I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

Just flowers has provided extremely disappointing service. I placed my order on May 9th for a bouquet to be delivered on Mother's Day the following day. I did not receive a confirmation email summarizing my order, my order was not delivered and their customer service never picked up the phone. Their customer service ended up replying to my email 2 days after my first attempt to contact them, saying that a delivery attempt was made but the address didn't exist so the delivery was not completed. They conveniently didn't specify which address they ended up using and never notified me of an attempted delivery. I order these flowers for that specific address every year and have never made a mistake on this address, which leads me to think Justflowers is simply trying to find an excuse to justify their delay. This was just a terrible customer experience from beginning to end, stay away.

Overall I like your selections. It would be a great timesaver if when the customer is first asked to put in the zip code of the recipient that the items are already prescreened for availability to that location.

I ordered flowers/balloon for Valentines Day for my daughter and they were never delivered. The delivery was guarantee for delivered on 2/14/18 since I paid for same day delivery. I've called several times to the customer support numbers *******919, *******911, *******215 and each call goes straight to voicemail. Horrible customer service! I usually order flowers via 1-800 flowers or FTD with excellent service but a friend of mine refer me to this JustFlowers and I must say worse decision I've made for Valentines Day. I called my card company and made a complaint. They will investigate after the charges go thru of why the flowers were not delivered timely when promised and get a credit of the amount I paid for same day delivery. I will NEVER again go out of my comfort zone with 800-flowers or FTD..

Flowers were delivered 1day late
And white roses had black spots and edges were brown
They said to bad could not return payment
So you are better off going to any store and purchase your own and have them delivered

you site put me back to reviewing my order 4 times before I could complete the transaction. None of the information I put in the first time was incorrect. I assume what I needed to do was delete the section allowing for a 2nd order, which I did not fill in anything to it.

I appreciated the help in finding a nice orchid but when I questioned the phone chat person about the heading on your site about 20.00 off she informed me that it was just saying that your flowers are 20.00dollars less than other companies and when I questioned her about the 15.00 off she hung up on me without answering other than some mumbo jumbo that was unintelligible. She was rude to hang up when I was trying to ask her a question. I had said that the 20.00 off thing was misleading and she said something to the effect that due to my response she was ending the conversation. She could have said "I am sorry you misunderstood it", no need to hang up on a customer spending 123.00 some dollars. I was shocked and will not use your business again.

I ordered flowers for a friend whose family member had died, on a Wednesday morning for delivery on Wednesday. They were not delivered. Nor were they delivered on Thursday, Friday or Saturday. Each day of non delivery, I spoke with someone from customer service who came up with excuses and said delivery would be that next day. After waiting 4 days, I cancelled the order. I will never order from them again. I felt that the people I spoke with were not sincere and were replying from a company standard reply card. I tried but was unable to upload my receipt.

Ordered flowers to be delivered for Mother's Day to Lafayette, LA and this morning at 9:21 EST I received an email stating that "Due to a delay in delivery your order has been rescheduled and will be attempted today, 05/13/2019. My email in part to them

"Yesterday was Mother's Day. The same way Christmas Eve is
Celebrated on the 24th, Christmas is celebrated on the 25th."

'Your "courtesy" is nonchalant, and appears to be a "sorry, we
Couldn't get to it yesterday, but we'll try again today."

Lousy reviews all around. If you need something done, don't count on these guys. Seem to take all orders, and fill them as they have time/flowers. Does not work for me.

Today, Tuesday, 05/14, the flowers still have not been delivered nor have I been able to speak with anyone. Additionally, no one from the company has responded to any of my voice mail messages or email. A total scam from what I see.

I ordered flowers early on Valentine's Day to be delivered to my gf at work, they were not delivered and after several attempts to reach out to customer service I could not get in touch with anyone. The next day after several attempts I finally got in touch with someone and they said oh we are sorry you didn't get them on time. Keep in mind I paid $141 to have them delivered. After they were finally delivered the next day at 1pm they were already wilted, they offered me a $10 discount. Never again will I use them to order flowers!

This review gives me space to upload a photo, which I would gladly do if I had actually received anything. Instead, this missed Mother's Day and left me with nothing. They promised to deliver Mother's Day flowers for me on Saturday, one day before the holiday. They emailed on Saturday and said my delivery would be delayed until Sunday. Then they emailed on Sunday and said my order would further delayed until Monday. Then they emailed on Wednesday – three days AFTER the holiday – and said they couldn't make my delivery and would have to cancel my order. The end result is that my mother did not receive flowers from her only son. And though I've received an apology and a refund, it doesn't begin to make-up for the disappointment they've caused. This is an unreliable and under-performing company and I strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere.

Ordered flowers a year about a year ago and flowers never arrived. The pandemic was on, so ok, I was understanding. Since then I've been getting 1-3 emails a day from them. I unsubscribe constantly and continue to get emails. Horrible nuisance! Go to BBB and see reviews there. They don't deliver at any time.

