The selection was very nice. Ordering was easy, except for the constant pop-ups to offer assistance. When it took some extra time to enter my credit card, they called to see if they could help.

This is our second time ordering from you. The first time was not so great but I thought I would give you one more shot at placing my order. Hopefully, this time will be better.

Wrong flowers a day late and paid for my mother to feel like I forgot her on mothers day. Worst experience I have ever had buying flowers! Not to mention they forgot the $9 balloon.

it is a bit premature as the delivery has not been made and i won't know if the flowers will be as displayed. so you should probably ask these questions after the deliver is made.

Since it is after Christmas, thank you for helping my finances with the $10 so I could send my friend a bouquet as she suffers the loss of her husband January 12, 2016.

My husband placed an order for Mothers Day delivery of course it never showed and 5 days later I'm still trying to get thru after long holds and no progress!

Like the title says, I sent a sympathy bouquet to my friend when she lost her husband in April 2021 I neglected to add "special instructions" the first time so that's on me. So I paid for redelivery and STILL NO FLOWERS DELIVERED! Awful customer service, NO REFUNDS, and they refuse to disclose the local florist name. Shame on Just for flowers.com Shame on Me for trusting them!

Over the years we have been very pleased with the great service and quality of the flowers and arrangements. Appreciated more due ot being military overseas :-) :-)

I'm ordering again with Just Flowers because of how well the first order went. I received many compliments on the flowers that were delivered the last time!

So far, so good. We'll see how the delivery goes. Will be interested in the recipient's opinion on how everything went. That's what really counts. Stay tuned.

I tried to send my sister flowers last weekend through 1-800-flowers and they twice were unable to deliver flowers in Norfolk. I thank you for your service!

they never let me know what the cost would be with tax and delivery. that is not the way i do business. only because i have a plabe to catch i let this go through

This site is great, it gives me the opportunity to send flowers to my family who live outside the city and not many florist will send flowers to this zip code! Thank you for taking care of everyone!

They substituted the flowers that I wanted in the bouquet with something else, so I really didn't see the finished product. Have to give you a D grade on that one.

I think for the price, the orchid could have had more flowers on it. Also, the note was hand written and had no florist envelope to identify where it came from.

Look great so far. I'll wait to recommend when I see the flowers and if they actually arrive on time, in good condition and not left to ruin in the elements

quick and easy . very pleased you can send to the zip code. just ordered one earlier to a different zip code . have never ordered fruit though so we shall see .

It was a fast and easy process to place my order. The only bad experience was that I never got my answer from the operator attending the open line for chat.

So far it has gone pretty well...a little hard to locate all the information...so much color on all the pages. I am eager to hear the results from my family tomorrow.

I didn't see the sample of the "Thinking of You" balloon I ordered but, I'm sure it's lovely & cheerful.

Did not deliver the flowers on date requested. Today, the day after, they are asking for an additional $15. The 800 number they left on my messages is a FAX machine!

Thank you I received order perfectly however I upgraded to 80 dollar arrangement and was very disappointed. The arrangement was small and did not stay fresh for at least a week.

I want my order canceled and a full refund i am very disappointed ordered same day delivery and it's styll not here my wtf is going on order gift for my mom ruined the whole day I need my money back ASAP! If I f set t my money back I Will happily take this down never been more disappointed
