I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!
I placed an order for $136.97 the day before mothers day, got the conformation email and everything. A few hours later I got a email saying that my order could not be delivered because it was being sent to a business and it has been rescheduled for Monday. Nope. Not going to work for me. Tried calling countless times to figure something out. Nothing bit an automated answering service that goes in circles. At this point, F the flowers, just give me my money back.

Two days ago (September 15,2021), I ordered an arrangement online at 2 pm from JustFlowers.com, and I used a Mastercard, since the order page said they preferred MC. My intended recipient never received the arrangement that had been promised "same day." I gave special instructions along with the phone number of the recipient. My credit card history verifies the debit from this order. I called Customer Service to no avail, and even called to place an order just to talk with a human being. If this business corrects this problem, I am happy to write a corrective review. The order page even asked if I wanted them to contact me upon delivery, to which I responded affirmatively. When I hit send, there was no confirmation receipt, yet my charge card was debited by this company.

Do not order from this company! I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day, Sunday delivery, and they still have not arrived by Tuesday. I have been getting emails and texts everyday telling me that they will be delivered tomorrow, and then the next day, get a message saying the same thing - tomorrow. I have emailed and called customer service multiple times for the last three days and it is not possible to reach them. Money down the drain and sad that my mom didn't get her flowers.

It stood out alright! As the smallest bouquet and not as the advertised picture and certainly, not a "Heavenly Elegance Standing Spray - see actual pics". "Embarrassment" was an understatement. Oh and the Banner, we paid an extra $10 for it... no words...

I ordered an arrangement for my husband's Grandmothers passing. Coming from out of state I did not know of local florists so I trusted this company to deliver. 30 minutes before expected delivery I received an email stating that they were not going to make the expected delivery time. After speaking with customer service and being on hold for 15 minutes waiting for a manager, I was told they never found a local florist to make the arrangement. I could have a $50 credit and delivery on Monday to the family's home. I don't understand why you would wait 30 minutes prior to delivery to let a customer know their order would not be fulfilled. The absolute worst service especially considering the circumstances. I should not have to deal with that situation. My focus should be on providing comfort to my husband and his family during this time. I suggest you do not ever trust this company. I will tell the world how disappointed I am and to never use this company!

After promising a GUARANTEED delivery date, the flowers were then delivered 2 days after said day. Once the flowers were delivered, they did not resemble the bouquet I ordered at ALL. I have attached a photo below. They apologized and offered me $10 back. $10 for a bouquet that I paid $55 for, and really looks like it cost about $15. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement at this point. I will never use them again, and I don't recommend anyone else using them either.

Excellent and prompt service. I sent birthday flowers to my friend. She sent a picture of them and they were everything I had hoped for.
Flowers finally arrived two day late and not even close to what I ordered. Luckily, the state I live in has stringent laws against bait and switch schemes such as this - I will pursue this. I paid almost $200 for something nowhere close to what I ordered. I even chose the premium upgrade where they promise "We'll add lots more!". What a joke! What I received is something I could have purchased at a grocery store for 30 bucks. Actually, the grocery store would have included the greenery and not just wilted flowers in a cheap vase.
The card did not have a florist name on the front or back which tells me that an actual florist did not put this thing together. Flowers for my sister's funeral never arrived. Ordered on Friday for delivery Monday evening. Started to receive messages before the scheduled delivery time saying the flowers would be late. Received messages during the funeral wanting an alternative delivery address, after the funeral. They still wanted to deliver after the funeral. What does flowers after the event mean? How sad not to have flowers for your own sister's funeral. They did refund my money, after a few phone calls.

The cost of the arrangement I ordered was $39.99, it looked nothing like the picture. Then over $40 in delivery and handling fees. All together over $82 for a tiny arrangement in a ugly vase, which was not was pictured. I contacted the company and they did nothing to try to rectify the situation. I was only asking for a refund of the second $13 they came back and tagged on after the order had been completed. Very unhappy customer. Please never get caught in this mistake

Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements the variety will take precedence over color. White roses and cream roses may be substituted for each other as well as peach roses and pink roses. Purple and pink orchids may need to be substituted for white orchids and vice versa.
I ordered a bouquet for a memorial which showed approx 24 flowers but what was delivered was a vase with 6 flowers. I contacted the company and was told they advertise that flowers may be substituted. This was quite a substitution! After I disputed the charge they offered to give me $10.00 off! They are selling you an $80.00 bouquet and delivering a "substitution" worth a whole lot less! Never again!
Ordered premium upgraded flowers 2 days before Mother's Day-flowers never delivered - kept getting generic emails saying unable to deliver - 3 days later still getting same email. Several calls made and could never get a human-only another generic message to leave my name/number/order# - still no calls returned to me. Stay away from this company. False advertising, poor customer service and the arrangement received is nothing like what displayed on the website. They promised Mother's Day delivery which never happened. The arrangement was embarrassing, especially for the price. This company is infamous for taking your money and completely failing to deliver on the day in question. Mother's Day, Valentines Day—they take your money and then late in the day send you a text that your flowers will not be delivered in time but will instead be delivered days afterward. And their customer service is nonexistent—it's impossible to cancel your order so you have to dispute the charges with your credit card company. Avoid these scammers at all costs.

Deliveries are available in most major cities on Saturday and Sunday in the USA. If we are unable to arrange for delivery on Sunday and time permits we will setup for delivery on Saturday, including Birthday and Anniversaries, and Mother's Day Orders. If Saturday or Sunday is not available, then the order will be delivered on Monday or the soonest available delivery date.
Here is the response I got the evening AFTER they were supposed to be delivered. Money was charged to my account. Can't get through to a live person and the phone hangs up. These people are scammers from outside the US. FRAUD
I ordered on Thurs and never got a confirmation but my bank account was charged. Never got through to Customer Service in two days. Still can't get through. Ruined Mother's Day! Sad!
Terrible company. Did not have flowers for my first 3 choices, over charged by 30 dollars, and refused to refund. Also delivered a total of five flowers for an $80 bouquet. Blamed the local florist. I called 14 times over 5 days before I reached anyone. Never again.

I was given a $10 discount code, which flashed briefly, then disappeared. The speed of the window is not helpful for old nor dyslexic people who need time to write things down accurately. (BTW the comic sans appearing in the text windows below indicates to me that you are not taking my notice seriously. Perhaps that auto fill font should be changed... from a marketing professional)

Looking for a birthday gift for my husband, after scrolling through 100+ arrangements I selected the one I wanted. Placed the order in Australia for delivery in TX United States, everything was going fine. Order arrived on time, no complaints. What arrived was nothing like what I ordered, aesthetically a big fail.
I contacted customer support. While they were responsive they explained that the monetary value and colour of the flowers was equivalent. Ultimately they only offered to provide a small discount when I used their service again. Not happy, I would never have selected this.
