I didn't actually see them because they went to out-of-town hospital but was told that they were the prettiest arrangement in the room. Liked their quick delivery, too.

Beautiful arrangements. Afraid to add more to order however, because they were not delivered along with order though I had paid for these things in advance (e.g. chocolate).....

We started using Just Flowers quite a few years ago and we always find the shopping experience very straight forward. The only tricky part is choosing which arrangement!

Final cost was more than expected - didn't notice there was a handling charge. Why, I don't know! Not particularly happy about that - so may not use you again

Order placed on 5/08/2020 to be delivered on Mother's Day. Well no delivery. Have contacted every number just flowers gives and can not speak to a live person unless you call to order flowers, then they give you a number that you have already called. We have sent emails, left messages and still no call or email back. As of 5/11/2020, no customer service at all. I'd give negative stars if it was an option. DO NOT GET YOUR MONEY TSKEN LIKE I DID.

Your web site is really hard to navigate and the direct chat never materialized to answer my inquiry about whether I had a voucher from a previous purchase.

I've ordered from 'Just Flowers' many times. I really like the several pages of beautiful flowers you have to pick from. I've never had a problem with placing an order so it's all great!

I was surprised when 49.99 turned into 63.47 with a handling charge and something else added. I am visiting from Scotland so am not too likely to use you again....but you never know !

Although we were home all day, we heard no knock or bell -- got flowers late in day, had been out in heat, arrive therefore wilted. Partly rejuvenated with water and care, but not completely.

I ordered flowers EXPRESS to get flowers to a good friend of mine who suffered the loss of her 10 year old son 2 days ago. Not only have they NOT arrived. I cannot get anyone to tell me what is going on? I will leave terrible reviews everywhere I can about this HORRIBLE rip off of a company

I ordered flowers that should have been delivered yesterday. I did not receive a confirmation, but was charged on my credit card. Customer service does not answer and the automated system only asks for an order number they never provided. This place is a total scam and I swear if customer service responds to this asking for my order number I may freak out. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM UNLESS YOU JUST LIKE GIVING YOUR MONEY AWAY TO SCAM ARTISTS!

It was very easy to order. I would have liked to see the size of the arrangement since there is only one picture shown. Also, the handling and shipping charges are quite high.

$10 coupon. In small print at the bottom it states that the order needs to be $50 or greater. It could be stated more clearly. I hate being tricked. Won't shop here again.

Your website could be improved to allow for more and better narrowing down so customers don't need to go through so many pages of possible floral arrangements.

Thank you for the perfect delivery. Loved the Flowers and the font on the Card. Despite the delayed delivery, everything was on point.

The original order had a ticking clock stating shipping would be free if ordered within the time frame. Sadly that was omitted at checkout so that is the reason for 3 stars only.

They said they would deliver on a Sat morning. Did not deliver until Tues and then said their email confirmation states fine print no guarantee of delivery

Never got the flowers paid top dollar so that I would for sure get them their for mother's day. Nothing, no human to talk to. Took the money out right away though. Avoid.

Im still waiting for the flowers to be delivered after several days. I was told that they would delivered today. No one tried to contact either party.

Didn't fulfill there end of bargain. Ruined mother's day suprise. Cant deliver as promised. They are greedy and all about profit and no nothing about customer service

We sent 18 yellow roses to our daughter for opening night of a play. The flowers were beautiful and delivered exactly according to our specifications. Thank you!

Flowers were ordered in advance for Mother's Day - to be delivered on a Saturday. We waited all day and they didn't arrive. I tried calling twice but their frustrating voice recording would never send me to a live person. I left two voice mails, and also sent an email. Later that night, the sent an email saying they were sorry but the flowers would not be arriving, but would arrive the next day. WOW - Mother's Day no show. We wanted to cry. So, today is Sunday and still now flowers, with the same email arriving again. THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUDS WHO DO NOT DO WHAT THEY SAY - AND PROVIDE NO LIVE PEOPLE TO HELP. STAY AWAY, OR YOU WILL CRY TOO. So sad when business toy around with the emotions of a mother on her special day.
