I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!
The flowers were a gift for my granddaughter's birthday. She loved them. She thought they were very pretty and colorful. Thank you for the prompt service that you provided. I live in Illinois, they were delivered in Texas in perfect order and in perfect condition. Thank you so much
The flowers were very nice and my aunt really liked them, but I feel that it was a bit pricey... and then the delivery charge was too much. I needed to do it so I just did it... but in the future would shop around as I do feel as much as you charge for the flower the delivery charge was too much.

Hopefully you'll be able to find someone in Fredericksburg, TX to deliver these flowers to my DIL. My son passed away a few years ago, & this would have been their 16th wedding anniversary. I want to surprise her with her favorite flowers.
How about when I have clicked that it's for a birthday, it's flowers, the zip code AND the date I want it to be delivered: add a button for low to high, high to low so it's easy to navigate prices. Now its all a mess of random prices.
I Live in UK England I ordered flowers for my 7 year old granddaughter who lives in NJ USA plus a ballon clicked the day of her birthday, they were delivered day before with no balloon. Got no satisfaction what so ever with customer service my order stated May 1st she kept saying I asked for 30 April it clearly stated 1st May. Absolute rubbish company and a disgrace of a department called customer service. Rip off.
Somewhat reluctant to deliver since it was "so far away" and no one answered the phone. They must have tried again and did deliver. We confirmed with the recipient. No happy being told they wouldn't deliver and couldn't refund our money.
I placed an order, but even though I placed it earlier in the day and they said it would be same day delivery, it wasn't delivered until the next day. They also didn't update the information saying when it would be delivered, I had to call and figure that out. Once it was delivered the next day it was a gorgeous arrangement though.
For residential, hospitals, and nursing home deliveries, in the unlikely event that there is a delay in the delivery, the delivery will be attempted the next day.
When I placed my order, I tried to see a preview of my order. It did not come up. I saw an online chat box with an order consultant. I asked how I could place a coupon code on the order. I was given an answer of "It willshow up on when you place your order. I replied ok. When I placed the order, it automatically said I completed the order. I did not even see a preview of the exact costs of what my order was going to be. The cost went from
460 to $81. I then reached out to your customer service and was told to look in my email for the order details. I did find the order but there was an express charge I did not want and I did not see the coupon discount. Your customer representative was able to take off the express delivery charge and also gave me a $5.00 discount. The part I am most unhappy about is the ordering and that I was not able to preview the bill prior to completing the order.
The first time I ordered flowers they were not delivered on the date I requested. They were delivered on a different day. I received an email with a $10 off code SUNNY. I attempted to use it today and it would not allow me to use it. So I got off the site. went back into the site and used the offer code JFG per the window that popped up. It still did not allow me my $10 off.
I was very satisfied with my April 7th order. However, I also ordered flowers for my daughter for Mother's Day. The order online said it was completed however I was not charged nor did she receive the flowers. Very disappointing
I ordered a birthday bouquet on September 16th for next day delivery. After much ado, the flowers finally arrived on September 22nd... well after my daughter's birthday.
I've lived in Victoria Australia since 2004 so this is not the first time I've sent flowers to my daughter in Salt Lake.
I KNOW there are florists who are open on Sundays, as I've used them in the past.
I also have not been charged so much for such a tiny bunch of flowers.

This company is horrible! I ordered flowers on 5/8/20 for Mothers Day - website stated GUARANTEED delivery on 5/9/20. They immediately took the money out of my acct. TO DATE, no flowers have been received. I have left multiple messages with no return call, and sent several emails with no response. Yesterday I called and finally got a person, and she couldn't give me any information, except she needed to call the florist. She told me she would call be before close of business with some kind of information. Still nothing. I called again today and spoke with another representative. She just told me she could not get in contact with the florist. She could not cancel my order, and she could not tell me what florist they were attempting to get the flowers from. I basically ended up having no new information, I'm out over 100 bucks and have NO flowers to show for this money! I'm very frustrated and would NOT recommend ever using this service to order flowers.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Saturday before Mother's Day. They were not delivered. Instead, I received an email saying the delivery was delayed and would be delivered on the next available delivery day. Well, it is now THURSDAY, and still NO FLOWERS! My account has been charged, however. This is such a scam! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They have a customer service number, but you cannot actually reach anyone to talk to them. It's so disappointing to trust a company to deliver flowers to your 85 year old mother across the country, then not have them fulfill that service. I am hoping to be refunded, but not expecting that to actually come through, either. My order number is *******.

I ordered flowers for a birthday and I wanted them delivered in the morning on the day. So I paid for express delivery, which means the order would be delivered by 1pm, which was good enough.
The order did not arrive until 4:30pm.
Customer service promised to refund the express delivery $4.99 fee, but that was all. They did not refund the $6.49 "handling fee", nor the "shipping or service fee" $10.99 fee.
So in total they charge you ~$22.50 in fees in addition to quite expensive flowers and they can not deliver flowers by the promised time.
I will not order from them again.

I ordered roses for my husbands for funeral and the flowers arrived after the funeral service and I had ordered them to be delivered the day before the funeral since the funeral was at 10am. The funeral home told me to do this since they have refrigerators at their facility. The bouquet was also the wrong kind of flowers that I ordered. Horrible service!

Ordered gift box on 9 Apr 2020 to be delivered on 11 Apr 2020. Checked on 11 Apt at 1pm, rep told me order # ******* was being delivered by 4pm. And a email was sent with tracking number. I ordered flowers on website on 4/26/15 a sympathy arrangement was to be delivered on 4/27/15 I paid the extre 4.99 fee to be delivered early morning by 1pm called 4/27/15 to see if they were delivered said they couldn't had no blue flowers willed liver on Tue 4/28/15 called again couldn't deliver couldn't find location what a joke this company wanted to deliver net day 4/29/15 told them to forget it and to refund my money lost a eighty six dollar order please go somewhere else to order your flowers.
I am so disappointed in the service I have received from this company. On Thursday January 20 I ordered a pink hydrangea PLANT. $59.99. What arrived was a small single stem hydrangea. Definitely not worth the money I had paid. Today, Saturday January 22, less than 36 hours after received, the "plant" is withered. Thinking the plant needed water we noticed there was no soil. The stem is in STYROFOAM! We took it out and it is definitely a cut stem. NOT a plant! With taxes and fees I paid over $80. How do you do business like this?
I called the florist directly and they take no responsibility for what they sent because they are a florist and do not carry plants. WHY WOULD JUST FLOWERS SEND THEM MY ORDER FOR A PLANT?

The shipping and handling fee is excessive. The delivery was not made on the day indicated, it was two days late. Customer service was NOT at all helpful. I have repeatedly asked to be removed from email promotions, has not happened yet. Won't be ordering again and DO NOT RECOMMEND at all.

I placed 2 orders for mothers day, 9ne to be delivered on May 9th and another on May 10, today is May 10, I don't re I've the May 9th delivery. And who knows if ill receive the May 10 delivery.
