I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

Worst company and customer service I have ever worked with.
Flowers were to be delivered on Mother's Day. One Monday they said they would be delivered, well today is Tuesday and they still aren't delivered.
Worst company out there!

My husband paid around $130, I got something completely different to what he ordered, it was 100% better idea go to Stop and shop and get flowers for $20. OMG we complained and tried to get a refund, they just said it was a mistake from the Florist the customer rep just offered me $25off for our next purchased. Of course we will NEVER order anything from those scammers

The delivery was for my 5 yr old grandson having minor surgery. I paid for expedited delivery but it wasn't there when he left. I tried to cancel but was told they could deliver elsewhere. I gave them my daughter's work place by they asked for my grandson and were told he didn't work there. They brought it back the next day but the helium was gone and balloons were almost on the ground.

I ordered an $85 arrangement of white roses, purple violets, irises, and lilies. What was delivered was a small arrangement of carnations, mums and gerber daisies with a couple lilies. It looked like about $35 arrangement and wasn't even purple and white. When I tried to speak to their customer service, it was almost impossible to reach them, and I just kept getting the run around, no one who could actually address the problem. After weeks of me pursuing them and finally demanding to speak to a manager, all they could offer me was a $7 refund and would not send out another arrangement that was what I actually ordered because it was beyond the 7 day guarantee. Awful experience! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will not order from them again.

Did 2 orders going to the same place, same flowers. 1 got delivered on time the other one was 5 days later and when you expected both to be there at the same time so the surprise wasn't ruined and they weren't it is a truly a disappointment.

I ordered flowers to be sent to my uncle's memorial service, which I could not attend. I ordered Bountiful Joy, which was a beautiful blue hues arrangement of hydrangea and tall lily's in a clear vase. What was delivered was as opposite as you can get... a squatty arrangement with one white hydrangea and stubby fill-ins in a lime green container with a tacky matching lime green mesh bow. I was sick when I saw the pictures. I called customer service and was advised to send them pictures, which I did. The response I received back from them was laughable. After they proceeded to convince me that the substitution was within the price range of my original request, they offered me a $7.50 discount on my next order. LOL. There is no chance of that happening. Back to ProFlowers I go.

I placed an order for birthday flowers for my daughter on 3/16 and specified they needed to be there before 3pm on 3/20. I called Just Flowers 4 times between 12:30 pm and 2:45 pm and was repeatedly told they would still be there. At 2:55, I was told the flowers would not get there today. They suck.

Tip for consumers:
do not use Just Flowers! Find a local florist instead.

I ordered flowers for my Mother and they were supposed to be delivered on Mother's Day. THEY NEVER CAME! Now it is impossible to get in touch with anyone to to ask about this. I have called 6 times and was told to leave a message. I was then directed to a voicemail system which was FULL! This process is ridiculous! If I could give 0 stars I would!

I ordered flowers from them for Mother's Day. The flowers never arrived that day or even three days later. I have left multiple messages for them as there is no one live to speak to. I have emailed them multiple times as well on 5/13 I get an email saying flowers were delivered and they never were. I tried calling them again and again voicemail but when I selected the option to place an order someone answered. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! TOTaL SCAM. They remove the money from your account immediately! I'm fighting to get my money back! SCAM! They need to be shut down!

Horrible experience. Did not get delivered on my dtr's birthday and I did not get notified until it was too late to make other arrangements. It took 4 calls and considerable discussion to cancel the order. First I was offered an apology call, then $5 off, then $10 off, then $15 off. Never again. It was insulting.

We ordered 2 different arraignments on Valentine's Day. Gave the person the reference #. I paid.$300.00 for the two. The arraignments was not at all what was ordered. Did not have life in them at all. Very disappointed. Will not order from them again.

Five days ago I placed an order for delivery for the next day for a family grieving the loss of a love one. Not only did they not delivery as promised but they kept saying each day that they would deliver the next day. Today they told me the flowers were on the truck and hours later called me to say that the the order had not been processed due to a flower not being available. They asked that I substitute a flower. I agreed and then they called back saying they couldn't deliver today or tomorrow..

