I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!
Sucks. This the worst delivery service I have ever used. You can't get through to customer service. They give you the run around. You call and no one asnwers your call. They say enter you order number and then ignore it. After entering it three times you get disconnected. You try something else and it's the same thing. I tried on line. Even worse. They are utterly useless.
Horrible! I will NEVER use your service again. One order came 2 days late and the other I cancelled when it hadn't arrived by 2 days after Mother's Day. Both were ordered 2 days prior to the holiday and were guaranteed that they would be delivered on time.

I spent countless time trying to get this order taken care of with 1.800.Flowers.com until I just finally gave up. I Googled flowers in the area code I needed them to go and they gave me you. I was able to complete the order immediately and have them delivered tomorrow!!

The arrangement I ordered has none of the flowers pictured on their site. It certainly is not worth the $88.00 I paid for it. It took 4 tries to get customer service. This is a SCAM.

These people are pathetic. Not only could they not deliver for the price advertized, they didn't call me to indicate a problem with the date after I forked over another $20. When calling to get a refund I had both a rep and a manager trying to induce me to keep the order in place despite it now being days after the birthday. Call center sounds like it is in the Philippines. Clueless people.
Ordered flowers for my Uncles funeral on sunday eve. The clock on web page was ticking and said if I ordered wit in 56 min. They would be delivered the same day. Went to funeral on Monday no flowers. On the way home just flowers called and said they couldn't find church. Hoping they will be delivered to my aunt house on Tuesday. So far 2 days late and 130.00 paid we will see what happens tomorrow. Next time I need flowers think I will choose the grocery store over just flowers

I tried to get flowers delivered by another service and they canceled so I had to go with Just Flowers. When I called to confirm delivery prior to funeral, they said I had called them and canceled my order which is not true. I don't know what country they farm their customer service out to, but it's not helping their service. Now I have two upset families over no flowers at a funeral!

I placed an order on Valentine's day because the site guaranteed same day delivery. The recipient never received the flower on V-day and it is now Friday the 17th and still no flowers. I have called the company several times, leaving messages and sending emails... but there was no response back from the company. I even talked to a customer rep and explain the situation twice, leaving my name and number (twice) for someone to call back for the refund that I requested. I didn't just place one order, there was a total of 4 orders placed for my boss. It was for his wife, daughter, mom, and sister... none of them received their flowers on V-day. I disliked finding after I'd picked my favorite, that the shipping code required me to go back and pick another product that I didn't like as well to meet the minimum cost for the shipping zip code. Please ask for the shipping code first, before I spend all my time on a futile effort!

I personally love the fact that a machine called me at 8pm saying my delivery didn't happen on the day it was supposed to happen leaving me no time to make other arrangements. I ordered flowers for my Mom for Motherly a few days in advance. Just to make sure she would get them I scheduled delivery the day before mother's day. They did not deliver the day before, the next day, or the next day. I am still waiting to see if they will ever deliver them. When a service says they will deliver on such and such a date, they better make sure they can do it. Delaying over three days is just not excusable. I will never use this service again.

This company is a scam, plain and simple and deserves negative starts. Read reviews on the BBB website. They promise delivery and keep rescheduling after they charge you, only to never delivery anything. Their customer service line is a joke... keypad entires do nothing, you can't get in touch with an actual representative and it always disconnects your call. The fact that a flower delivery service does this to people is disgusting. Flowers are supposed to make people happy. I ordered for mothers day for my sick mother, but i can't imagine anyone ordering for a funeral or sympathy purposes to have this happen. Absolutely disgraceful.

I ordered flowers for my husband's mother for Mother's Day. They never arrived. My voicemail and e-mail was not returned. They finally called me back 5 days later and offered $10 off. Completely unacceptable! I asked for a refund. My mother-in-law was so hurt, she thought her son did not think of her on Mother's Day.

My father is in the hospital with covid and requested I send my mother flowers for their anniversary under his name. I paid for same-day delivery on January 2. It is now January 5 and I just received my fourth "we regret to inform you" email, yet no refund. Customer service has plenty of excuses, but has now taken to hanging up on me. Justflowers.com has a 1.7/5 customer review with the BBB (wish I had checked that before ordering, or at least used paypal so I could get a refund). Save your time, energy, and money and order directly with your local florist!
