I ordered birthday flowers and they were delivered one day late due to the (Carolina) hurricane. They were nearly the same as pictured. Except for the vase which was the same color,but was not the nice one pictured.

I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

Wrong flowers a day late and paid for my mother to feel like I forgot her on mothers day. Worst experience I have ever had buying flowers! Not to mention they forgot the $9 balloon.

it is a bit premature as the delivery has not been made and i won't know if the flowers will be as displayed. so you should probably ask these questions after the deliver is made.

Like the title says, I sent a sympathy bouquet to my friend when she lost her husband in April 2021 I neglected to add "special instructions" the first time so that's on me. So I paid for redelivery and STILL NO FLOWERS DELIVERED! Awful customer service, NO REFUNDS, and they refuse to disclose the local florist name. Shame on Just for flowers.com Shame on Me for trusting them!

I want my order canceled and a full refund i am very disappointed ordered same day delivery and it's styll not here my wtf is going on order gift for my mom ruined the whole day I need my money back ASAP! If I f set t my money back I Will happily take this down never been more disappointed