Please keep in mind that your order was placed three days ago on Saturday during Memorial Day weekend, not five days ago and since none of the shops in the area were open over the weekend, it was reschedule to Tuesday, the day after Memorial Day.

Deliveries are available in most major cities on Saturday and Sunday in the USA. If we are unable to arrange for delivery on Sunday and time permits we will setup for delivery on Saturday, including Birthday and Anniversaries, and Mother's Day Orders. If Saturday or Sunday is not available, then the order will be delivered on Monday or the soonest available delivery date.

I ordered flowers for a special birthday two days in advance and paid extra for early delivery. They called after 2:00 p.m. the day they were to be delivered to say they needed to substitute. I canceled my order and will be surprised if I get my money back. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I ordered flowers on the 9th of May for same day delivery to my MIL for Mother's Day and her birthday. As of today she has not received the flowers. So much for surprising her. I've tried every day since the 11th to get a confirmation on delivery and no one answers the phone. I've submitted several order inquiries and no return call. I will be contacting the BBB.

My husband ordered flowers and paid 86.00 for Mother's Day. They never came that day. They sent an email saying they were not able to deliver that day. They came the next day. The flowers were mediocre at best. Lets not forget about that busted up hoopty they were delivered in. Wow!

I could not get an answer as to what products have to be arranged by the recipient. 'Jean' did not answer my question. 'Marty' ended a chat abruptly. The website is so busy and so hard to maneuver. Difficult to edit...where is the 'cart'? Could not sort based on the bestseller. Could not sort based upon availability for destination.

We ordered the Pink Gladiolus Standing Spray from JustFlowers.com for our family friend's funeral. I ordered the glads because they were my friend's favorite flower. My friend had a visitation the day before and the flowers were sent to the parlor the day before I was to be there. I wasn't aware of it and wan not there to attend. So the flowers sat an extra 24 hours before I saw them. But that's not so bad considering the flowers were fresh and beautiful they were literally really worth my money! I was extremely happy!
People were saying "Such beautiful flowers." I called customer service to complain about flowers delivered a day early. The main manager suggested that they send another flower arrangement to the family to make up for it. Eventually she gave me $10 credit and I was happy in the end.

I called early the day before to order flowers for my mother's funeral. I received a call a few hours before her funeral and was told they do not have the flowers I requested.
I asked for 3 dozen white roses. They said they only have 2 dozen and would replace the other dozen with carnations for the same price.
I know carnations are a lot cheaper than roses. I told them I don't want the carnations. The deleivered the 2 dozen roses.
I called the flower shop they did the flowers through. They told me that JustFlowers contacted them the day of the funeral.
JustFlowers is a third wheel when ordering flowers. I will NEVER use them again.
Just google a flower shop in the area, don't use JustFlowers. Also there were a lot of hidden costs and stress...

I asked for a specific day to be delivered, it didn't happen. When I talked with representative I asked for a Wednesday delivery as the recipient was not working the next day. Oh no, they delivered when she wasn't working. It was not the surprise that I wanted to give to her. The flowers that were delivered were pretty though.

Which I could have lived with, but they were nasty. My mom called and told them
They were dead and wilted and to come and pick them up. When the man came
He argued with her and said they were fine. When she showed him what was wrong
With them he got angy and called her a $#*!! She told him to take the flowers and
Leave. The company wouldn't take them off my bill and I wouldn't let them send that
Delivery guy back to her house.

Do NOT use this company. Placed two online delivery orders for Mother's Day floral arrangements. Mother's Day came and went, neither one of the two recipients received the floral arrangements I paid for - prior to or even after Mother's Day. Poor customer service. Thankfully I paid via Paypal and only through Paypal, not the company, was I refunded. Do NOT use Just Flowers.

Ordered a floral arrangement for a wake. Roses were wilted and brown around the edges and everything pink, pink, pink. Not what I ordered. Customer service is in another country, hard to understand and not helpful. I was embarrassed to have our name associated with those flowers. My advice to the reader... note the ratings, 92% gave a "1"... and STAY AWAY FROM JUST FLOWERS.COM, an EMBARRASSING waste of time and money!
