To follow up, the flowers were delivered three days later. They flowers were nice but the event they were for was long over with.

im ordering flowers for the same person and I always have to put in the same information. Is it anyway it can be saved so I don't have to keep going back to find her mailing address.

paid for express delivery......delivery never happened until 6:00pm, never got my refund on shipping, will never recommend your company to anybody, very poor customer service, florist very shoddy

First off, my mistake to not check ratings... I don't know how a company like this is still in business but I will do whatever it takes to shut them down! I own my own business and their customer service are a bunch of morons. I ordered an exotic flower that totaled up to $120. I didn't not get a break down of a receipt just an order number and a stupid Norton subscription as their thank you. That in it self was a red flag. Second I kept tracking my order today, since it was supposed to be delivered TODAY nothing came up, I called customer service no answer. And where is this communication customer service BS? Thanks a lot for making my Mother's Day sooo memorable. I should have went with Edible Arrangements since they KNOW THE MEANING OF COMMUNICATION WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Annoyed that the item I initially selected was then not available because it wasn't expensive enough? So I had to pick something more expensive. Nice upsell.

Trash company. Scam they steel your money. Scam artist and rude no customer service rep or service it all hangs up. Will continue to post until they are no longer in service. They suck

I clicked the $10 off coupon at the beginning, but was not given the opportunity to use it. Also the flowers were not as full and beautiful as I had hoped they would be.

Flowers not delivered, no company response, no E-Mail reply, If you phone they just hang up. Once you are put on hold you listen to music for 5 minutes and the they hang up!

I would prefer to not find out at the very end of the process about all the additional fees, I feel that this set up was a trap And that you figured after I filled everything out that I would be committed, I guess you won this time

I was expecting to see offer that was at beginning that stated I could receive a discount of up to $20.00 and something about additional discounts, but did not see any.

I am in Canada looking forward to visit and see the flowers. I found the delivery fees a bit much.

Quick and easy instructions and beautiful pictures to choose from in the catalog. The recipient said it was a beautiful arrangement that it lasted for well over the time she expected.

Felt the coupon offers should have been set up better. I don't order flowers often but expect the coupon should have popped up without a lot of extra junk to remember

Last time you delivered to the WRONG address. Aside of that, the flowers were beautiful. But that was a BIG mistake. I'm counting on you to get it right this time.

I like your service; however when paying for the upgrade on the last flowers sent I do not feel that they looked any different than the picture shown without the upgrade.

The only trouble i had was that I could not remember what any of the discount codes were and I didn't want to leave the page after I filled in the information. Besides that, it was a helpful site.