Warning, avoid this scam florist. They do not send the correct item on time, and offer to substitute with what item is available at some unknown florist. My original Orchid was not sent the day of the event as intended. The next day a substitute was offered. I was so upset to not have my gift arrive on time, and requested my order be canceled. I was offered a discount. However, the plant sent was an embarrassment, I never would have purchased them. When I saw picture of two mis-matched orchids, I was horrified! I could have purchased them at a grocery store for a quarter of what I was charged. The orchids had subpar presentation, just stuck in a box of straw, without enough stem support. I sent my picture to the manager who refused to refund my purchase. Alert, RUN…never use Just Flowers, you'll be sorry you bothered. There are many good florist that would be happy to complete your order honestly and satisfactorily!

We delivered two orchids in a container and that is what you ordered. The only slight difference was that it was pink and white versus all-white. Due to the ongoing Pandemic, our worldwide floral network is currently running at limited capacity and some delivery areas are very limited. Also, you did in fact approve this minor substitution with a $20.00 refund which is exactly what we did.

Ordered top notch arrangement for my best friend who lost her mother. I was horrified when I walked into her house and saw the arrangement. Her mouth opened and she said, "I didn't want to tell you." I ordered the super deluxe and was charged over $138 and she received lilies that were tight and not opened at all, roses that were drooped over and filler that was dried and dead. I was horrified! They wanted to give me a $7 discount! This is really bad business and outrageous! I'm STILL waiting for a manager to call me because when they offered the $7 discount and I laughed I asked to speak to a manager. They put me on hold forever then said there wasn't a manager available. This company should NEVER be used! Go but yourself a bouquet of flowers at Wholefoods or Trader Joe's. SHAME ON YOU! You are thieves! I tried to post a pic but it didn't load. Probably on purpose so people can't see the pathetic work they are stealing money over.

My mom ordered flowers from here last week and was told they would be delivered on Saturday. Well here it is Tuesday and still NO flowers! After calling to try and figure out why they're not there 4 days later she was hung up on by a man! So called back and a lady answered and her response was, they're on the way now (4days later) no apology but offered to refund $4.99 delivery charge! Very nice but still no reason for the super long delay! I wouldn't recommend this company to ANYONE! Nor will my family be using again! The least they could of done was call on Tuesday with some explanation but no she had to call to get hung up on! It's obviously not about the money, we want my sick uncle to have a little smile and thought this was the way. But instead it's made so many others upset! Mind you it's now after 5 pm where we are so I'm sure they aren't on the way and we'll be waiting another day! So if I could I'd give negative 10! So unprofessional and heartless!

This review is for “just flowers” I would never recommend them nor use them again!! Very unsatisfied with the whole process. Can’t speak for the flowers since they still weren’t delivered 4 days after promised. But I can’t imagine them being great when the rest of the service was awful

I ordered flowers which I thought would cost $45 coming in at $78 for an aunt in post op rehab in needham, MA 26th July. I challenged the cost of the order order was encouraged to e mail and call but clearly they just want to deal with any issues over the phone. I was offered a $15 credit today (29th July). I posted a candid review here thereafter. I subsequently received a note saying that due to the remote location they were unable to conclude the order. Needham is a Boston suburb. I feel uncomfortable with thei4 performance. I have NEVER experienced such strange customer service.

Fowers for a friend who passed away, ordered to be delivered 16th of July, i still have no confirmation they have been delivered and now 23rd of July. So missed the funeral by 6 days. I would never use them again. Can't add photo as i have not seen flowers yet, but have 5 emails telling me next day 5 times.

Do not buy from these people. They are very unreliable... they lied and lied... they will never get my business again. They charged me an express fee to deliver to a funeral. Mssed the funeral and was 2 days late getting flowers to a family member. They are CROOKS

I ordered flowers 17 days ago for a delivery on Mother's Day. They STILL have not been delivered. Customer service has actually hung up on my twice after giving them my order # because I call them to complain. Every day they promise next day delivery, but still... no flowers have been delivered for my mom. Aweful. Just aweful.

My husband ordered a birthday balloons to surprise me on my birthday after a couple of hours the balloons start to fail down I was shocked and at all I am not happy with this kind of service it is the worst order we had plus the customer service it was so Weird and not nice how to deal with the customer when we called and made complain about the order regarding to the policy of the company it says when the customer not satisfied with the order they will exchange it or refund our money

I placed my Mothers Day order roughly 2 weeks ahead of time. On Friday before Mothers Day I received an email saying they could not deliver and were refunding my order. There was NO other explanation nor any offer of substitution or alternate delivery dates... trying to actually TALK with someone was IMPOSSIBLE!
Now I don't even have time to mail my 92 yr old Mother a card!
I hope karma catches up with this company!

Not only did you get my money you did not deliver the flowers. My order was promise to be at my mother's house on 5/9/20 by 8pm. The bad thing about the whole thing is you did not have the respect of the contact me and tell me why! I left messages and call over 20 times no response. I would like a full refund and will NEVER use your company again, buyers beware justflowers is a RIP OFF, heartless, cowardly company! If i was near your head office I would drop by and tell you this in person but you would not care if you would disappoint Mother's on Mother's Day, you do not have a conscience anyway. Shame on you and I want my money back! Order #*******
