The person who received the flowers texted me right away with a photo. The flowers arrangement was even better than what I had hoped for. The recipient was delighted. Beautiful job and thank you so very much!
I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!
The pop up chat window moved across the window slowly and was extremely annoying. The first time I tried to close it I lost the order and had to re-do it.
Do not order from them never get your order and they do not answer it's a scam they just take your money I'm going to my bank tomorrow to get my money back

Sympathy flowers were sent to someone else. I did not see them but I know they were received because I received a thank you note. I assume they were ok.
As a chaplain for the VFW Auxiliary I order many flowers and I have trust in Just flowers to get the order to the recipient. I had a bad experience with another on line company and appreciate the care taken by Just Flowers.
The order has not reached my guest and is not complete; I would prefer to give feedback once the flowers have been delivered and the order is complete.

The arrangement was very nice. I was a little disappointed with the colour of the carnations. Instead of Christmas red they were more of a maroon red.
I had two flower arrangements the very same, going to the very same funeral home, at the very same time, and was charged twice for shipping and handling. A bit over the top!
This order was a test for valentines day and just because. It was great. Unfortunately, the valentines day order the following week was not delivered.

Entering order information and billing information was difficult. Hitting tab to move to the next field cause errors. It was difficult to find the next / place order buttons.
I have used this site for years. I have found this site to be the easiest to navigate and all the arrangements were as good and often better than pictured.

I like that the delivery cost isn't as high as the cost of the flowers. I don't like that I can't see my final price until after I go to PayPal to pay.
Florist did not have the color roses specified in the order. Had to substitute another color. The roses were beautiful, just not the color I wanted to send.

I order rose for my 40th Anniversary for 9/5/21. NO SHOW. They had no problem& taking the money out of my bank. Trying to get someone on the phone TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK not so good. I would not get flowers from them again.

I placed 2 floral orders to be delivered on Mothers Day 2019. Their delivery calendar showed that they would be delivered. Mothers Day (Sunday)I get an email saying it couldn't be delivered. Monday I get another email saying it couldn't be delivered. I called several times Monday and could not get a live person on the phone. I had to leave several messages to cancel my order. Finally after several more tries, I got hold of a live person on TUESDAY. I explained that I wanted the orders cancelled and why. She put me on hold, called the florist, then told me they could only cancel one order because the other had just been delivered. I explained that I left several voice messages THE DAY BEFORE cancelling my order and that I would not pay for either order. I am currently waiting for a "Manager" to call me back.

Same story as everyone below! Ordered Mother's Day flowers to be delivered before Mother's Day and they didn't deliver until after Mother's Day and they had terrible customer service - I WILL NEVER EVER EVER use this service again! They tried to turn it around that it was MY fault that they couldn't find a florist to deliver them before Mother's Day. STOP taking orders and telling customers you will get them delivered on time - if you can't find a florist! So disappointed!
