I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

Made an order and then couldn't be delivered, so I emailed them after I got the message about non-delivery to cancel the order, they called over AND OVER about rescheduling the order, I said no I had already got a local florist myself. Then the person said they could not cancel the order and would put it on hold. I said absolutely not, cancel the order, then was put on hold for 11 minutes and a manager came on, trying to give me a $10 discount on the arrangement that I already sent from another florist. I said, cancel the order and the manager said she would put the order on hold, I said, no, I can't understand why you don't understand, you ruined my gift to my mother's 83rd birthday and I will never order anything again from Just flowers;; the worst experience ever.

Tip for consumers:
not sure why it takes 30 min to cancel an order that was already 3 days late

Just got off the phone with my 80-year old Mom out West. Five days ago I spent $160 for the deluxe version of a bouquet to be delivered in lieu of my being able to call her on Mother's Day or until now. Turns out she never got them. They weren't delivered the next day, nor on Mother's Day, or even the next business day, for which some reasonable people have to wait. Didn't get the courtesy of a phone call, a text, an e-mail. Nor did she. Just my good old mom on the phone crying because I forgot her on Mother' Day.
That was sad but perhaps understandable. What went wrong? "Maybe you poor guys are just busy this Mother's Day, and mine is one of the few unfortunate moms who missed out." Naahhh. Turns out there are a bunch of disappointed customers. An internet search (which, incidentally, includes a few consumer sites not listed on the JustFlowers webpage) reveals an astounding number of complaints of over-selling for this and other popular occasions going all the way back to 2007; A blatant and persistent disregard of the inability to deliver a product as promised as well as complaints of frustrating resolutions. They've had at least nineteen years to figure out how not to do this to people. Yet, this remains as standard business practice. This is where they lose my respect. This follows the ever popular "legal-but-screw-you" business model that, unfortunately, is breeding contempt for ever the diminishing respectful business community. Shame on them. Started out I was just upset about a flower delivery; now I'm saddened for us all.

First problem was when I ordered an arrangement but never received the confirming email. Could not log into account to check so assumed I failed to complete the order. Ordered two more arrangements but did not receive confirming emails. Took most of the day waiting on lengthy hold and then callbacks to get them to cancel one of the orders. They kept pressuring to put the extra order on hold before finally canceling it.

Then I received one of the orders. The basic order per photograph showed 6-10 roses and other flowers in basic photograph. I paid an extra 20 dollars for the largest arrangement. The arrangement I received had only four roses and was smaller than the photograph. They disagreed with my assessment and offered 5 dollars back. The website guaranteed 100 percent satisfaction and to replace if not satisfied. I feel their photographs must be exaggerations of actual product and guarantee is false. Along with failure to send confirming emails and inability to views orders through signing to my account, This has been a very disappointing experience and the product is way overpriced for what is received. Will never use this company again. In addition, when I attempted to use the website to contact them about theses issues, and to reset my password, my browser told me the website was not secure. For a while, I thought This might not a legitimate business ( customer was misspelled on the customer service website). I conclude they are just not a good business and I will not use them.

Regarding the Purple Cottage arrangement you ordered. It was in fact filled to value and according to recipe. We sent lavender and cream flowers with roses, stock, and greenery as pictured online.

Like the other reviews, I ordered flowers to be delivered for Mother's Day. I paid extra for the service, and no flowers. They made sure to charge me ASAP though.

Sad to say, this is a very poor company to do business with! My husband tried to send flowers to me for my birthday on April 11th, 2016. He is currently overseas and this was the first time he wasn't going to be with me on my birthday in 45 years! My birthday came and went. He called to find out what had happened. Excuses were given and they would not take responsibility for poor service. He asked for a reimbursement but they refused. I am contacting our credit card company to see if they can do anything to get the payment back.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING IMPORTANT THAT YOU HAVE A SPECIFIC DATE FOR!
If their excuses were roses I would two dozen or more to hold!

If I could rate them ZERO I WOULD My boyfriend ordered flowers on Valentine's Day at 9:16am and was guaranteed deliver that evening by 6pm. I waited at work until after 6 and never received them. He paid $95 for the flowered which were not even the ones he ordered and sure not worth that kind of money. I didn't receive the Flowers til the following day in which the local florist the order was sent to by just flowers had told me they never even received the order from them until the following day. My boyfriend and I both tried contacting just flowers and no response so I took it to the BBB and they still refuse to refund half of the money as requested for crappy customer service and sending the wrong Flowers. This company is a complete rip off and I urge anyone ordering flowers online STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS They ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND JUST WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!

Ordered flowers for Valentine's day never got them the day of or after I canceled the day of and they said it would be delivered next day and nope it wasn't I sent another message to cancel and refund because I went out and bought flowers locally I was still charged now I am disputing charge with CC company... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered flowers for a FUNERAL and they kept promising they would be there for the funeral after they weren't delivered for the wake like i requested. Here it is day of funeral AFTER THE TIME THEY SAID IT WOULD BE DELIVERED and still no flowers at that funeral. This place is a SCAM do not use them!

Having called twice, been on hold for more than 40 minutes total and filled out the online form with no response from JustFlowers, I am beginning to think that "*******@JustFlowers" is an oxymoron.

So far, my experience with Just Flowers has been beyond disappointing; Just Flowers has been unprofessional, unethical, and unreachable.

On 5/12, I ordered flowers to be delivered for Mother's Day to my grandmother in Ohio. The site guaranteed next day delivery. As of this evening, Tuesday the 15th, the flowers have still not been delivered. I do understand that Mother's Day is a busy day for florists. However, if you were unable to uphold your promises and keep your commitments, you should have made that clear on the website. Making promises that you can't keep is bad business and bad form (not to mention all of the mothers and grandmothers that you have abandoned).

It's simple: keep your promises, do what you'll say you do, and have customer service respond to inquiries and complaints. Shame on you, Just Flowers!
