I ordered birthday flowers and they were delivered one day late due to the (Carolina) hurricane. They were nearly the same as pictured. Except for the vase which was the same color,but was not the nice one pictured.

I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

I ordered the Enchantment Bouquet on-line for a guaranteed Saturday delivery for a Grande Opening of a friend's store. By Tuesday, they still hadn't delivered. (glad it wasn't a wedding or funeral!) They offered TONS of excuses and said the delivery was in-route and that they could call the recipient and apologize. REALLY!?!?!
When I say a picture of the arrangement, it was a pretty paltry bunch of flowers. I was very disappointed. I spoke to the "Manager" who kept apologizing with a muffled, foreign accent. I requested a refund several times. She insisted the flowers were delivered on Tuesday. I could tell I was getting no where.
Teleflora or ANYONE or NOTHING is better than JustFlowers.

I ordered flowers on Friday at 9:30am for delivery on Sunday, Mother's Day. It is Monday at 6:30pm and I have not received my flowers, nor have I heard from anyone from Just Flowers. I emailed them, called them and left a message, and still no reply. 4 days later and I have nothing, not even a word from them. Does service get worse than that?

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and received a confirmation from Just Flowers. The flowers were not delivered on Mother's Day. I called them and was promised a next day delivery (after the Mother's Day weekend) and even then the flowers were not delivered. I called them again and was informed that the florist did not deliver and they learned about it only when I inquired. The had the audacity to ask if I want it delivered on the following (3rd day after the motehr's day) with a 15% discount.
My mother was left without flowers on Mother's Day and I think Just Flowers are outrageously incompetent and have no respect for their customers.
Stay away!

I was very pleased with the flower & plant arrangement. The two arrangements to Waukesha were very nice.
The arrangement sent to Margaret Widder had a little to large plant and could have had a few more flowers.
The arrangements sent to family members were very well liked and enjoyed.

I am livid! Total rip off! Ordered flowers for delivery on Mother's Day, and they never arrived. I never got a confirmation email so I had no order number. Took me one solid week to get ahold of anyone at the company. I was assured a full refund, but then got an email that said the flowers were delivered. Very suspicious! AND THE FLOWERS HAVE STILL NOT BEEN DELIVERED! I am now being told by this company that I am just plain out of luck. $125 down the drain!

I couldn't go back a screen to update the flowers without losing all the data I had entered. Shhould be able to change or update the order at the end, but still keep all of the data. That was a bit frustrating.

Ordered flowers on 5/6/19 for delivery for mother's say 5/11/19! Flowers NEVER delivered! Money taken out of my acct. On 5/7/19 but no flowers delivered! No human to talk to! Tried tracking my order, wouldn't allow me to submit my info on line!

Order from Justflowers.com for Valentine's day. They had a section for arrangements that they could deliver on Valentine's. Received an email at 4:00 PM telling me they would be unable to deliver and they arrangement would arrive the next day. Disappointed. Then received another email on Feb. 15th telling me the flowers would not be able to deliver till next day. Unbelievable. Spent $150+ and the flowers never showed up. Canceled the order and requested a refund. Checked my email this morning Feb 16th and received a third email saying the flowers would not be delivered until next available day. Laughable at this point. So basically spent $150+ to receive three emails telling me that they can't deliver. The should change their name to JustEmails.com. Stay away from this company.

You don't even deserve one star! I ordered flowers to be delivered on December 17th it is now December 23rd and they just now called me and asked for $50.00 more dollars! THIS IS BLACKMAIL if I don't give the money I won't get my Christmas present delivered to my elderly friend and its too late to order her any other gift because tomorrow is Christmas Eve! Your service sucks!

I hope the delivery is as pretty as the picture. Last time I ordered, The reciprient sent me a picture and I was very disappointed as to how it looked. It wasn't like the picture. Giving you all ONE MORE chance. I will see the picture.

They wouldn't cancel an order I'd made shortly before. They said the florist they use couldn't cancel it because it was going out the next day. This was mid-afternoon of the day before - plenty of time to notify the florist, who may not yet have even gotten the order. Please!

I ordered a table centerpiece for Christmas Eve for my daughter. When it didn't arrive on the date requested I called them and they said it would arrive the next day. This happened 3 days in a row. The day after Christmas I called them and told them that since the flowers never arrived I was cancelling the order. They told me that I couldn't cancel the order because it had been sent to the florist. Ironically I got an email that night that said the order had been delayed. I cancelled the order through them again!

