I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

The main entrance to my mothers nursing home was closed. Flowers were left at that main entrance - luckily later in the day my mother was able to get someone to bring her the flowers, which sat outside for a better part of the day.

This was not the experience I was expecting. The flowers arrived not resembling the picture at all. They were not fresh, some even wilting, and lacking in presentation. The customer service experience was equally abysmal as no one cared and nothing was done to correct the situation. Never again!

The website does not let you know if certain flower arrangements are available until you are ready to place an order. You are also not able to filter by lowest to highest price. The search feature is also not very user friendly.

Ordered Mother's Day flowers for MIL on 5/******* to be delivered on 5/9/2020. When ordering site never stated there would be a problem for delivery on the date that was picked. It is now 5/12/2020 and STILL no delivery. We have called a dozen times and pressed all the different options in hopes we could get a human on the phone but no matter which option we picked, we would be put on long hold times and then asked to leave a message. One of the times we did leave a message but no call back from a human. We received a robo call on 5/10 and 5/12 asking if we want to cancel the order or have it delivered. Bot times we pressed the number corresponding to having item still delivered. For it to still be delivered. Flowers still hasn't been delivered. Order # is *******.
Flowers were sent because of quarantine and trying to keep MIL safe but this was a big fail! Totally upset with this outcome and so was MIL.

I did not receive my delivery the day I expected, I paid for express delivery. I sent several emails and they and made several calls and never received support. I had a supper bad experience; I will never buy from them again.

I realize that there has to be some room for variation but the flowers did not look like the arrangement that I ordered.
The Delivery was great but I was not pleased with my order.

I was happy to know I had a special offer code, but then when I saw the final cost I decided that the special code is like false advertising. It really doesn't do much to the final cost. Do you really need to charge for delivery before 1:00?

I almost cancelled my order because I didnt get the discount that the code coupon showed before I ordered.And the chat team didnt have any to give me.Thats not a very good practice to entice customers with a discount and then take it off screen or take the information away.

Flowers never delivered 2 days after supposed to be. Will not answer messages, emails or phone calls. No response. Received an automated message that they would be delivered today and still never delivered. DONT USE THIS COMPANY EVER! Extremely poor service and charged my credit card for no services completed.

I ordered flowers for my Mom this morning 8.30am EST. Their website had a guarantee they would be delivered today, if I ordered within the next 2 hours of the morning.

I got an email from them, 4pm in the aft. Saying they couldn't deliver them and would deliver the next day. It is Mother's Day today, and reaching out to me at 4pm is way too late for me to make a plan B.

It is not ok to offer something you can't deliver.

Really terrible.

I ordered Mother's Day flowers to be delivered last Saturday, day before Mother's Day and they still have not been delivered. They called and promised it at least six times and still have not delivered. This is for my 95-year-old mother. I've never been so upset. What kind of company survives with this kind of service?

The flowers were received two days late. Nobody was home when they were delivered (one day late) and they weren't left on the porch or with a neighbor. When the florist was called to see where the flowers were we were told to come pick them up, which we refused to do. Terrible customer service. Won't be buying again.

I received this succulent garden from a friend -- keep in mind she paid $60+ for this. It was completely COVERED in soil, to the point I could not tell what the product was. Two of the succulents had been ripped out (roots included) and they were just laying on top. It was obvious that the package had been thrown around and turned upside down.
The JustFlowers customer service team was very difficult to get a hold of and were confused/ could not find my order number. Once a case was created due to my complaint, they said that they could not do anything because it had exceeded their policy timeline. They do not care when the photos were taken - all that matters is that you contact them within 7 days.
HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!

Best prices I have seen in a long time. I had to change the delivery date and it was easy to do. Confirmed and delivery came on the date I changed it to. This is the best florist I have ever used. I will continue to use them for all my floral needs.

I ordered funeral flowers and they were not delivered and the company refuses to give a refund. Their policy is they call the funeral home to verify the information and were given an address to a church in a different city from where the service was to be held resulting in the flowers not being delivered. If they call the funeral home to verify when they can deliver the flowers, why did they not call a church to get the same information? They would have been advised the service was not at that location. They offered a resolution to have a grieving family member drive to pick up the flowers. That is unacceptable. Now the company refuses to give me a refund.

I ordered and asked them to deliver on March 17, but they never did. They kept quiet until March 25, then I called and asked them why not delivery? They said that they cannot get contacted with the recipient. If they cannot contact with the recipient, why don't they contact me? I provided both phone numbers, the recipient and mine. They still don't want to issue a refund until I ask them many times.

NEVER USE THIS SITE! EVER! An absolute scam. Not only do they charge about $20 just for the "guaranteed same-day delivery" that isn't even actually guaranteed (both of my orders arrived the day after Mother's Day), but when the flowers do arrive, they are not even remotely similar to the images posted on their site. I ordered flowers for my mother and my grandmother, both of which arrived late, missing items, including flowers that were mostly dead and in vases that weren't even half the size of the vases pictured online. They stole around $200 from me, and probably many, many others as Mother's Day is the biggest day in the year for flower deliveries. They haven't answered not even one of my calls. Poor customer service and complete scam. They even removed the photos from their site of both bouquets I ordered, as if they knew what they sent was not even sort of close to it.

I have ordered flowers from other online floral websites and never had an issue until I went onto just flowers. Mothers Day was coming close and I decided I wanted to send Mom flowers because I couldn't make the trip to see her on Mothers Day. Just flowers assured Mothers Day delivery so I went with them. Mothers Day came and went and no flowers. Two days later still nothing. I emailed and left messages for just flowers with no call back or email response. I finally called and waited on hold for 22 minutes. I got a gentleman who was very hard to understand. He said we can send them on next available day. I said no Mothers Day was 3 days ago I want a refund. He said best he could do was a $5 credit. I insisted on my $80 refund. He put me on hold for a good 10 minutes came back and said fine we will issue refund within 10 business days. No apology, no explanation nothing. People need to complain to the Better Business Bureau and put Just Flowers out of business. SCAM

Wide selection and price but still more than I wanted to spend especially when adding a delivery charge to the cost . Website is set up for easy online shopping. I ordered breathtaking bouquet of stargazer pink lilies flowers but arrangement had no lilies. I spent a lot of time picking out the flowers that I wanted sent but wasn't even close. Although, the recipient said she loved the bouquet that was sent so I was happy about that and left it at that.
