I ordered birthday flowers and they were delivered one day late due to the (Carolina) hurricane. They were nearly the same as pictured. Except for the vase which was the same color,but was not the nice one pictured.
I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!
I ordered flowers on May 6th 2021 for delivery on Mother's Day, May 9th. Every day since then I receive this text message: Your order #xxxxxxx to xxx is scheduled for redelivery on Thursday 5/13/2021. Any questions visit smsu.io/b0nBe or check your email.
It's always pushed back to the next day.
I've emailed several times asking for someone to be in contact with but no response. I've called several times but the phone just rings and eventually disconnects. I've asked my credit card company for a chargeback and will be filing this as a scam corporation with the BBB.
Avoid at all costs. I wasted $135 on flowers for them to never be delivered. Way to ruin a nice surprise for Mom during a worldwide pandemic where we can't see our family. You should be ashamed. I wish I could give this 0 stars.

I always have to order 2 or three times before the whole thing goes through, so myweb experience with you is not great. On the other hand your fllowers are good, and your web chat facility helpful.
Save your money. I ordered a floral basket that was suppose to consist of 8 lavender Rose's, baby Rose's with ivy greens on the handle and trim of the basket. I actually paid for an upgrade to the "Full of Life" basket. The special instructions to my order was "Must have at least 8 stems of Lavender regular Roses". Guess what was delivered, a basket consisting of 3 Rose's. I understand that the florist may not have had Lavender Rose's, but what florist shop doesn't have 8 Rose's in stock! Did I mention that my order was delivered 4 days late! This order consisted of regular size Rose's, baby Rose's and ivy greens. What was covered was 3 whit Rose's, pink carnations, Daisy's, eucalyptus and other greens that look like weeds. I paid.$136.72 for this arrangement. In my world that's not chump change with the way the economy is these days.
Please save yourself the money and the embarassenent that comes with sending an arrangement to a loved one that looks like a 3 year old picked the flowers out of a swamp infested field. I have never been so dissapointed in a flower service in my life. This company could care less, they have your money and that's all that matters.

Ordered Mothers Day flowers ($146.45, Order #*******) the day before, in the morning for same day Saturday delivery just to be sure. They never delivered. Buyers beware. They wont issue you a refund for failing to process your order. You will have to call your Credit Card Company and issue a "Charge-Back". The reviews are correct. They are terrible failures.
UPDATE: Just Flowers saw this review and sent an email that they would issue a refund. So I called them on Mothers Day at 5:30AM. The rep said that I needed to speak to one of their managers. After 20 minutes he said one was still not available. I told him I would wait on hold. After 1 hour they could still not provide a manager to take care of our issue. There are many other reviews pointing out the refund-games they play and their failure to get anything right.
So at this point, realizing that 1 hour on hold was a good indication that no manager would ever be available, I just simply called my CC Company and issued a charge-back. My CC company told me it was no problem. The charge was still Pending at the time. They indicated that the charge would be credited back as soon as it posted and any further charges from them blocked.
You, as a customer, don't have to stand for this kind of BS ever. Always pay with a Credit Card and you will be protected from businesses like this.

Order went fine but the delivery was delayed a day because you couldn't find a florist in the area open.

I got a code that was supposed to give me $10 off. At check-out I got $5.00 off. Sort of deceptive. If I needed to spend a higher amount to get the full offer, it would have been nice to now upfront.

I ordered flowers for same day delivery. And agreed to pay for the shipping and handling and same day service. They sent me an email saying they would have to charge me $10 more because they could not find a any business that could deliver close by.
I NEVER authorized the $10 charge and wanted to cancel my order. They said they had already delivered and I would have to authorize. I refused then they tried to negotiate to get me to pay $5 and then $3. I said no and they feel they can charge me anyway.
My experience with Just Flowers was good. I just have a problem with the life of the flowers in the arrangement. It seems for that price the flowers they should last at least a week!

There is mention of adding other items to an order "near or at the end" of an order. But in reality it isn't until you are reviewing your order that you are able to do so. A little confusing.

Connecting to PayPal took a long time and online chat is planning to call. The issue seemed to be on the Just Flowers side. It eventually went through before I got a call
I'm a repeat customer and so far you have been consistent in meeting my expectations with product and delivery. In situations where there was an issue, you alerted me in a timely manner.
Fairly easy to do. I like the ease and like knowing a local florist will finalize the order. I did think I created an "account" previously but could not find a "Log-In" button.
great selection but there are so many to choose from you really need a better filter. I want to see low to high, I want to pick two to three flowers that will all be together.

I ordered a floral arrangement for my cousin's funeral home visitation. I ordered on Saturday for a Monday afternoon viewing at 2-5 p.m. I paid an additional delivery fee to insure that the arrangement was there when the visitation began. The flowers were priced at about $125 dollars and taxes, delivery charge and an expedited delivery fee of $4 was added bring the total to $152. The arrangement had 5 roses, 3 spider mums, 3 white delphium stalks and 2 buds which were not open. There was some baby's breath and greens to help provide a bit of filler. I was embarrassed beyond belief to think that any florist would send this for $152. I called to complain and was told that they would get back to me after speaking to the florist who filled the order. They have not returned my call and I still don't know the florist's company that filled this order. Trust me, I will never use this service again. When I called a local florist they were appalled that so few flowers were used for the price that was paid. They were also appalled that an additional delivery charge was applied for an order that was placed 2 days in advance. There was no artistic skill used to produce the final product. Do not use this company.

I placed 2 orders on the Tuesday before Mothers' Day. One was actually received and on time. The other... I received an email on the Friday with a link to pick another bouquet, that the one I picked can not be completed. So, I did. I received the link back again. I picked again. This time they replied back with a different link saying the first 2 were incorrect. I went ahead and picked a bouquet that was not what I wanted but now I was in a time constraint (delivery Monday) Finally, they said ok. Monday came and went. I called and emailed with no answer back. Tuesday, my mom sent me a picture, late in the afternoon. She had received a bouquet, and although she was grateful, I knew it did not look like it was supposed to.
UPDATE: A week after my mom did receive the flowers, I received the tracking number from the JustFlowers customer service. A little late. On the other hand, the FLOWERS... my mom loved them and they lasted for 2 weeks. They were roses. That doesn't always happen. So I am grateful for that.

McCandless is near my cousin in Pittsburgh, and I'm in
Chicago. They've never disappointed me with arrangements I've sent for holidays and birthdays.
Not only did my flowers not get delivered, but they called me to tell me that for the area of delivery in Kelowna it cost more money so that's why they couldn't process it. The story changed with each representative I talked to. Then when I asked for my refund they offered $5, then $10, finally $15 off my purchase and they would send them on Monday. I had to yell at the manager finally to say NO MORE OFFERS I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!
Horrible customer service. 100% crap.
It is a little confusing how to edit your cart during checkout and obviuosly you don't want to lose a transaction, but it makes it feel sleazy and doesn't give me confidence with whom I am dealing.