This company is a sham. I ordered a bouquet for a family member... delivered a day late, and the bouquet was terrible and nothing like the photo we ordered from. It cost $97 USD... worth less tan $20... My wife and I spent numerous calls on the line with Customer Service... delays, and no resolution to a full refund request. We were offered $10 credit. The product was an ugly mix, delivered late and paid an unreasonable price. Take notice and do not deal with them. DON"T GET SUCKED IN BY THE PHOTOS AND POLICY... B. S

I ordered the Garden of Plenty flowers for my mom for Mother's day. The arrangement she received wasn't even close to what I ordered. I understand substitutions but it wasn't even close to any semblance. They were very sparse and didn't equate to the value I paid. Also, they were delivered a day late. I wasn't notified they would be delivered the next day until 9:50pm. Highly unacceptable. DO NOT ORDER FROM JUSTFLOWERS.COM. Their customer service is less than helpful.

I ordered flowers for Valentie day for my lady and never received them. I put this post Feb 15th and they decide to send me a BS response saying they are here to help. But I was able to recoup all my money. Always use the option to pay with PayPal when purchasing from here if you take a chance. PayPal dont play that BS about not receiving the product or service that is paid by them and PayPal will protect you and your purchase. By chance I happened to purchase it through PayPal and when I contacted them PayPal froze Just Flowers transactions and accounts. Within 24 hours they refunded my money. Prior to me calling PayPal, Just Flowers told me they could only give me a $10 dollar credit.

I tried to order the BIGGER bouquet adn clicked that box. Y'all stuck me with the smaller bouquet when I wanted the biggest one :( Tried chat and that just wanted to ask a bunch of questions. I tried to go back to the original order to click that again, but I couldn't get back to it. Frustrating, but I needed to finish the order....

Charged DOUBLE price I was quoted, charged phone order fees and delivery charges they don't inform you about at time of order. Now I feel like I need to be sure they won't be using my credit or personal info as it's an obvious call center scam!
Wish I would have seen the horrible reviews and reputation they have BEFORE I ordered flowers for my elderly mom on Mother's Day!

I ordered flowers to be delivered sat before Mothers Day, received a text message at 5pm Saturday that flowers could not be delivered till Sunday. Ok well that still works at 5pm I got a 2nd text that flowers could not be delivered till Monday. Unacceptable, I tried calling after 1 hour on hold I called back and chose place an order, person on phone could not help me, also asked to speak to a manager / supervisor. NOPE was told I could not speak to anyone and had to call back I went to email and hit cancel order. I will be expecting a full refund but will NEVER order flowers from this site again. If u can't deliver when u say DON'T accept orders. Very very disappointed in this company

Deliveries are available in most major cities on Saturday and Sunday in the USA. If we are unable to arrange for delivery on Sunday and time permits we will setup for delivery on Saturday, including Birthday and Anniversaries, and Mother's Day Orders. If Saturday or Sunday is not available, then the order will be delivered on Monday or the soonest available delivery date.

I ordered some flowers from justflowers NEVER again,,,I have used justflowers before but this time "I got a cheap butch of flowers" for my wife 77 birthday and they didnt want to make good my oredr.I am disappointed for their lack of replacing my order,,dont use justflowers,,,YOU might get the same as me. UPDATE: The rude manager, Teresa, that feels that speaking over me and in a condensending way, felt that saying over and over "I'm sorry that you thought you could get free flowers delivered"and "you must not have seen all the additional fees online" would solve my problem... only made things worse, and is proving their poor customer service style. Hope everyone is reviewing this god awful chain of how awful this company is!
Delivered 4 days late, with no communication to me and they refuse to refund me in full. AND- I paid $60 for an arrangement, he quality was worth about $20! So not only does my recipient of the flowers think I forgot them on their day, but also it appears I am a cheap $#*!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

JustFlowers.com is beyond the most unprofessional company I've dealt with in the last 10 years. This company purposefully took orders over Mother's Day weekend that they knew they could not fulfill. Then instead of just admitting that they couldn't deliver kept emailing saying they would be delivered the next day.

The truth is, I had requested a Saturday delivery just so I could avoid the Sunday rush to deliver and they couldn't even deliver on that day.

No one picks up the phone at this company so I'm not sure what they consider to be customer service and then they want to cancel the order to leave me looking like a clown.

This company is COMPLETE GARBAGE and should not be in business. Read all the other reviews and just do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!
