asked for her full name, she hung up on me.
What a joke of a company! They literally did everything wrong and then hung up on the customer they had flaked on.
There are many flower companies out there. I will not be using them again.

I ordered a bouquet for a funeral. Had beautiful white lilies and carnations with it. The justflowers.com called me next day. They asked me if we could change the color of the lilies as they were out of the white ones. I said fine.
The flowers were delivered at the right place and the right time. The bouquet was absolutely stunning when I saw it.

The filters don't work well. I wanted an Easter basket with lilies, but the website doesn't necessarily let you apply multiple filters at the same time. Also, the pictures aren't great and it would be nice if the description actually included the type of flowers/plants.

I ordered flowers for Mother's day and they never were delivered. I called several time and waited forever on hold only to find out it was a loop and you had to leave a message. I left several messages by phone and online. My card was charged and no response. FURIOUS!

Had horrible time with website, unable to effect corrections in order. Unable to obtain assistance via either chat or 800 #. Chat failed to function, 800# operator said she'd be right back, never did get back.

I used this company to send a birthday bouquet overseas. The flowers arrived on the promised day, but NOT at the time reported, and without any doorbell being rung, door knocked upon, or, as I had requested, the arrangement being delivered next door if no response... as a result the flowers froze during the night and the disappointment of the recipient was surpassed only by my disgust that her birthday surprise was ruined. A greater way to waste almost $200 would be to flush the cash down the toilet. At least during that event it would be entertaining to watch the bills fight to be the first down the drain. Guarantee there will be no response from the company.

Great experience, but difficulty finalizing message. Limit of 240 characters; however, after editing, I would continue to receive a message when placing order that I was over the limit. Took several attempts before order was accepted.

I wish I could give them a negative rating for not only the flower arrangement but their customer service! After recognizing they provided me the wrong arrangement, they are still unwilling to work with me and claim the best they can do is a VERY minimal refund. Save yourself the headache and order from a different flower service.

I understood that the order placed might look slightly different from the picture on the product page. However, the flower recipient sent me a photo and the flower arranged was very different from what I ordered... it is disappointing!

I am a regular customer, this was an expensive order and the quality was poor. Flowers were placed in a green styrofoam base, however, some flowers have soft stems and were not in water and hence were wilted. Also, for the price (base price of $100) flowers were arranged as a half circle--i.e., not even a full circle. My previous order to this was very good, this was frustratingly poor. I would be glad to send a picture so you can inform the reseller.

I ordered fairly late in the day. The company could not delivery on time. Not only did they send me an email telling me that, they called me and talked to me about it and offered a refund or reschedule. I chose to reschedule and the delivery was made the next day. I have used this company twice now and they have delivered each time. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had ordered flowers, balloons and a bear for a get well gift. I decided to review after the fact and I seen several very bad reviews. I was extremely worried I had just thrown my money away. I would like to say that they did a great job with my order. They were delivered on time and everything was as I requested. My experience was very good here in Spokane Wa. I would order again from this company and I am super picky about how things are done.

Very friendly agents, user friendly website, delivery was prompt and the plant was in excellent condition upon delivery. I will continue to do business with justflowers.com because I'm a very satisfied customer.

This place seems like a scam. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day (Order # *******). They were never delivered and, after one insubstantial response, the company stopped responding to my questions regarding when or if the flowers were coming. They have ruined the day and now seem like they are never going to deliver the flowers, refund my money, or even respond to me.

Same as the other reviewers... ordered flowers for Mother's Day that never arrived. They cost $59.99 and my credit card was billed for $83... never received a receipt. I submitted the form through their web site indicating they had not been delivered and requesting delivery for the next day; they were not delivered. I have called the 1-800 number many times but they will not connect you to a person; I leave voicemails and do not receive a call back. What a scam.

I think the additional charges for handling, delivery, etc. etc. that add on $20 are a bit of a surprise at the end when you think you are getting a deal. It makes me want to just call a local florist; especially if wanting small changes to arrangement for same price, if possible.

Used to order everything from 800flowers but online service and deliveries have gone to ZERO ratings in my book and my business and personal orders have been a disaster. I'm so glad I found you. Just wish your pictures were clearer. My son told me about you because of the gorgeous arrangements he has sent me from you. Thank you

I placed an order with just flowers. They, wanted to change the date of delivery and didn't notify me until the end of the day. I asked for a refund and they refused. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was put on hold for about 30 minutes and no one answered the call. I would never use this company. It is better to use your local florist instead of these shady companies.

I ordered flowers online for Mother's Day which stated to be delivered on Saturday or on Mother's. Day. There was a problem with their website so I called, waited forever and was told to refresh the computer. They were aware of the problem. When I went back on line Saturday was no longer an option for delivery. So I chose Sunday for delivery. It it two days after Mother's Day and they are still not delivered. You can't talk to anyone in person so I put in an order query on line. Still no response. I Will Never Order From Them Again.

The flowers were 3 days late. I was promised a $10 credit. I need received it. Your customer service really stinks.
The flowers eventually ordered where really nice.

Every single employee including the general manager is rude unhelpful and will simply just argue and fight with you. They are completely disrespectful and useless. There is no point calling them or launching a complaint they will not help you they will just try to convince you that you are wrong when in fact they are wrong

Ordered flowers from this company for valentines day paid over 100 USD, later in the day received a message saying flowers will be delivered next opportunity and not on Valentines day. Sent a complaint to them and no response

We wanted the ability to filter our search more. We should be able to zoom in on the flowers or have more than 1 picture to see what we're ordering. Plus the website looks out of date and unorganized.

I continue to do business with you because you have the best prices. I'm hoping that the "Funeral Flowers" I spent around $400 U.S. on turn out very nice. That will be what "seals the deal" concerning my absolute business with your company. Thank you
